This is an Amazing place to stay… Very warm and Hospitality was amazing… Staff is great!

Update — desk clerk Emily lied about her last name. Wow. Update. The manager can’t be bothered to call me back after charging the wrong card leaving my daughter who is traveling without much money. We luckily were able to transfer $ to her. Manager won’t return till Tuesday. They aren’t going to refund her card! Absolutely disgusted. They refuse to reverse the charge. No offer to make it right, NOTHING.
Calling better business bureau but that does nothing to fix a situation that was due to abject laziness. If I could give zero I would. Furious. My daughter was traveling to the hotel for her brothers wedding. I called to pay for the room after she booked it with her card. I called several days ahead and filled out paperwork and faxed it to be SURE my card would be charged not hers so she would have $ to travel on. I was assured it was done. In the middle of her trip she called crying, the hotel charged HER CARD. Now she’s traveling with very little $ and we are scrambling on a Friday night to get $ transferred to her account so she can make it there. The hotel admitted their mistake but could do “nothing” but process a refund that will take 7-10 business days. Mind you an entire wedding party is staying there. No reason except someone was lazy.
We are extremely upset that no manager was available to speak to and this was done.

Not worth the price! Does not provide basic amenities like a functional TV or tea. It is way overpriced.

We had guest and family to come from Atlanta and Florida and they talked about how wonderful the staff was and the cooks with the breakfast and every one there was just awesome and professional, not to mention the rooms were great. Great Job and thanks for all you do.

Very clean, nice food area for the breakfast complementary services. The rooms are spacious, new beds, nice set up. One issue I found no dressers drawer's for clothing. Only a closet and bathroom door is also a closet door too. Wasn't thrilled with that but very very clean. Outside pool area also no real privacy from pool area to parking lot but overall great hotel. I will be coming back again.

Check in and check out was dismal. Very lacking in enthusiasm. I felt like I was bothering them. Rooms were clean and serviceable. Neighbor next door was so LOUD. I think his TV finally went off at 1:22 AM. And then at 3:30 AM, something very big fell (like maybe a suitcase? ) on the floor and it was also very loud. Most uncomfortable night I've ever spent. I'm very tired today.

The room was nice and clean. The children loved the morning breakfast. Will stay again.

Not to happy with having to put up $250.00 when paying cash for your room. Even though you get it back when you check out. Its a monetary inconvenience.

Newer Hampton with all the wheels turning in sync. Clean, convenient and staffed with some excellent people. Rooms had all the features you would expect and extra outlets built into the furnishings for charging all your electronics. Impressed.

We have stayed at here twice and both times had exceptional service from all the staff. Everything is clean. Everyone on staff is very pleasant and helpful. Shawanda makes a delicious breakfast and is very sweet and kind. The feather pillows on the bed are heavenly! And Mathew — thank you so much for the gift!

The Hampton inn is a good over night stay it's within walking distance to the restaurants in the area as well as the Walmart supercenter.

From the time I walked into the front lobby until the time we left… our stay was magnificent. The staff is so friendly and nice. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kathy is an angel. Housekeepimg was so helpful too. She offered us a crib as soon as she noticed we were traveling with a baby. The rooms were clean and spacious. Home away from home.

I use to "live" in hotels 8 out of 12 months of the year traveling for my marketing career. I've stayed at more hotels than I can count for 10 years but THIS hotel has the most amazing, caring, and friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in the hotel world. This hotel stay isn't work related but to escape from deadly hurricane Matthew. I've heard the front desk greet exhausted, stressed, and worried families walking through the front doors at 6am telling them to please sit down and grab some breakfast and rest here for awhile. (Since every hotel is booked for HUNDREDS of miles, the travelers options are very slim. ) It warms my heart & soul to know there are caring companies and staff that don't put one of the top priorities on money but about the safety & comfort of strangers and their families. Thank you to all the staff at the Hampton Inn in Waynesboro Georgia. May your kindness be returned 10 fold.
