Location is convenient and room was almost clean. Breakfast was mediocre with a vat of oatmeal, miniature bagels, bread for toast, small flat cookie looking things, cereal, and a waffle maker (that was a bit janky). The pool was not open due to being repaired or remodeled. The biggest issue with this hotel though, was the hard, uncomfortable bed. We both woke up with achy backs and a few other guests were mentioning how uncomfortable the beds were.

First time staying here and I got an expensive watch stolen. The manager has not replied to my emails or answered the phone for about two weeks from today. They front desk lady did not help us at all. She got very angry when I told her I would call the police. She was very mean and disrespectful to me and my husband. The pool was not working nor the bathrooms at the lobby. I had a dead coacoroch on the floor of my room for my whole visit. That means the cleaning in the rooms is terrible. I also left behind a big bottle of shampoo and a face wash that I never saw again. Terrible experience. Never coming back! The only nice person we met was a latin cleaning lady the rest of the staff had a terrible attitude. Never coming back! Everything looked old and dirty. The breakfast and the coffee were very good!

Its just not all quiet together. Things missing, broken, crooked, dirty. Hair on the towels. Buy TV is nice.

I thought with country inn name it would be ok. But I was wrong bathroom was floor was dirty, toilet won't flush crack and scratched up toilet seat, there's a blood spot on the wall, no tissues, elevator and hallway Is disrepair. Have stayed in super 8 motels that were much nicer. Not worth $50 a night much less the $150 I paid.

As of 6/14/18 they are renovating the hotel, which means no pool and the lobby is a mess, but I don't really care about that stuff. The rooms are pretty nice. The beds aren't very comfortable. They put the DirecTV box behind the TV stand so some to rooms in our party couldn't change channels. Microwave and fridge in the room. Short shower. Our room was cleaned very well and the housekeepers clearly care about their jobs.

Excellent location near our destination, staff was courteous and friendly, room was spacious and clean, my only complaint was the elevator seems like it is lacking service or maintenance. It has a serious jolt at the start and stop of its ascent, and an even worse jolt at the start and stop of its descent, like the cables are about to snap. But other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

I would not recommend this location. This is a privately owned hotel that “partners” with Country Inn and Suites. However, this hotel is not as nice as a normal Country Inn and Suites. The pictures here are very deceitful. The carpet was old and made the room uncomfortable. Other parts of the room were pretty old (toilet, shower hardware, electrical outlets) and needed replaced, again, taking away from the comfort. Over half the towels and wash clothes in our room were STAINED because they don’t hold to the same quality as most hotels. Our TV didn’t work. The heating and air conditioning unit put out an awful odor. Some of the staff were friendly, some seemed annoyed when we would ask for help.

This hotel was disgusting & it is obvious that the staff at the front desk knows it! Granted we checked in at 1:30am, but we were not about to sleep in a bed with white bedding that had several, yes several blood marks on the edge of the comforter. It also appeared as though someone had laid in the bed already. This was evidenced by the yellow body imprint in the sheet. We called the front desk & the staff member came up to our room to confirm that the hotel only had extra sheets, but no comforters. Which was fine, because we were given another room. After showing her the bedding, she said, "Oh yes, the house keeping staff should have seen that. I'll let them know. " Despite my husband telling me not to pull the sheets back in our new bed, I did. Big mistake! The sheets had what appeared to be dirt & oily spots. At that point, we gave up, slept on top of the bedding, & used the towels as blankets. When we checked out, I was asked about our stay & told the new front desk staff about our experience & her only response was, "Sorry to hear that… hope your day gets better. " WOW! If it was not for us being able to take a hot shower before we checked out at 7:30am, I would have refused to pay the full $107 for our stay.

Staff was nice and helpful. Facility is looking a bit run-down. Overdue for paint, carpet and bathroom remodels. Our room had a strong odor slightly reminiscent of stale fried chicken. While the variety of the buffet breakfast was not bad, bagels were stale, and the construction activity and haphazard arrangement made us feel like everything was dirty. We skipped breakfast altogether.

I am not giving this review a 1 because of the room, but for the manager (s) at this particular Country Inn. I left my IPad in the room there about 2 weeks ago on my way down to Florida. They called to let me know they had it and we told them we would be through the following Thursday to pick it up on the way home. I take 100% responsibility for not giving them a heads up as to my arrival time and I was more than understanding that the IPad was locked in the office and they would be sending it out the following day although I didn't understand why the girl working at the desk tried to explain it off as "my manager is very forgetful, and doesn't have the key" TO THE OFFICE?!. She took a copy of my I. D. For verification and took down my name, address, telephone number and told me she would make sure it was sent out the next day and she was going to call me. Since I had been gone for over a week and with all my unpacking, I totally spaced it and called the following Monday to check the status, hopefully retain a tracking number. The girl I spoke to on the phone acted as if she had no knowledge of the situation, and I know this was the girl I spoke to in person and transferred me to the manager who said they needed me to ship them a box. Again, totally understand this but I would have already done this had they told me I needed to do this right off the bat. I've managed many properties and this management team really needs a tune up. Also, the whole hotel reeked of weed.

Quite cozy. Late checkin. Didn't get to see much but what I did see was nice and clean. Beds comfortable, room clean and the check in receptionist very pleasant.

The stay was was nice. It was very quiet. Restaurants nearby. And a awesome breakfast (eggs, sausage, chicken, cooked oatmeal. The have a waffle maker cereal. Lots more. They are currently remodeling but it didn't interfere with us. We stayed on bottom floor. Very clean and Friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I am writing this review for my husband, he works away from home a lot. He said the rooms were adequate and for the most part the staff was nice and helpful. On his first night there his truck got broken into while he was at work. The same thing happened to a fellow worker the week before, evidently it happen a lot. If you do stay here be sure to park your vehicle where you can keep an eye on it.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet, very good value for money.

What stood out the most about my 11-day stay was the friendliness of the staff, but more specifically, Jamie, who is responsible for the breakfast buffet in the mornings. Instead of having the same boring experience where everyone sits, eats quietly and watches TV while the food gets cold; Jamie made me feel like I was staying at my mom's house and getting pampered with attention, making sure I had enough of everything. She is the nicest, most dedicated hotel staff I have ever met; and I'm on the road for 4 months out of the year. If you meet her, you'll understand. She deserves appreciation, a review online or a surprise tip. Thank you Jamie.

Stayed here 5 nights. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is edible, nothing special. Really there's nothing exceptional about the hotel, but I also didn't have any problems.

Love the stairs in the lobby. Looks great! Not the nicest hotel I've seen though. Just a few eye sores here and there. It's pretty good for a two star hotel though.

I'm so impressed by the awesome service from them. Jamie who is in charge of the free breakfast was so welcoming and generous to make sure our needs were meet. Always a smile on her face. Oh and kids, she helped me take care of all 4 of them! I will be back!

Me and my hubby had a great time minus the fact there breakfeast selection is not that great and I couldn't take a bath because they didn't have a stopper because they just renovated. Other than that it was clean and they had nice staff.

I had the unfortunate experience of being placed in a room on the first floor near the ice machine and elevator. And if that wasn't noisy enough, I also had a loud AC that kept making strange loud noises all night. Good luck.

Country Inn & Suites is a great place four suicidal events. The associates were great. The parking lot is a little small for a hotel.

When we arrived we had to wait for the receptionist to finish her personal phone call, which should not have taken as long as it did with guests waiting to check in. Otherwise the staff was very courteous. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff helping in that area were extremely helpful and nice. The room was okay, but the shower was very short (almost too short for my husband). With all this being said, I would return if I needed to stay in that area, but hopefully not pay as much as we did.

Wonderful experience! The hotel was nice and cozy! It was so cozy that almost fell asleep in the parking lot. Its also very quiet and laid back. Thick walls between rooms so you're not in the neighbors business. Very professional and very nice staff. The lobby was very Neat, Clean, and Orderly! Last but not least, the Continental Breakfast was Extravagant! They offer one of the best Continental Breakfast, that makes the whole experience worth while! I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family…

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. It was very comfortable and quite. And it offered one of the best free breakfast I've exercised experienced. I'll always recommend Country Inn.

I really expected better. I asked for a non smoking room and clearly someone smoked in here. Stinch of smoke made it hard to sleep. Woke up congested because of it. And there is burn marks all over the tub to prove it. Speaking of the tub… the bottom was so dirty that I couldn't put my child in it for a bath. Everything here is pretty old, needs updated in the worst way. My older son described it as something from the movie The Shining. I guess you get what you pay for! I personally will never stay at this hotel again.

"Looked very promising" After staying: Close to garbage. The only thing that is keeping this hotel above 1 star is the staff. They were very professional and kind. As for the rest of the hotel, its not very pretty. The pool was completely nasty with dead leaves on the bottom and this layer of "stuff" on it. I had to use a pool cleaner to skim the stuff off. (See pics) The beds were comfortable but the rooms were dirty. The shower head was broken, remote full of non working batteries and carpets dirty (just to name a few). My  grandma (who was staying with me) said "come on, at least shampoo the carpets" upon entry. On a side note, why was there AC units stored in the stairwell? I have no idea. (Again see pics)   I can't say much more about this place, so just dont find out for yourself.

I am a very open minded person. But just my short time in this hotel is horrible. We already asked for another room once, now we are sitting here looking for another hotel because rooms are beyond dirty. Rugs and furniture look like a fraternity had a party last night, bathrooms out dated and dirty. I recommend finding someone else!

Arrived late due to driving from out of state and was greeted by a very unprofessional and sleepy employee. Who informed me that the room I had reserved two weeks prior was not available. Whatever, I didn't mind that too much, the woman then gave me my room and key but when I arrived at 'my' room it was already being occupied. How awkward. After I apologized to the man I had woken up by entering his room I went back to the desk, and was given yet another room and guess what… that one had an occupant as well. TWICE I was given room keys to rooms that were being occupied. So unprofessional and uncomfortable. Once I was finally given a room that wasn't already being occupied I got to deal with the entire floor smelling like marijuana, and my room being below what I would have liked on the cleanliness scale. Its pretty obvious that I am going to say that I had a horrible experience with this hotel and will never be staying with them again. Be careful and make sure you lock your doors! Employees have no idea what they are doing! Extremley unprofessional.

Bed bugs. I'll say it up front, in case you don't read all the way through. I hesitated to even write this review, but I feel the overwhelming need to warn other travelers. To begin, this hotel was adequately nice, the breakfast was decent, and the location was good. It appears to have been updated in recent years, but maintenance has not been kept up with. I am a frequent traveler, and due to restrictions by my employer, I have a list of hotels to choose from in the area (or any area I travel to). I have been incredibly inconvenienced by my stay here. I'll list these in order of when I noticed them. The lobby was nice, the breakfast area was large and well-stocked, and the front desk employees were pleasant and welcoming. The check-in process was a snap. When I exited the elevator on my floor, this is where the problems began. The hallway smelled like old socks and marijuana. My room, thankfully at the end of the hall, did not have any sort of smell to it. The paneling around the outside of the door was falling off, and the door stuck and had to be forced open. The room was nice enough, and had all of the advertised amenities. The bathroom ceiling had some poorly repaired water damage in the recent past, and the water showed signs of continuing to leak from above. The water is appears to have a high sulfur content, so brushing your teeth with bottled water is advised. I had two problem free nights, but that ended this morning.
