Worst experience we have ever had there. Not even a call back to try and make things better for us. : (

My room is amazing and the service is great. My work stays here alot and we will be returning.

Front desk, restaurant staff, room service, and housekeeping were all very professional and polite. No issues or complaints. I would definitely recommend starting here but for sure plan ahead (reserve) especially in the summer to keep your $$$ lower.

Located one the river in a convenient location, the hotel is known as a gathering place for professionals in the Lewiston/Clarkston area. The conference room easily accommodated about 80 people with clear audio/visual equipment and a view the the river. Food was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Loved the hotel, room restaurant everything. Except we made reservations in advance for two rooms togeather. We got there they were on two different floors. They didn't do anything for our inconvenience. We felt they could have done some kind of compensation.

Ahoy, Captain Ryan Here, having multiple stays at numerous resorts I know the difference in the 5 STARS. This is a very well maintained. The front desk and management that I interacted with were very accommodating, I felt as if I had a nice space clean enough to call "new" Thanks for everything. I stay here for the breakfast. It's not the typical hot continental breakfast. You get a coupon for a full menu restaurant breakfast at The Quay. The food is delicious.

The food quality at the Quality Inn is Top Notch. I would recommend it to anybody. The staff is very helpful and quick and efficient. They are also professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and high quality.

Our room was excellent. Staff was excellent and it was perfect location for taking the Beamers Hells Canyon boat tour!

We love the lounge, Sarah is very friendly and accommodating. Wait staff is always friendly and attentive. Decent outdoor dining, could use a face-lift. Food is generally very good to excellent. Occasionally (rarely) misses the mark but the wait staff will get right after it and make it right.

Location of the inn is on a great, beautiful portion of the river. Rooms are really clean and the restaurant is fantastic!

A nice property over all. At 6ft I find the heights of the sinks uncomfortably low. I have some back problems so that probably makes it more of an issue then it should be. They have a real nice Restaurant here.

Rooms are reasonable. Suites are much better than standard king bed rooms. Lounge available for 21+; hotel gives patrons 2 for 1 drink coupons. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Exercise room, free Wi-Fi. Free hot breakfast at attached restaurant using provided coupons.

Wonderful staff who was so accommodating. Great lounge and restaurant. Walking path along the river right our the back door.

Always a favorite! Always a value! Been a regular for years. Love this Quality Quality Inn. Walmart across street, Costco close, Lewiston a short drive across the river to downtown, or a few miles to great restaurants and shopping. You'll be glad you stayed here!

I travel here a few times a year for business. My stays are always pleasant. Love the staff and the Quay restaurant, it has awesome food selections. The view and the town are a treat away from home. Thx.

I have stayed in a lot of different places due to travel for work and this will be my go to when I visit the Lewiston/Clarkston area. The room was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and the fitness room was great! Danielle and the staff here do an excellent job and it shows! Stay here! The rates are amazing. 10/10

We stayed here for the 2nd time over Thanksgiving weekend to see family. We asked for the Jacuzzi suite which had a nice big tub and the room was nice clean and comfortable. Our room looked out to the river. The breakfast coupon you use in their restaurant and it was very goo, the menu selection was average. But the food came fast and was tasty. We are choice members so we also received buy one get one drinks. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The only thing I will request is more towels there were 2 but I like one for my hair, and maybe a fan to blow cool air while in the tub it got pretty hot!

I love staying here when I have to teach in Clarkston. Everyone is so wonderful! They will go out of their way to help me, in any way they can. The rooms are nice and clean. Plus, the my room comes with a beautiful view of the Snake River! I recommend anyone coming this way to stay here!

I was not sure what to expect. This hotel is very nice and has all the amenities of the more expensive hotels. It's located on the water which is nice and the interior seems to have been recently updated. The full bar and resturaunt onsite were both good. Breakfast is included in the restaurant nice selection. The exterior could use an update but that is just preference.

After reading the reviews on here, I was convinced to try the hotel. The outside is a bit deceptive. It looks and feels much nicer inside that it looks on the outside. I assume they just remodeled, the carpet looks new in my room, as do many of the fixtures. The price was very good in my opinion. It has nice views if you get a room facing out the back. I took the time to ask to see the view from the room options that were available and the front desk was more than happy to show me. There is a Walmart and Costco right across the street. Very impressed. Stayed September 2017.

The rooms very spacious and worked well. The staff was friendly. The food offered was delicious… The food definitely beat my expectations. The location is perfect. While this hotel is a little more expensive than most, you get what you pay for.

They were in the middle of remodeling so the hallways weren't the most pleasant looking things; I was a little scared what the room would look like. The room looked nothing like the hallways. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Had breakfast at the Quay and ate a very good meal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Clean, comfortable room, nice bar area. Amazing view of the river. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Only drawback is the odor of the paper mill.

On my frequent visits to the area, I always stay here. It was first recommended to me by a local business owner as "the best place to stay" and I've really come to love it and here's why… The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My experience has been that they really try to help you get what you want. Complimentary breakfast is a very good deal and good. No buffet of instant eggs or bland oatmeal here. There is a clean and newly remodeled restaurant with booths, a view, and real silverware. Breakfast vouchers are good for just about any item on the menu and it was very well prepared. The wait staff kept my coffee filled with a smile every time. The rooms, although they may appear older, are clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The way the staff respond to questions and requests have always been acceptable and even enjoyable. I'll stay here again.

Super value for the price. Included a real breakfast. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Close to Wal-Mart, Costco and a brewery.

The food was great. We went on their Wednesday wine special night. We couldn't finish our bottle that was 40% off, so they let us take it home with no cork fee. The service was exceptional. This was our first time here since the remodel and were pleasantly surprised.

I have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. We come here every April for the Dogwood Festival. If you love Dogwoods and Lilacs in the spring, the Lewis Clark valley is a must see.
