This Hotel, wipes my account dry. Was a weekend stay for and event for my fathers suprise Birthday… well this company took all the funds in my account and had them on hold! Of course I went to the front desk and the Man was very, very nonchalant about it… took me it was the bank fault and to contact them… through the sheet of paper he printed out at me as if to dismiss me… they left me with $37 dollars in my account, I had a two week old baby, along with my daughter and grandson… no way of getting funds to buy gas to get back home… the next day I tried again, by this time with BOA on the line, of course there was a Lady here now and she said the same thing until the rep told her it was nothing BOA had to do with it… then she said it was my fault and I was simply out of luck… I’m not one to pull the RACE CARD, but something was not right about there attitude and body language… they counted the towels, before the gave us more… called the room several times and we was loading the car… the Lady walked down to tell us it will be a late check out fee, I looked at the time and it was 11:00 on the dot, I said how when I turned my key in at 10:57 am, you was not at the desk so I left the keys on the counter that she had to have picked up cause they was no longer there! Never will I stay here again and I plan to take this to the highest level… it’s more than sad to treated less than human by anyone! But how you come to a country and look down on anyone! BBB, consumer affairs and corporate will hear from me!
