Unfcomfortable. Basically a room with a hard bed in it. They don't provide anything.

Nice clean place to stay. I stayed while working in the area. Had everything I needed. Microwave, refrigerator with freezer, plenty of hot water and a clean bed. The owner is a very nice and honest man also.

Wonderful memories at this place! Will always remember this place the owner and the staff!

The room was the best this is my first time in this place and state never been. Here before the bed was wonderful. Sleep very Good.

This is not a bad place to stay but there's only a few hotels here so they can charge what prices they want I think it's overpriced.

Cannot complain about anything, would stay again without a doubt. It's clean and updated.

The owner was very rude. He up charged me from the price quoted over the phone for no apparent reason. There were roaches on the wall of the office and very inscrutable living arrangements.

Rude, rooms unclean an beds crawling with bedbugs. Informed staff an was told if I didn't like it to leave. Then they refused my refund had to dispute it with my back.

When got to the room it was hot a/c was off it took 2 hours for it to cool, only 2 towels, beds are not the most comfortable beds.

Modest, clean rooms, friendly staff and quiet. We stayed here for masters week and it was great, not too far from the course and the best prices in town.

I stay in hotels 10-days at a time. This place is great. They have everything I need, the rate is perfect, and they're in walking distance from a grocery store. There's plenty of great running/biking routes through neighborhoods in the area. The staff is really nice and accommodating.

My son and I stayed in this place and was charge $65 for one night. It was horrible! … the bathroom had piss stains on the rim of the toilet seat and a black ring inside the toilet. I asked the manager to have someone come and clean the bathroom and was told that housekeeping was gone for the night and I then asked him to give me some cleaning supplies and I would clean it myself… how are you the manager and don't have a key to the linen closet? … it was horrible!

This has been a great place to stay while in waynesboro on work.
