The stars are for the customer service Mike provided. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and how he accommodated us. Rooms were actually decent with new bathrooms and actual Wi-Fi you can work on. Clean sheets and a quick skip to Waffle House on the same block and a shopping plaza across the street.

A great hotel in a calm area. Possibly the best Red Roof in all of Georgia.

Very clean room, easy access from I-75, friendly staff. Good value at a good price. Pool and new patio currently closed, but looks like they'll be open soon.

Was a brief but very rewarding experience. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I bet the owner and/or Christie the front desk clerk are the ones putting up the good ratings. PLEASE DO NOT rent from this disgusting place. It should be shut down. There was a group of us adults, & children that travelled from TN for a basketball tournament. We all arrived between the hours of 12am-2am. The room I stayed in smelled like urine. The tub was nasty & stained, & the walls as well. There were even handprints all over the headboard. Even after cleaning it with bleach, & spraying disinfectant spray, it still smelled like urine. The other rooms that we stayed in smelled like urine & marijuana. So I brought it to Christie & the owners attention, & they tried to tag team me. Both were extremely rude, disrespectful, & told me to get out. They had already taken our money, so we weren't going anywhere. There were no other available rooms in the hotels in that area. Also, the boys were tired & had an early morning game. They decided to call the police. The police arrived, took me outside, & told me that this wasn't the first complaint against them. That the two women have done this to others. They told me that I was allowed to stay til dawn. I didn't even sleep, b/c bugs felt like they were crawling all over me. Stay far away!

My room was renovated and all but the bathroom was not very well kept. The tub needed to be redone. It looked disgusting. There are ppl going in and out of the rooms all throughout the night and early morning. You can here the doors slamming. I didn't sleep at all. We only had one big towel, one medium towel, and two face towels for 3 people.

Super rude at the front desk her name is Christy. Room is very nasty very Very unprofessional unbelievable would never stay here again. My advice STAY AWAY! You would thank me for the device believe me. Not being disgruntled just being real. If you do decide to stay here bring some bags for your feet if you step in the shower you might get more than what you paid for. Cops around out side everywhere very suspicious. Don’t feel safe at all here.

As good as it gets for the price. Hard to see from the road because it keeps getting shut down and has like 3 different names on the business from past owners. They did very good for the remodel tho but the tub and room was dirty. We won't be back but this place is just a place to rest your head for a sec and get out.

Nice enough for a quick nights stay. Expensive for what you get so book book ahead online. No coffee in the room and the coffee in the office had small Styrofoam cups with no lids. Forget breakfast because there was none. Shower had shampoo on the ceiling and the non smoking room smelled like smoke. Fridge and microwave in room.

Clean comfortable room. Excellent customer service from Mike. We left our laptop and he was very helpful with getting it back to us. There was a nice grassy area right outside our room for our pets.

A great bed and soft comfortable good rest and didnt hear the neighbors.

Hotel was clean enough and easy to find. Parking was limited and difficult especially at night. Night staff was helpful. We were there to evacuate from hurricane Irma. When we realized we had to stay longer because we were unable to return home due to the storm the hotel nearly tripled their prices. I felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. We had to find alternative accommodations because the prices were outrageous. Thankfully there were other options in town. If the prices had stayed similar we would have found no reason to check out and would have stayed the whole week we were evacuated.

Lady at front desk was nice and funny. The room was clean and bigger then I expected for the cost. The surrounding areas not too bad either. A lot of things to do over there.

Nice room, nothing fancy, not bad for the price. Worked for a 1 night stay. Room was clean and quiet beds were comfortable.

The Hawaiian lady that checked us in clearly didn’t understand the English language. She kept insisting on the phone that tax was included but when I got there to check in she wanted to add tax to the bill, very frustrating. The room looked decent and kept but the air conditioner was erratic, which is never what you want when staying in “hotlanta”. Everything else was fine but I don’t think I will stay here again.

Dirty and room door was bent at top half of door and wouldn't allow for door latch to be put on!

Huygens for starters. The staff, when asked About continental breakfast, responded "it is not required but if you walk to Waffle House, you can bring me a waffle". I was told that I could smoke in the room that I paid 'll Koop 'll 0 $400 to stay in for a week by the person that checked me in but was asked the next morning to have some respect for the building. The cleaning staff has beat on my doorevery morning telling me that it's check out time! UMMM NO, not for another week!

We booked 3 nights… It's not even a Red Roof inn… When we arrived it's says it's a Sleep inn so how confusing is that when trying to find where you are staying… The Pool looks like something from an abandoned home… When we came back to our room the last night we found that someone had gone through our things Even though we locked the door when we left and it was locked when we returned so… Who has the master key?!

Simply put. Pets stay free.

I enjoy my stay there staff always smiling. House keeping very respectful. The staff always try to make there guests comfortable. Whenever I'm visiting kennesaw I stay there.

I had a nice stay. People are quiet and I met the love. Of my life.

This place was disgusting! I walked into the room the bed looked slept in and I went into the bathroom and a roach ran across the room I immediately got my belonging went to the front desk and was refunded my money and when I told him there's roaches he didn't even try to argue he said oh ok nasty nasty nasty!

This hotel is the most racist hotel ive ever stayed in. It has the most inconsiderate staff an most rudest staff ever. I would not recommend every staying here. I'm a truck drive and have been to many motels. And this was far the most worst hotel ever. They only get a star so I could comment. Never again.

If there was an option to give this hotel no stars, I would have. Google needs to install a small pile of poop emoticon for appropriate occasions such as this one. So we just had a major snow storm today. Not an hour after my husband got to work did they say that they had to shut down and send everyone home. We live an hour and a half away from Kennesaw (where my husband works) and after hours of trying to get anywhere in gridlock traffic we concluded it was not possible. We called the Magnuson at around 4pm, made a reservation complete with confirmation number. My husband drove in hellish weather, finally parking his car and walking a couple of miles to a warm bed, right? Dead wrong! He arrived at 8pm to the rudest and most incompetent manager ever to find that his room had been given away. What a terrible way to do business. This man talked to my husband like he was less than dirt and did not offer any solution to fix the problem. The worst part is that my husband spent all of his energy and resources to get to that hotel and after being turned away, he was not able to get anywhere else. If they were giving his reservation away, they should have had the courtesy to tell him so that he could make other arrangements. Appalling service!
