We checked in late in the evening as a stop on our way to a different destination (final destination was about 17 and a half hours from home so we split it between two days) The room was average. We had two double beds and a TV plus minifridge. It was your standard hotel room. The front desk staff was nice enough. We did not run in to any major issues during our stay but during the check in and check out process the staff seemed very friendly. We also called when we were a few hours out to check availability and reserve a room. The person who answered the phone and coordinated the reservation was friendly. We had a Hilton Honors reward member in the group, the reservation was made under his name and charged to his card, and we didn't get the typical welcome gift. The wait for breakfast was crazy. I waited in line for 15 minutes or more just to get up to the waffle maker. The seating for breakfast was inadequate. People were standing and many people took the food up to their personal rooms or chose to go somewhere else for breakfast. Granted it was a Saturday morning, but it was still kind of ridiculous.

My reservation was suppose to be for two suites. Traveling with 2 adults and 7 children. Instead we got two full-size beds. Breakfast had to be eaten in the room, no seating available. Bought a box fan for the rooms. The a/c didnt kick in until 1am-3am. Didn't alert maintenance about a/c issue, didn't want to wake the kids. It was a tough stay. Further we couldn't miss with the Hampton name but, We will be staying elsewhere next time.

Great staff, so many great things about my stay there. Wonderful rooms. If I had a concern it was addressed quickly. The happy hour was a great way to end the day, or relax with associates before dinner.

The evening service was not very accommodating due to the fact that we were denied an upgrade even though we are diamond members. There wasn't an air vent for the bathroom to allow for steam to escape. The sprinkler system was oddly installed; there was a sprinkler within an inch of the shower on the ceiling. My mother's room had a defective toilet and there was no maintenance crew for the evening. On the other hand though the morning crew was very kind and breakfast was great. Our room lach somehow locked behind us and they were very nice and helped us back into our room the minute the maintenance crew arrive at 8:00am. I would only recommend this specific hotel if there are no other options due to financial or other complications; otherwise, pick another hotel. Despite saying all this about this specific hotel, the Hampton Inn hotels in general are very welcoming and great hotels to stay at.

Have you ever been to Heaven? Me neither, but I hope it's exactly like this Hampton Inn, here in Valdosta, Georgia. Very well managed and maintained. Genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked through those large automatic sliding glass doors. Pampered through out my stay by friendly front desk. Along with the ladies in the morning well stocked of good things to eat in the breakfast area. Can you tell I Love this place and that I want to tell you about it? Southern hospitality at the Hampton! First, a big thank-you to GM Lavina and Ms. Krupa at the front desk for going above and beyond to resolve a third-party booking reservation issue I encountered upon arrival. The king room they gave me was wonderful — — spacious, immaculately clean, quiet and on top floor, with very comfy bed and pillows. A/C worked fine. (*Tip: If at first you can't find the closet, look behind the full-length mirror. ) The lobby/breakfast/common area is large, comfortable, and a great gathering place for groups such as our youth baseball team and families. I love the beautiful stained glass windows featuring local scenes. (Be sure to take time to notice the fun Georgia-centric photos along the corridors, next to each individual room number, too! ) The delicious fresh coffee, tea and instant cocoa, always available, was much appreciated. Other refreshments including beer, soft drinks, candy, chips, energy bars, etc. Are available for purchase next to front desk. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of items of breads, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, biscuits-n-gravy, fresh fruit, etc. That were constantly being replenished. The food counters and dining tables were kept clean, and the trash cans emptied frequently. The hard-working breakfast staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Parking is plentiful. Checkout was a breeze. As with all Hilton brand hotels, rates are a bit higher than I'd like.

A meeting to learn what rights I have as a parent of a hard of hearing child. Held on second floor, and was really easy to get to. Upfront parking, and easy to find.

Hotel canceled my reservation without speaking with me. Terrible customer service and explain to me how a company can cancel a reservation that has been booked for 2 weeks without speaking to someone. When I arrived they were at capacity and no rooms were available in the local area.

We will stay here every time we travel to Valdosta. Super friendly people (the entire staff from front desk to the house keeping & the ladies keeping breakfast bar stocked. Thanks. It's well lit & super clean. Mattresses slept like a cloud. It's close to everything. We went for a wedding & found a Wave Water Park 3 miles south exit 13 that we took grandchildren to (Hadn't planned that but so fun). Thank you folks at Hampton Inn.

We've stayed here many times over the past month while we travel to and through Valdosta and the staff has always treated us incredibly well. The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is delicious.

Nice clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a great breakfast selection that changes daily, and we also appreciated the social hour and free snacks and drinks during the week. Hope to stay here again!

This place was amazing, the rooms were super clean. The water pressure was amazing felt like I was getting a massage. They had coffee in the lobby at all times. They also had an exercising room. They have an outdoor pool with a handicap chair, which I thought was amazing. The staff went out if their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and store, also right off highway. They also give military discounts. A big thumbs up for that. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Easy check in. Staff was nice. Room seemed a bit dated and dirty. Convenience store in the hotel was selling Walmart store brand frozen food.

This is my second time visiting Valdosta. I really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable. I will consider the hotel for future lodging when I travel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Mattress a little springy & squeaks. Breakfast crew rude/sarcastic to late comers & turning off lights in dining while people are still eating.

Really that going here is a super experience this is quality of customer service and the best hotel in which and state all are hamaable and helpful breakfasts of excellence and variety and cleanliness is excellent everything is clean and collected in addition the rooms are like As and Confotables and the Prescios are very.

A great hotel that we have stayed at a few times. It is always well maintained and spotless. The staff is great as well. Check in was smooth and they kept the dining area well stocked and clean for breakfast.

Our family loves Hampton Inn. They have perfect beds, and are normally nice, clean, with great staff. This particular Hampton Inn was awful. I gave them 2 stars because the staff member that helped me was nice and accommodating. The room smelled musty. The beds were both uncomfortable and one squeaked (literally every time my son moved). The room was not clean — orange substance on pillow as well as drapes, hair in sheets and pillows, mold on floor in bathroom. You can hear through the walls as well as everyone in the main lobby. I could even hear the people walking above me all night. What a nightmare. Skip this location and move on to the next or choose a different hotel! Was also charged $134 to stay in this “suite”.

Good Hampton Inn, always love the breakfast buffet. We were close to closing time for the buffet, but the staff was nice and let us get what we could, even after the 10am finish. The staff was great when needed, giving our toddler stickers was a nice bonus. A great place to stay in Valdosta while passing through.

It was pretty much what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. Clean rooms and fine service. Nothing wrong. Exactly what we payed for.

Reasonably priced. Easy access from I-75. Desk/check-in staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was hot and fresh. Attendant at the buffet was a ray of sunshine on a gloomy grey morning.

Nice place. Room was nice, clean, and well stocked with bathroom items and coffee. The breakfast was good with hot food and plenty of options. About the only problem we had was actually getting to the place due to navigation picking up the place while we were still on the interstate because it's so close to it. Although the road noise was not bad. Also, be ready to turn before the road sign for the place because the sign is not right next to the road you have to use to get to the place.

Very cozy, room was very nice. They also had complimentary beer and wine from 5-7.

Having to pay for the internet daily when you already are paying for an expense room is a joke. It is the same speed as the complentary 12 hour Wi-Fi. But a week stay adds up to $28 for Wi-Fi.

The hotel was clean and well stocked. The room had clean smelling linens as well. I stayed in a room with two queen beds and pull out bed couch which was enough room to sleep 5 people comfortably. Many hotels cannot accommodate this amount of people at the price we paid for it.

Friendly check in staff (I'm sure others were but they were my only interaction with staff). Room was standard for hampton inn. Breakfast was very very lacking. It seemed very sparse compared to usual. The biscuits and gravy were fresh from the fridge cold.

All staff was friendly. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast. If we come back for an orbit stay, this hotel will be at the top of my list.

The staff, hotel, and room were all excellent. I'm very happy with my stay and saved it in my GPS so I can easily return again.

Bed was not comfortable. However, room was very clean. Breakfast was good, but had better. Would not recommend if you value comfortable bed. I was not the only one in the lobby complaining about the bed. One boy said to the front desk clerk that he should have slept in the tub.

The rooms are nice, the service is great and the food is good why would you not wanna go?

The room was really clean & smells good. The service was really polite. Loved it.

It was a fair stay at a fair price. The people were sweet and the breakfast was actually worth it. The AC took a while to cool, and this was on Christmas day.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and appreciative. My room was short a wash cloth and there were no bags in the trash cans which was no big deal. What I really appreciated was breakfast being offered until 10am. Most places stop serving at 9 am, and we were tired from a late night arrival, so the extra time was appreciated.
