I don’t like that my room key didn’t work on the exit doors, I asked them about it and was told it happens sometimes. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and nice, but the customer service is horrible. The older lady with glasses that work there was not helpful at all. I understand she was new, but the manager should have had someone else working with her knowing she was new and needed help. She was trying to run the hotel all by her self and the phones were ringing off the hook and check people in. The manager at this location need to learn how to staff enough employees on a busy weekend.

Excellent hotel. Very fresh and clean. I was quite impressed with the staff, and the quality of the property. You can tell it’s new, hope they keep up the quality over time.

The location is off interstate 75, not much to see. Near shopping and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and have fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker as well as the typical room amenities. Nice hot breakfast. There was a family reunion at the time I stayed and all the people gathered together was annoying, but expected when that much family is together.

The lady behind the counter was polite and courteous. When I needed a place to go for food later in the evening, she knew a restaurant was across the street so I could eat dinner. The room was nice and clean, well maintained.

The location is close to I-75. Which is nice because we were just passing through on the way back home from Florida. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms are clean and don't smell. The staff has been AMAZING, especially Shelby at the front desk who has been nothing but kind, approachable and extremely helpful to my family and I. The breakfast was nice and hot. The lady working it was very kind and let us know she was here to help. She also let people who came down late still eat instead of closing the breakfast down immediately at 9 am. My only complaint was the pool being a little green, and water was "musky" smelling when you swim in it. I told the front desk this morning and in the evening when I came back they said maintenence had done something to it. Probably won't swim again immediately but will be here a few more days until my family member is released from the local hospital. Super appreciative of everyone here making my stay the most comfortable during my entire vacation. ☺

The room was okay this time. The upstairs people and their kids sucked. Staff at the front was great. Just wish I could had tested more. Finally no power outage or fire alarm.

We stayed here for 2 nights and I’d definitely stay here again. Very pleasant staff and the breakfast was good, too. Extremely happy to see the free coffee was available 24 hours (I drink A LOT of coffee! ) and it was very good, too. The location was ideal for us. And less than 15 minutes to Atlanta when we ran up to do the touristy thing.

Arrived at 10:30pm and my room wasn’t ready. They said they were doing a “turn down” service. I waited until 11:15pm and told them I was going ahead upstairs and they said my room should be ready that they were doing some “finishing touches”. I’ve never heard of either being done at almost midnight. I got to my room and room service was still cleaning the bathroom until 11:30pm. My room should have been ready and I should have never had to wait. Also, I complained of the air not working the next day and the employee said, “Yea, that happens we have to adjust it down here. ” I asked for a refund due to my room not being ready and then the air not working. I was denied and was told I would get 5, 000 points if I signed up as a reward member instead. So I signed-up and never received and email. I called today (6/10) and the employee said I would have to call back tomorrow that she didn’t see me in the reward system. Needless to say, I will let my employeer know to not book my room here again when we have our business trip.

I am giving this place one star only because it doesn't allow me to give it zero stars! I booked a weekend here at the cost of $150 per night! I expected to get the service and respect I paid for! When I checked out. Unfortunatly, I forgot my iPad. So of course I immediately called them and they said they would ask the Cleaning Supervisor. They said they seen nothing! I asked them to please check again as I am 1000% certain I left it in my room. The front desk girl then got sassy with me. I then decided to just drive back. I flew back to the hotel and asked for the Supervisor myself. Everyone was less helpful then the next person! They continued to say no one has seen it and they seen no one walk out of the room with it and did not want to view the footage. One of their cleaning crew stole it and honestly I am completely disgusted by this situation. I Bunch of nonsense. Fast forwarding… I have contacted the authorities and am pressing charges. I am also contacting the BBB. I am completely mortified by this situation. Never have I encountered such tasteless behavior from Hotel staff. Please think before you stay here and if you do. I urge you, do not take valuables. Even more please do not forget them! they will steal it.

Missing the mark. Having been in a lot of Fairfields over the years, I feel like I have a pulse on their ability to provide good value for the money. This property is a bit off the back. I will say the appetizer reception was a welcome surprise, the front desk staff were helpful and the manager was receptive to constructive input. That being said, property felt dirty, floors were cracked, light fixtures were falling off and the pool was down. Workout room had no water and the smoker's pole sits right under the guest rooms. Claimed it was a busy weekend, but hoping they have a fix-it plan in place.

Everyone was nice. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious… Looking forward to coming back soon.
