Nice place… really clean.

Quiet/peaceful and comfortable just what I needed.

Befalia who works at the Front Desk of this hotel is a true GEM (Guest Experience Manager)! She took an unfortunate situation and turned it around so that our visit was incredible! We so appreciate the care and attention and will be back to stay here!

My daughter, granddaughter & their dog just finished a 3-day Florence evacuation stay at your Fairfield Inn. Unfortunately, my son-in-law had to stay back at MCAS Beaufort during this time. All of your employees went above & beyond to make them VERY comfortable during their stay… from offering to stay with the dog to comfort him while she ran an errand to giving my 2 yr-old granddaughter princess coloring sheets to keep her happily occupied. I can't thank you enough for taking such great care of them! YOU ALL ROCK!

Amazing staff, clean rooms, and Beffy is the bomb!

So sorry for not writing sooner buff and salt but I will say u to are on point on how u cared about me and my family and made us feel like we were family and made shore we were all right and buff your singing of family reunion was funny if I did come back there I would because of u two and I would tell my family and friends to stay there and ask for u two like to say to your boss u have two really good people up front stay good Mr salt and MS buff family reunion LOL!

Clean rooms and hotel. My Queen room seemed a little smaller than the other rooms I've had but I don't really need more space. I would've liked a closer to put my suitcase in along with this luggage racks you can put stuff on but it only had a small narrow closet. Tons of restaurants in walking distance and a great grocery store across the parking lot. Nice place!

Everything you'd expect from a Marriott property. Friendly staff, clean and well laid out rooms. Easy on and off to the freeway and plenty of great food and entertainment options near by.

Great hotel. Clean and new. An Earth Fare supermarket next door and shops, a movie theater, and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is SO clean. We walked in our room and it just smells fresh and newly cleaned. Front desk manager, Demetrius, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!

Room is nice enough, though it has a slightly strange smell. May be because of the rotten apple core found under the desk! Staff is friendly!

I stay at this hotel twice a year for a conference I attend every year and they are just great. They have a friendly staff. The check in and check out process is fast and easy. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The rooms are a good size. They have different rooms. Some rooms have a sitting area and others have a small sitting area with just a chair and a table. Even the ones thay are smaller are still a good size. The facilities in this hotel are in good condition and clean. The breakfast in the morning is good. They have got breakfast and it's good. The coffee is freshly brewed not from a box and a machine. This hotel is just great.

Very closely located to collections mall. Walkable to many restaurant and shops. Decent sized rooms and very well maintained.

This place is overpriced. Dirty, run down and not taken care of. Cobwebs in all corners of ceiling, rusted and broken shower curtain rod, dirty floors, broken tile, skip the food it’s nasty. They don’t clean your room unless you request it and then they don’t change sheets no matter how long he stay. Don’t drink the fruit water at the check in we have been here 3 days and it’s the same fruit that was in there when we arrived. Staff could care less. If this is your price range stay at holiday inn express one exit up, it’s clean, well maintained and great staff. I can’t believe Marriott would even put its name on this building.

We stayed just one night here and could not have been any happier anywhere else, I'm sure of that. Every staff member I talked to couldn't have been any nicer either, from night to morning. The room we had, had the most comfortable bed, real clean, and very spacious. Loved it.

Excellent rooms and location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The linens are clean, the breakfast is good, and the shower runs hot and has excellent water pressure. I couldn't find anything to criticize here!

Hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and tv's are decent. Stayed in town last year this time also, same hotel. Shopping close by and variety of restaurants. Coffee/Tea service always good and breakfast is good also. Only downer is the floors were sticky in the breakfast area every day.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff! Aside from the stampede above me, it was perfect (please try to place guests with children on the ground floor rooms! )

Kind and wonderful service. Stand up glass door shower, 2 tvs couch what more to ask for loved it and wonderfully tasting breakfast. Will definitely come again.

Easily 5 stars! Great location, convenient access and parking, close to restaurants and area attractions are all features that help make this a great hotel. Facility is beautiful and very well kept. I don't consider any other place when I'm traveling there.

It was great, I was able to just go and sit in the lobby. The staff was nice and during the eclipse they just handed out glasses for people to watch.

I was in town on business and spent 6-11 to 6-16 at this establishment. I had a wonderful stay! The room service was fantastic and kept everything clean. The night manager seems to be a really great guy. I was always asked how I was doing and how my stay was going. The lobby is nice and was welcoming. There is a gym and laundry area; the pool is extremely small which was disappointing. There is a really nice patio set up with a fireplace and cousined chairs. Breakfast was as expected.

My room had a very strong smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Normally I expect a little smell of smoke in a hotel but this room smelled like there was a lit cigarette in it for my whole stay.

I had the pleasure of recently staying at this location. I rarely give 5 stars and they deserve it. From the moment I walked in I felt as if they cared about me and my comfort. They had the fruit infused water in the lobby and info printed regarding local restaurants and shopping. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the shower was large and roomy (some other hotels have small showers). The room was quiet, didn't hear other guests or noise from outside. Location is right off the highway with a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I wish that this hotel was closer to my office vs the local Marriott Fairfield property in Alpharetta.

I chose Fairfield Inn & Suites because of its proximity to the new home I was moving into. It's not a chain I usually visit but I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and commitment to customer service. There's not a lot of staff but the people who work there are all friendly, responsive, and empowered to ensure that guests have a good experience. The facility is modern, bright and clean. Rooms have a small fridge, microwave, and large flat screen tvs. Lots of outlets for powering your electronics. Parking is uncovered but ample and free. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and is free. The location is great in terms of convenience … walk to several restaurants, shops, movie and organic/healthy grocery. For the price category, it's really a great choice. The only negative that I noticed was that the heating/cooling system is not central air … there is a wall thermostat but it controls a unit near the window. I find those provide less even and consistent temperature control but this was not a deal breaker.

In general, Marriott hotels are very nice, and this one in particular had very friendly staff and pretty much everything we could possibly need during our stay.

Staff was very nice, decent breakfast and overall nice new place. Just wasnt fond of pair of dirty socks left in room under edge of curtain, obviously vaccum cleaner was not pushed through here.

Very nice new hotel. Staff was friendly. As a frequent business traveler this is a standard run of the mill business class hotel. However it was new, clean and friendly so its better than average.

Fairfield Inn and Suites was a very professional experience for me. The employees were extremely helpful, the facilities were well maintained, and the room was luxurious. I would absolutely stay there again!

The rooms and breakfast were great. There was a bit of technical difficulties with the elevators but it was fixed quickly.

Was here for a wedding which the hotel was near to and was also close to many other things to do. Beds and rooms were great.
