Parking is a big problem in that place. The valet parking service is really bad. Very slow and disorganized. Next time I'd rather pay more and park on my own than depend on those people.

Wonderful location, very easy to walk to attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. Good rates especially with AAA. There is a $25 charge per day for valet parking.

5 star for sure! I booked incorrectly online and the sweet young lady at check in worked us right in. The room was spotless and SO comfortable. The walk in shower was divine! And the breakfast provided was perfect for our short stay. The parking fee was unexpected, but the two young men that provided service were so kind and helpful that we didn't mind. Looking forward to coming back.

The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast had a wide selection and the lady working there was the sweetest person ever! We were late the first day, but she still helped us getting something to eat and made sure we were more than happy. In general, all the staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! The staff was very helpful. Valet staff was expeditious & courteous. Room was spacious, clean & beautiful.

Extremely clean. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is included which is always a plus. Within walking distance of everything.

Hotel was nice but only complaint I've is they didn't explain until we checked out that they put hold on my money up to 48 hours even if I pay with cash. They should have explained that in the beginning.

No complaints. The location is minutes walking to City Market and River Street, and the guest laundry is on the same floor. Rooms are clean, and the smart TV is a nice bonus for when the kids need to zonk out with some Netflix. The hotel itself is stylish and has a relatively upscale feel.

In town for the run for the wounded. Very comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. Full bar with two local beers in draft. A full breakfast with eggs, turkey sausage, cereal breads, fruits waffles and several styles of coffee. Very close to several great restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. Doris was one of the happy and outgoing employees that we met, she was so great! I also met Thomas at the front desk, he was so nice every single time I called before arriving and always very helpful and accommodating while we stayed in the hotel. There were many more employees that were wonderful but I didn’t get their names. There was a woman at the front desk that helped me out so much printing a document for a business meeting I had to attend unexpectedly and the meeting went smooth thanks to her! Then there was the weekend breakfast woman that was in charge of making sure that coffee, milk, fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles and whatever else they had never ran out! I watched her smile and get her job done every day as the guests were relentless about crowding the food serving areas that she was trying to refill. She kept smiling and carrying on with friendly conversation. It almost felt as if I knew her for a long time, what a character! Things like this make a huge difference when your staying at a hotel. This staff has it down, they all know what their jobs are and it appears that that are more than happy to do their job! Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful stay!

The accommodations were spectacular! So clean, relaxing! After spending a lot of time on the road, it was so nice to have clean bathroom & wonderfully comfortable. The valet gentlemen were so friendly & accommodating. We had a nice congenial conversation with a sweet gentleman on Saturday evening since he was familiar with Delaware, but expressing how much he loved living in Savannah. Miss Ivy! What a treasure she is! My husband is a diabetic & had taken his shot. We were late coming to breakfast! Miss Ivy took care of us to be sure we had enough to counter his shot even though she was cleaning up! I noticed she did that for everyone that came her way! What a gem I won't forget!

I stayed in this hotel over St. Patrick's weekend for a work trip. I chose to stay here because I usually really enjoy Fairfield hotels and it was close to where I was working. My company scheduled my room for the wrong weekend but I was able to call Marriott, who were very helpful in assisting me with getting a new room. The staff at Fairfiled was also very friendly, although I was annoyed they couldn't book a room for me and had me call Marriott myself. That's about where the good stops. I ended up having to book two rooms because there was nothing available for all three nights I had to be there. Understandable because the events going on in town had everything booked. What is not understandable is that I was told my a Marriott associate on the phone that my first two nights (in a two queen bed room) would be $139 each. I ended up being charged $139 for the first night and $379 for the second night! What the heck?! Then for my third night, I had to move to a King room. The cost for this room? $549 for ONE NIGHT and that doesn't even include tax/fees! I understand upping prices because of the event going on, but come on. That is INSANE. I didn't have a choice because I needed to be close to work, but the room was so subpar that I would barely have spent $200 to stay there if it wasn't for work. My sink and toilet were both clogged, there was only decaf coffee in the room, the sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable, and the room was TINY.

A wonderful hotel if you are staying to visit the historical Savannah, GA. Right across from all the action, easy to get to, and VERY CLEAN. My grandmother and I stayed here for 3 nights and will be coming again in the future. Worth the money and a great location. Nice bar too ;)

Hotel seemed new and clean. Service was good. Could hear some faint noises (music/alarm) from adjacent rooms. Walkable to historic riverfront and major nightlife areas. Would stay again. Parking was 25 a night.

Had a nice time in Savannah, stayed here while not out. Room was nice and clean and had plenty of towels off the bat. Free breakfast was nice, baked goods, make your own waffles machine, and 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. We were even able to visit the bar, where we had a wonderful bartender who made great drinks. All in all, would stay again!

The best hotel in town no doubt.

Stayed here as an overnight guest just to do some quick sightseeing. Staff was courteous and responsive. Rooms was clean and comfortable. They also offer free breakfast. You have to pay for valet parking to keep your car in the area though. Still, had a great experience.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was decorated for the holidays. The room was nice and clean and my requests for additional towels was already taken care of before I checked in. The staff was friendly and willing to assist with all our needs. The hotel was located in the historic district and within walking distance of every place we visited. They only offer valet parking for a fee of 25 dollars a day. They did give info about nearby parking and on street parking. I was able to park from check in on Friday till check out Sunday for 2 bucks right across the street.

Stayed for a few days while in Savannah for a wedding. Staff were friendly and took a personal interest. We used three rooms for multiple family members. Valet "pops" was awesome. Staff made excellent dining recommendations. Only reason not 5 stars our room had clothing in bathroom from previous guest.

Great service and good location. Easy walking distance to both the riverfront and historic downtown area. Nice, clean hotel. It has a lot of amenities, but I did not utilize them.

This is a very nice hotel, and the staff was amazing! Every employee we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for 4, and tastefully decorated. They offer a free continental breakfast that was one of the best we've had — selections included: waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, milk, & juices. The location was perfect; a close walk to a variety of shopping & dining places. We would stay again when visiting Savannah.

There is no late check out if they are booked for the next day OR were they. The front desk even said you really should move your car out from the valet services. We were there for the Rock n Roll Marathon. There was no way to finish the marathon before check out. They did offer a special breakfast for the Marathoners on the positive side.

Room was great. Nice and clean. Staff were very friendly however I did NOT like the fact that on top of the $$$ we spent on the room we also had to pay $25 a day just to park our car in the hotel parking deck. I feel parking for guests of the hotel should be complimentary.

The hotel was new, convenient in location, very clean and well-furnished. However upon arrival our beds were missing sheets, and there were no sheets for our pull out bed. Housekeeping brought them up and dropped them off. In addition our room was never serviced on our second night, we were left no toilet paper or clean towels and trash cans were overflowing. Also somehow additional dirty towels were left on the floor of our bathroom. They answered each call we made to the front desk promptly and apologized, but should we really have had to call for these things?

There's no hotel parking available without a fee. Either have to risk city parking, a nearby parking garage, or use the valet parking. The room itself was actually nice looking if otherwise normal. They have smart TVs which is a welcome addition. My only issue with the room was that it initially had a "musty" smell as it was very warm when we first got in. The smell lingered for the first night and part of the next morning but slowly went away after opening the windows. I was satisfied with the hotel breakfast, and the hotel is in a great location for visiting all the touristy areas. Overall a good stay.

I liked my stay here. The rooms were clean and the staff nice. It's nicely located next to the City Market. We we're only a few blocks over and I often times just walked over to get a bit to eat or stop by a local pub. They do make you valet and it's $25 a day. We didn't park our car there.

Rooms and common areas were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a great selection. We didny use the pool but it looked nice. It was only a short walk to the market. There were a number of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

New hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Ac only went down to 68, but it didn't feel that cold in the room. No self parking option, only valet which is 25 per night. Overall pretty good.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Also has an amazing outdoor pool, with an indoor gym. The employees are very sweet. I was impressed by this location.

Beautiful, comfortable room. Very friendly staff, and GM Mr. Smith was very nice. Parking was a little pricey, but the hotel is in easy walking distance of all Historic attractions! Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel for the price. Service was good, not great. Housekeeping didn't do much in our room, for example, not picking up used cups or clearing out or refilling the coffee maker. We got fresh towels and made beds, but not much more. However, we got a king suite that slept 3 (or 4), and with parking, a two night stay was $500. Very good location too. Close to SCAD, City Market and many of the historic places we visited… Could walk or take a short Uber to all our destinations. Checkout was also a bit of a pain, make sure you get out of the parking garage before you check out… Or your parking card deactivates and you get stuck at the exit with a line of cars waiting while someone else in your party gets a new card from the office. Not so fun. Also, free breakfast and coffee, neither were very good though.

Good location. Not downtown, but the drive isn't far. Great hotel, clean. Love the shower! Breakfast staff was extremely helpful. Reasonable rates. Small pool for such a big hotel, but we weren't there for the pool anyway. Room doors are very heavy.

Stayed for an awesome weekend. The bar downstairs is comfortable and accommodating. Close to many local attraxtikns. Staff is warm friendly and excellent. Rooms have a small mini fridge and microwave. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast each morning is. Well stocked and offers a wide selection of options from eggs to oatmeal.

We stayed here during a short family vacation to Savannah. We found the hotel to be very nice. Everything was very clean and looked new. The staff was very friendly during check-in. It was all very inviting. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and plenty of room to either side of each. All of the listed amenities were included and in working order. The beds were mostly comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my tastes. As my wife put it, they were "squishy". My only real complaints are with the location and parking garage. The physical location is good, but the check-in entrance isn't clearly marked. We ended up going around the block to find where to check in. The garage is decent, however it does not attach to the hotel. After parking, you have to take the elevator down to the sidewalk then walk into the hotel. For the 15 dollars they charge a day for parking, you should be able to go straight into the hotel. Fortunately, they do allow you to unload your luggage before you park. All-in-all, this hotel is nice, especially for the price and location. Despite the aforementioned garage dislike, I would definitely stay here again.
