This is a very nice and clean place. I only spent one night. I was allergic to the pillows because they were down. So I contacted the front desk and they were able to bring me to hypoallergenic pillows. I probably should have called ahead but they were very kind and prompt with my request for the new pillows. I definitely will be coming back.

Came up for a wedding stayed at la Quinta. They where awesome to deal with, they got us a great rate. The pool was awesome, 3ft at the shallow end and about 5ft on the deep end. The bed was amazing and the room was clean. Shower was a little funky and no guide to the TV. Other than those it was a great stay and we would definitely do it again.

This is a great place to stay! Their cookies and soup in the afternoon was great. Beds super comfy and pillows. Parking wasint ever a problem. The morning breakfast was varied. Options for even the pickiest eaters. If I were to nit pick… The trash can in the room was to small for Togo boxes… Yea… That's my only complaint. Thanks to the friendly staff of La Quinta Inn.

We were shocked at how comfy the beds were! The staff was so friendly. Room was super clean. Glad we chose this hotel. It was a last minute decision on our very long road trip. Highly recommended!

$93/night, so I can't complain. Huge pool, which was awesome. The kids had a ball. Decent breakfast. And for once, the pool and fitness center were open 24 hours (don't know why other hotels haven't figured that out). The rooms were the low point, because they didn't smell clean and fresh like they do in nicer hotels. But again, $93/night overcomes that deficiency. I'd stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel! Nice touches like cookies, coffee and chicken noodle soup upon arrival. Great pool area with well stocked towels. Warm water! Great hot breakfast!

Cookies were great! However unable to get NHL playoff game on the TV. Not cool. Thankfully my wife was able to stream it on our laptop. Clean and comfortable room in a nice and safe area.

This place is a gem, super nice inside. They have an indoor pool and spa along with a very decent gym. Breakfast is fresh and staff is very nice to everyone. Rooms are top notch.

We asked for a 2 Queen room and we're upgraded to a room with a kitchen/dining room. It was very nice, the beds were great and the bathroom had a lot of counter space. However, we would never go to this room again because the kitchen does not have darkening blinds. There is no doorway to the kitchen area. While the room has the darkening blinds, the light from the kitchen kept us awake with street lights and the morning light. We wete west facing and we hoped it wouldn't be an issue but it was. If they fixed the kitchen to have a room darkening blind or a doorway of some kind I would go back to this room in a heartbeat. The breakfast was decent. Would have loved potatoes of some kind. The pool was crowded and we didn't use it. Staff was good. The room was so clean and I was so happy the sitting chair actually smelled clean.

My mom and aunt stayed here and I must say I was very impressed with the staff. The hotel is great, clean and comfortable. They have a free breakfast, continuous coffee and hot chocolate, then during the evening they put out fresh baked cookies and hot soup. The chicken noodle soup was really good! They offer a pool, hot tub and workout room. The hotel staff was what really made the stay great. They were extremely accommodating to my mother's needs as she was very ill at the time of her stay. They really went the extra mile to make her comfortable and I am so great full for their help. Looking forward to my next stay!

In room mini fridge and microwave, 24 hr pool, fitness, very! helpful people, walkable for food and shopping, clean, I would have never guessed they were pet friendly. We were there for ballroom and the desk noticed (ballroom makeup and hair) and dropped of 10x shampoos, facewipe and towels. The price was $20 lower than lesser quality alternatives. We’ll stay here again.

Good service. 2nd floor did smell like sewage for some reason. Room was great.

La Quinta Inn and Suites hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast was very good and three were a lot of options to choose from. My kids ate well there and saved us that much more on our trip because feeding a family of seven is usually 40-50 dollars while traveling out of town. The room was a good size in their suite and fit us well. They have a crib or pack and play to use also. Be sure to reserve it along with your reservation. The beds are comfortable and it was a really enjoyable stay. We've gotten some bad ones in the past, and this one was a nice breath of fresh air.

This hotel is my very favorite of all the La Quintas I have stayed at. The staff is excellent. They really care about the guests and you can tell from the moment you arrive. The rooms are always very clean and extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. They offer a wonderful variety of food as well as something different every morning so you don't get bored if you stay for several days. Monday through Thursday they even offer hot, fresh soup at night which I greatly appreciate.

I really do not have to say anything bad about all the La Quinta Inns we have been to. The one super nice location of this one is that it is centrally located to everything! There is a shopping center, All kinds of restaurants around you! So many to pick from. We went to Texas Roadhouse. FANTASTIC! OPPS! O k back to the inn. Really fantastic. Everything is so clean. It has a heated pool close to the reception area. There is also a workout room. AND let me tell you. The breakfast this morning was just GREAT! They had omelettes, cheese and Denver, waffles regular square and some cute round ones, hash browns, hot and cold cereal, muffins, pastries, and all different kinds of beverages. What is so great? The people that prepare all this are right there to refill everything that is needed Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

Loved that it was close to the cinema and some really good restaurants, even super close to a gym but I didn't go. Very clean, good breakfast and had a nice hot tub.

Room was clean and very nice compared to other places we have stayed. We loved that the hot pool was open 24hrs and our room even had a deep jetted tub.

I was surprised at how nice the rooms were. Clean and beautifully decorated. There was a microwave and mini fridge in our room which we liked. The pool was open 24 hours and the continental breakfast had a lot of choices for breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

Sarah was extremely rude at the front desk and actually told me to go to Holiday Inn? Wow! I have started to become a regular there for business and I choose where I go but I think I’ll go back to holiday inn. I can’t believe how she treated me. All I was hoping for was to get the same rate for an additional room so my family could stay there too but Sarah wouldn’t even consider it and said well if I can get a better rate at Holiday Inn (which actually does match my business rate for me if I am staying there) I should go there. They oubviously are so busy they don’t care to lose regular monthly business. Unbelievable!

We stayed at the executive room and it was okay. Hot tub didn't work. But he room was not like omg… the breakfast was yummy in the morning they did an awesome job at it…

Really nice rooms. Workout room is exceptional. Lobby was decadent and luxurious. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

It has good breakfast, and a pretty weird (but good) shower. The pool seems nice. The Wi-Fi is alright. The beds are good.

We came for the eclipse and La Quinta made the experience a pleasure. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Amenities are great. Friendly caring staff. I highly recommend them.

Very quick, friendly and helpful check-in. Beautiful lodging facility located near so many great places in Idaho Falls. Kids loved the 24 hour pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. Love LaQuinta mattress, we always sleep well. This is such a wonderful establishment, you won't regret stopping in for a few days.

Location is perfect, it's right off of the freeway. The rooms look and smell nice, friendly staff. It's the standard hotel experience except there is no room service. Or at least there are no menus or a number to dial for it. I never actually order room service but I like to look at a menu just in case something jumps out at me. They have a 5 ft deep pool and a hot tub. Overall I had a good experience but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

Good location, decent breakfast, nice service and clean rooms. The entrance is a little bit inconvenient but not too bad. Close to lots of shopping.

I travel for work, very often. I've stayed at several La Quinta hotels in the north west because I love the reward program they offer. The Idaho Falls location has been the nicest location I've stayed at thus far. The rooms range from standard hotel style to super elaborate multi level hot tub suites. Priced very well for the location with access to an Edward's Theatre complex full of restaurant choices. Highly recommended, Constant Traveler.

It was nice and well kept. The cleaning ladies were nice. Occasionally we'd get a knock on the door from one of them not realizing we were still there (before checkout time). The AC unit worked well, but took forever to kick in once we set a temperature. Breakfast food is below average. Overall though it's comfortable and a nice place.

The staff was all very friendly and the pool and hot tub are open 24/7. Bonus!

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I lost my debit card in my travels from colorado to idaho, they let my mom pay over the phone without a reservation. Clean lobby and room, very nice staff! 24hr 365 a year pool an hot tub were a great touch! Would recommend to anyone an I will be back if I'm ever in the area again! Thank you.

Nice staff. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Internet was pretty good as well. Jacuzzi suite was only $20 more. Great value!

Suite was large — kitchenette was big and accommodating — the staff treated us so kindly — only thing they could work on would be actually making the hot tub hot ;) otherwise thanks to the entire team!

It was awesome. Everyone helped us enjoy our stay as we were there for my mother's funeral. From front desk, housekeeping, room service and the wonderful food services. We were always asked if we needed anything and I knew they were each sincere. We will definitely come back. Way better than the Holiday Express with better Wi-Fi, more comfortable beds at a cheaper price.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Comfy beds. Close to food and entertainment. Large indoor pool/hot tub. Decent gym. But if Ur looking for fast Wi-Fi, fugettaboudit. Granted, I was on the 3rd floor. But it is 10yrs behind. Hey LQ, how bout investing in some wired input repeaters on every floor. It's 2015 after all.

I've called several times and can't get ahold of a single person! Guess we aren't getting a room here! Fix your phone or hire someone to answer it!

It seems that this hotel does not put a lot of emphasis on cleaning. The bathroom floor was covered with long black hairs and when I picked up the soap packet there was a hair on it. That was manageable until I went to wash my face with the washcloth and there was hair stuck it that too.

We had a group of 17 of us traveling from NC and stayed at this location. We could not have asked for anything better. The beds were so wonderful that I called to see what they were. We thought we were sleeping on a cloud. The staff was great and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The breakfast was also great to start our day for the next adventure. Thank you for such a wonderful place. Exceptionally clean, inside and out.

We are frequent guests at this location as this is our halfway through our travel and and I would highly recommend this branch of La Quinta for their cleanliness, comfortable bed and nice hot breakfast with bacon, omelet, etc. Plus super helpful staff.

Awesome stay. The staff was lovely. The pool and spa were great, even if the spa was broken I don't hold that against them. The room was perfect and the fact that my larger lab (dog) was welcomed was a huge plus. We will absolutely stay again. Missed the breakfast but that was my fault.
