Worst experience ever. Rooms extremely plain and uncomfortable. Paid extra for a “balcony” room. The balcony is literally a small dirty cement area with no chairs or any furnishing. Walls are paper thin and can hear every single noise throughout the place. Everything echos. No maid service. The daily “resort fee” for use of king and prince amenities is a joke. You can’t find a chair at that pool and there is one outdoor bar where the line stays extremely long. Most definitely NOT worth the price paid $$$$.
