We didn't expect it to be top of the line so for me to rate it this low, trust me… it is not worth staying at. First of all, we were told we would be able to access the indoor pool at night time but it was locked and was told we couldn't even sit in the chairs. The tub was disgusting, there was black mold around the tub… you would think they could at least invest in a $3 tube of caulk to cover up the black mold. There was hanging cob webs from the ceiling to the lamp shades beside the bed. The customer service was horrible. There was a lady named "Peggy" who should have gotten a job at a prison verses customer service. We called the front desk 2 min before time breakfast ended asking what time breakfast was over, she rudely snapped it was already over and hung up. We went on to the breakfast area to find 3 other families still eating, a nice way to respond to me would have been " Breakfast is about over, we will not be putting anything else fresh out but you are welcome to come and get what is left sitting out". The moment we walked him someone had left the waffle maker closed and it started to beep, this peggy lady immediately snapped at me to turn it. Lady. It isn't my waffle and speak to me a little nicer! The food sucked anyway… sausage patties that had to be several days old, boiled eggs on ice, stale muffins and stale cereal. The only thing good was the orange juice. One of the other family members state the customer service had sucked since they had been there. I confronted the manager only to get a dazed look and a quite "I'm sorry". We will definitely never stay there again. Choose somewhere else to go!
