This place doesn’t deserve 1 star and not even half. NONE! Do business elsewhere. The lobby was ok but once I entered the room I was upset, this is a trap motel. Marijuana residue on the table, the bathroom looked unsanitary, the soap in the plastic was FILTHY, and the bed was GROSSSSSSS. I would not let my puppy sleep there. Didn’t even refund my money.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Friendly staff & the rooms are actually CLEAN! Most hotels CLAIM to have "cable" but it's not, disguised antenna basic stuff but Rodeway has true cable & HBO (which is hard to get anywhere anymore it seems! ) Microwave & fridge in all the rooms & THE ROOMS ARE SOUNDPROOF!

Listen, I have stayed at some bad hotels and I have stayed at cheap hotels but this place is gross. Old dried boogers on the wall, big long black hairs in the towels, dressers from the 80's it's just disgusting. If you're a single guy that just needs a quick place to sleep I guess you're ok. Everyone else, stay away this place is disgusting.

Rooms are good value for price. The location is nice snd private in a very busy area but the crown jewel is the day time frontdesk guy.

My home away from home … And they have improved on cleaning the rooms. Thanks for listening to a loyal customer keep up the good work. The rooms are looking much cleaner now.

You pay for what you get. Kind of dirty, cheap, bedding is decent though. There isn't free breakfast. Or any breakfast. My smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to switch rooms (it was chirping because of a low battery-and they didn't have a replacement), the new room was a smoking room. The people running it don't quite get the whole hospitality thing.

It's always peaceful no one bothers you or hassles you. The staff is pretty cool they always take care of me and make sure I'm safe in a room that they can see from the office. Everyone pretty much minds their own business. Once in a while I hear people talking as they are passing by or I sometimes hear people that live here or a couple arguing but other than that I really like it here.

Nice place. The guy at the front desk was very courteous, and sweet. The place was clean, quiet, and had a good smell to the room.

I checked in around 6:30 pm and upon opening the door to my room I was hit with an unpleasant odor. Decided to run the bathroom fan and room heater and see if it would clear out the smell. 2 hours later I called the office and was told to run the AC instead. I went out to eat and came back an hour later and the smell was still strong. I got a different room and it was normal. Great. Settled in to watch TV and the remote doesn't work. You get what you pay for.

It Is A small Hotel to spend one or two nights, the room is small, it was clean and had TV, heating, hot water, microwave and a small fridge, it is an option to be passing by.

Wow! Stayed last night at this place. I read all critics and after that I was littlr bit afraid to stay here. Too much to follow up on check in, but worthy after getting nice and clean room. Trust me on this, I've stayed at 3-4 stars hotels paid over $100 and haven't seen like this quality rooms. I have seen some cheap fellas that always look for cheap hotels and later wants some refunds. I saw one at check out time. Stop it guys why would you lose such a spot that gives you best lowest rate $$$$ in town!

Clean. Nice, employees from the front desk to housekeeping you're very very nice I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, I pulled in and thought I was at a Hilton. Before I could get out of my car, I was kindly greeted by a nice young lady seeing if I wanted some company for the night, I declined since I had to be up very early for a business meeting. When I finally got settled in, I met the people in the next room whom offered some marijuana since I told them I was stressed out about my business venture in the morning, I thought that was very nice. Overall, I had a great experience here and will return again.

Get what you pay for. Was worth staying for the price we paid. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but not much to look at. Good TV with plenty of channels. Bathroom itself is very small and room had a weird smell. Air was very cold and worked well.

Good (mattress) and Bad (perfume smell) PROS: price, good mattress, reasonably clean, good shower. CONS: no shampoo in shower, and VERY strong perfume smell in the room. After dinner we propped the door wide open for a full hour with the AC and bathroom fan on and the potpourri smell is still here. If you have breathing issues stay elsewhere!

Stay there for a month staff is very pleasant very nice very quiet very peaceful when it's not they get right on it tend to it they don't like a lot of outside noise lot of disturbance somewhere you would love to stay if you want peace and quiet I recommend this to anyone this is the place to go nice clean quiet peaceful.

It's a bed and a bathroom… And they have basic cable! Don't expect much else. If you're on a budget, this inn is an option. The staff is nice and they are generally helpful but… If you can spring the extra cash for a finer establishment by all means do. My experience was not as sketchy as some other reviewers but it is definitely the kind of spot that they describe it to be. Shoddy construction, weird stains, chipped paint… You get what you pay for.

Probably the dirtiest and most unsafe motel I've slept in. My room had BLOOD on the wall, the floor was sticky, the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Furthermore, you had pimps waiting in their cars on the parking lot. And other guys half naked smoking weed in front of my door. I should have gone but I was just exhausted and needed a place to stay for the night. But the staff was very friendly when I checked in… and even when I checked out and told them what I thought. Please guys, just have someone cleaning your rooms, at least! Terrible experience.

Its a basic motel. Great if you are trying to be thrifty and dont mind suspect chracters as neighbors. If you are traveling alone I would not suggest this location because it is not in an open area, it quite hidden from view of the closest road. You cant get any blankets or towels after about 6pm. Ours had huge brown stains on them and that in itself was beyond off-putting. Also, there is an older Indian woman that lives onsite with her family and spends a wealth of time harassing guests and peering through the window. The night we checked in, my husband was waiting for me to arrive and this woman decides to start harassing him about who he was because there was another male (my brother) seen at the room earlier. She kept accusing him of lying, luckily I drove up moments later. She then told is that even though we have kids we needed to book a snoking room because we were only allowed to smoke on the opposite side of the parking lot per city code — which was incorrect. Travelers Hint: Norcross isnt really known for its upper class residents so be vigilant and stay safe… Or just dont stay in this area.

I feel like I got tricked! I thought this place would be nice because of pics but it was a hole in the wall! Never again!

Fair prices for the rooms… very quiet. Worth the price.

Exceptional facility,, very clean and up to date. The staff are more than willing to help, with anything you may need. I've been to many other facilities,, whereas, this place is particularly exceptional, in every aspect. I will definitely return, and highly recommend this place to everyone regardless of their endeavors…

Housekeepers do not clean the rooms I checked into my room and was moved because the room and fridge was so nasty… the next room I was moved to there was trash under both beds I asked the "young looking" girl at the front desk to have housekeeping come … they never came they next day came and they still didn't show. I will never recommend this place. The only person who seems to have some sense is the young gentleman who works evenings … They take ur money and are rude when they are the ones who should have verified that the rooms were clean.

They were real good to us. They didn't try to overcharge us. The rooms were clean and the towels were soft.

I have stayed at this hotel mini times over the last few years. And I must say for a hotel that is around the ocean view area of Norfolk it is hands down the best! clean inside and out! I did have a small problem with sink not working! after calling the front desk the problem was fixed. Come to…

Nasty rooms poor customer service and while motel was like drug infested crime scence.

Friendly staff and never any huge problems. This is my hotel of choice when in Atlanta and I've stayed here double digit nights in the passed year. I even lost an item of mine here from a convention and the cleaning staff kept it safe for me. Good people.

The staff is friendly and knows your name after just a couple of visits. The price is easily affordable and the location at the heart of historic Norcross is great.

I have stayed here many times and I only Had a problem once which was fixed right away. Rick was great, he needs a raise or he needs to be running the show. His hospitality was greatly appreciated. He showed that he cared to have guest feel welcome. That's what good customer service skills look like. Need more front desk staff like him.

It is a large hotel on two floors, have an area for smokers and non-smokers, have washing machines for guests, free coffee in the morning (NOT breakfast), air-conditioner, tv, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The waitress of origin indu, very friendly. The resepcion is not so kind as they should, but does not influence in a good stay

This was the only hotel available in the area. It wasn't expensive, so I was prepared to deal with sub-par quality. What I was not prepared for were the five cars coming and during the short period of time I was unloading and all to one hotel room (Drug dealing? Prostitution? ). I also wasn't prepared to hear a loud bang right next to me as I was in my rear driver door, come to the passenger side, and find a woman leaned against the truck beside me pissing herself with her panties around her ankles. I wasn't prepared for the mass of people coming out of and going into the woods right across the parking lot of my door. Mind you this is at 1:30 am on a Friday. I was also not prepared for the guy whistling at my cousin and I and then following us into the parking lot to ask if we, "needed anything. " (; If I had not been given a full refund, I was going to call the police then and there. Do not stay here. The 3.7 star rating is bs. Also, the rooms were disgusting.

The price is good but there are some cosmetic areas that can be improved. The rooms are OK. It's obvious the main cover on the beds hardly ever get washed. Some if the sheets have cigarette burns through them. There are dead bugs on the corners of the wall. There are dried boogers on the wall (just disgusting). Walls have stains and need a good re-painting. Housekeeping can be a lot better with thoroughly cleaning the rooms. If you stay more than one night housekeeping doesn't make your bed or bring new towels. The carpet can also use a good steam cleaning in the rooms. For the most part it's decent for the price. Police are always riding throughout the parking lot so you feel a little safer. There is a Chinese restaurant around the corner with really good food.

Don't stay there. Very bad place to stay. Very dirty unclean they got bed bugs.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't even know where to begin. The shower curtain had mildew aND the tub backs up while taking a shower. The walls are dirty and the carpet is disgusting. There were cigarette butts on the floor and a pair of socks between the bed and the night stand. I think they have bed bugs because I couldn't sleep I kept itching. The curtain had numerous cigarette burns, the TV didn't work and you hear people walking around all night long. I swear I was better off sleeping in my car. I mean I understand you get what you paid for but I've stayed at luxury hotels and cheap ones like this and I must say this has git to be the worst. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I figured it couldn't be that bad since I checked in at 2:30 AM and was going to be checking out around 10 AM let's just say it's 8:15 and I1 been left. I prefer to take a nap in my car before I start working. Do not stay here!

Absolutely good place to stay for business trip. I have been staying at this place for last 4 years. It always been pleasant stay. People who works there including owners are decent. Front Staff is professional and always greets with contagious smile. Wi-Fi works great. I have been receiving 50 MB/PS streaming on my laptop. (I know few people doesn't know how to operate computer properly and blame it on world. For who those doesn't know how to use technology; Guys please! go hit HELP button or call someone that can help you. Do not write reviews before checking your skills. ) Place is surrounded by nice restaurant, convenient stores and good neighborhood. Only down part about this suburb area is; You have to have a car and specially for this location. It feels good walking down the hill but tougher coming back uphill. Since its being about 40-50 feet of elevation, You may see spectacular view if weather is good.

The pool is murky like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The hot tub is dark and brown. The guy at the front desk the manager is very rude. We were unable to pay weekly during our stay. Everyday he kept telling us we had to leave our room because they don't have any availability. My first day staying they gave us a room that smelled like a smoker been there. Then the woman explained that they like to have younger people on the top levels. Eventually she gave in and gave me another room that was decent.

I recommend, good attention. The only detail is that in reception do not speak Spanish.

I stayed at this place for almost 6 months. Nice motel surrounded by rich neighborhood. Closer to Walmart — kroger and Gwinnett village mall. Continental breakfast and free high speed Wi-Fi internet. There are lots of restaurants within 1 mile, you may not get tired of eating same kind of food everyday. Very safe and huge parking lot where you don't have to race with other cars.

I was surprised with 35$ rate for Microwave, Refrigerator, Cable almost 70 channels, Free high speed Wi-Fi interenet, coffee maker in room with extra packs of coffee and also hot 24 hours coffee at front desk pluse Friendly staff. Beds are really comfortable and it made my stay really pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised at my room. It looked like it was just painted not too long ago. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. I liked the secluded area, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was no gourmet meal, but what do you expect for free? I have paid at lot more and got a lot less.

I have to drive from my side of town in lilburn to out here. Because not only are the rates awesome it's a getaway from everybody loooooooooooove this spot I want to stay there for a full 7 days lol;).

This place seems nice but you get what you pay for, 3 towels for four people and rooms that smell intensely of smoke even though it non smoking. Our cards kept deactivating and was scolded by the front desk to keep it away from my cell phone, which I dont carry so they were very rude. Check out other Hotels.
