Clean and very comfortable. Reasonable rates. Grateful they had rooms left during recent snow storm. Very friendly staff.

Gave us 2 box springs to sleep on no mattress and it was so hard I needed a chiropractor afterwards. Not worth the money. Slept in cheaper hotels with better beds…

Very friendly and helpful staff: super comfy beds! Clean and quiet: just what we needed after a long day of driving.

During our move to Idaho we stayed at this hotel and once again recently. The room had easy access to the grounds for walking our dog and the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable with soft pillows and sheets. The air conditioning worked well keeping the room cool inspite of the summer heat. We enjoyed breakfast and the hotel staff were both sweet and accomadating. It's always a pleasure to stay here and I hope we get a chance to stay again! Thank you all for your commitment to making a stay here really superior to the others!

Excellent service and well appointed rooms. The staff was super friendly. The complimentary breakfast is in their restaurant and you can order from a menu where they cook it for you — it's not sitting in a heating pan. Great value.

Nice mainstream /average hotel overall. Attached restaurant means included breakfast was sit — down style with a custom menu… Very good! Outdoor pool is nice and indoor hot tub was HOT. Deducted a star because our non — smoking room smelled awful… not totally sure it was smoke but could have been.

Do not come here! The place is run down and dirty. Even my kids noticed how dirty this place is. Our bathroom doesn’t even look like it was cleaned! The toilet still looked dirty, pubic hair on the floor, the shower wasn’t cleaned. It is falling apart. I gave it 2 stars because the beds were clean. Plan ahead and stay at a different place.

The staff are friendly. It feels like home. I saw guests excited about swimming in the pool. Lovely service. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. I stay at motels quite a bit and I choose this one.

Great place to stay nice large clean rooms, love the sliders onto a patio and grass for our dogs. Friendly staff and free breakfast at adjoining restaurant.

Was a nice place wish there was an indoor pool. Plus I got a room for cheap and they ended up giving me no microwave no refrigerator so that kind of sucked. But the Country Kitchen was the bomb. And they were very nice.

Nice accommodations. Excellent firm beds, very clean facilities! Happy the are pet friendly, since we now have a puppy! Our regular stop on our annual trip from Issaquah to Park City.

I have always enjoyed staying with you your front desk staff are amazing, the resturant and its staff or very good also as well as food. But this time your cleaning staff dropped the ball. I came back after being out all day found my bathroom had been cleaned but the rest of my room was not and this was after 4 in the afternoon.

Stay was nice. Staff was nice. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because I've stayed in nicer places for less $$.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was up-to-date and clean. The free breakfast was actually in an attached restaurant, it was nice. When we left the hotel we realized we had lost our nook there, when we called a couple of days later they asked that we describe the nook and informed us that they had it, what a relief. Thank you Clarion staff!

Overall great experience. I would have liked bigger bathroom & mini fridge. But I was pleasantly surprised to ask for & receive ground floor close to door. This was helpful as my sister & I had to walk my dogs & both of us have impaired mobility. Plus there had their own restaurant. We got coupons for discount. Would stay there again.

Stop here twice a year. It is not fancy but clean. Nice resturant and bar. The food was extremely good. Nice pool and hot tub. I like the rooms and with patio and grassy area. Good place if traveling with dog. Shopping next door and easy freeway access.

Really clean hotel rooms, comfy beds, pet friendly with a 20 dollar fee, complementary breakfast was awesome, front desk was fairly friendly. I would definitely recommend!

3 stars. Paper thin walls so if your not a heavy sleeper, beware. OK hot tub and pool. No microwave or fridge in our room. Free breakfast, but the scrambled eggs and sausage we're not good. Dinner at the same restaurant was great though. They were having trouble with the locks on doors so that was a bit frustrating. Oh, and a rather nice little fitness room open 24 hours. Overall an okay experience.

Yes, the room was nice and clean and the staff was great. The only issue we had was the next door neighbor who not only was on multiple items but drinking heavily out on the balcony we shared then roaming the halls all night long listening to loud music. I put a stop to it but I should've just called down to the desk so they could've dealt with it instead. All in all though, good stay, thank you.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. They let us look at the room before getting it since we had our dog with us, and we were wary of the pet rooms because of icky past experiences with other chain hotels. To my delight it was very clean, and had no animal odor at all. I'd say it was much cleaner than most other non pet rooms I've stayed in the past, at other hotels of similar star rating. The complementary breakfast was very good and at the connecting restaurant. My husband and I have stayed at a lot of the surrounding hotel's, and after this experience we both decided we will make this our go to hotel from now on when traveling this way!

The bar was quiet, and nice. Not smoky, which I appreciated. Good service, even seated at a table, although it wasn't busy. At 75¢ a game, pool kept us busy for a couple of fun hours. Would definitely come back next times friends from out of town are staying there.

We stopped at the Clarion for a night on our road trip from Seattle to Denver. It was a perfect respite on a long trip. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great value for the price. We didn't use the amenities as we were in and out, but they looked lovely and I wish we had more time to! One of our party was in a wheelchair, and everything was very accessible for him — — this is not always the case at hotels, so way to go Clarion!

This was supposed to be the only "3 star" hotel in Ontario and was also one of the most expensive, so I assumed it would be a decent place to stay. I was wrong. The hotel halls reeked of marijuana so bad that I was worried about staying here with my infant and didn't bring my dress clothes in for the job interview I'm in town for just in case they would smell like pot. The hotel is old and outdated and only half clean. There is crusted gunk around the toilet seat hinges for example. For rooms that go for $104 there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I was traveling with a 4 month old and I had a job interview after my check out time. We asked the manager if she would let us have a late check out so that my husband wouldn't have to keep the baby in the car for a long time or outside in the cold while I did the interview. She immediately said no and then said well she would if we had paid full price but since we got the hotel through priceline at a slight discount ($93) she wouldn't. Just a really bad experience all around. We have family in the area and I will be sure to never stay here again during our visits.

Overall a good hotel. It was clean, good bang for the buck. Even though it wasn't perfect, I gave them a 5 star because everything was really good. The only issue I had was, I wasn't pleased with staff in the restaurant. Everything else was excellent.

To Whom It May Concern, My stay at the Clarion in Ontario, Oregon was delightful. Staff in the hotel as well as on the hotel grounds were extremally friendly and helpful. The rooms as well as the whole hotel was very clean and organized. Attached is the Country Kitchen restaurant with excellent food. The waitress at the restaurant were very professional and delivered great service. The hotel and restaurant is easy to find and close to the freeway. This is a great place to stay. Victoria.

Looked nice from the outside, went in and there was only 1 room left, a non smoking king room for $138 a night. Fine, then we asked about parking big rig and surprise, we got the commercial rate of $89, nice. Then they give you a coupon for 15% off your meal in the hotel restaurant and 2 complimentary coupons for free breakfast as well… sweet! So we get to the floor our room is on and it smells like cigarette smoke and it's rather dingy. Room was clean but the whole place could really use an update.

Please don't waste your money staying here. The pool and hot tub were filthy, the hot tub so disgusting we wouldn't get in it. You get coupons for a free breakfast at the restaurant attached to it but after waiting for 20 minutes to order we left and went elsewhere. The rooms were clean but that's about the only good thing about this hotel.

Wonderful Stay! Front desk was fast and very friendly! We got a gift for being Gold members. Bar/lounge she was good to us great place to unwind after long drive bartender even went above she made us each a sandwich cause the kitchen closed by the time we got there. Best bartender ever! Thank you Carlee! Room was clean and the bed was comfy yes I said comfy! We will stay again. Only thing I wish the hot tub was 24/hrs has its own nice room Breakfast is hot to order and is very good.

This was our 4th stay here and always positive. We travel with 1 small dog, 1 large cat, and my husband is disabled with lots of medical gear to unload. This Inn is very clean, accessible, and you don't have to leave the premises to have excellent food. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Our favorite place to stay as we travel back and forth as "snowbirds. "

Had a room with a patio backed up against the pool. Was clean and comfortable. The front desk customer service could use some work, but all in all it was a nice little place.

Called to make reservation since twin falls. Boise and many surrounding hotels in towns/cities are booked up and getting very late. Josh stated he was on a very important phone call and can give me a call in 10 mins… at this point… we might as well keep driving, since nearest will be bend, with that kind of service. La quinta did same thing was put me on hold and forgot about me (she left it where I could hear all inappropriate conversations…). Called again over 25 min later and he states again to give him my number as he isn't at his desk. That he will give me a call back as soon as he can after I expressed in been looking for hotels the last 4 hours in every town/city. Wtf?

Wi-Fi was down and I had a bunch of work I needed to get done that I was unable to get done due to it.

Called on the phone to ask about clc card and the dude kept sayin he could not hear me… but yet we had a minute conversation before… he was in a hurry to get off the phone… this would have been easy money for the hotel its 130 am and I would have been out by 8am… bad biz.

Room was clean and neat and pet friendly. Room service was fast and the food was good and hot. Very friendly staff.

We bid on Priceline for a room. No mention of smoking versus non-smoking room. Got to the hotel and only room they said was available was a smoking room. For health reasons this was not acceptable for us. They would not help in any way. Kept accusing Priceline for the problem and would not let us upgrade. How could it have been just Priceline's fault when HI made these rooms available to Priceline customers. I have used Priceline in the past for hotels and was always treated with the utmost care and the rooms were top of the line. Since when is non-smoking a priviledge? It should be a right. Hotels are public places and should all be non-smoking. Used to be a good HI customer. Not anymore. End result was that Priceline gave us a FULL refund which the staff at HI said would never happen. To top it off, it was 9:00 PM, we had just driven for 4 hours and through a horrible thunder and lightening storm. We were exhausted. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. Hope this helps at least one person.
