This was our plan B trip; we were headed to North Carolina, but so too was hurricane Florence…
We had an amazing stay at the Ashley Inn; my only complaint was that we had to eventually leave. If we find ourselves back on the Vineyard (and I hope that's so), this is where I want to stay again.

Nice and quaint. The breakfast is nice.

I wish I could give them zero stars, the customer service was outrageous! This one particular woman with a European accent was outrageously rude! Told us the room was ready and once we got in our room the bed wasn't made and the bathroom was a disaster. Returned our room key to the front desk minutes later and left to never return. Do not go here!

We had the best stay here after needing a room last minute. Fred, the owner, was so welcoming and ensured we had a great stay. Oh and the breakfast was fantastic too! Highly recommend this place for a true Vineyard experience! Thanks again and we shall visit again soon.

We really loved this place. The value was great considering the location and overall accommodations. Fred and his staff were so kind, and everything was a walk away, so we would recommend this place to anyone we know.

Fred was great to us. Fresh cookies everyday. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We are staying at this beautiful inn over a rainy weekend, it's absolutely lovely. The hosts are warm & kind. The accommodations very comfortable, we will return! Oh, and the breakfasts are amazing!

Nice upgrades to a house built in 1860. Nice, friendly staff, hands-on owner, great location, a 5 minute walk to downtown Edgartown.

Wonderful little B&B in a great location, run by the very hospitable and thoughtful Fred. Delicious choice of several breakfast entrees daily and cookies and lemonade served in the afternoon. We were also given use of chairs and umbrella for the beach. All around a sweet, intimate but private stay at this lovely inn!

Fred was a great host and runs a fantastic BnB. The inn was clean, comfortable, and the location was ideal for walks to the beach plus close to downtown shops & restaurants.

The Inn was brilliant. Fred was an amazing host that catered for our every need. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious. It's a short walk to the center of town which is perfect. The rates of the room are good for the quality that you get. I would highly recommend it to anybody staying in Edgartown.

The Inn keepers, Fred and Janet, and all the staff has made our stay on the island absolutely wonderful.

Love the delicious breakfasts, ideal Main St location, and friendly/knowledgeable hosts. My favorite place on the island!
