I worked on the road for years and stayed in many motels. I now in this one and I have to say it's one of the best ran motels I've stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful maintenance actually comes when you need them and the rates drop the longer you stay. Not only that but they're constantly updating and refitting the rooms instead of letting the place Fall Apart.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful prices weekly rates are from 240$ to about 300$ before taxes and its super low key and quiet. Fast food, grocery store, and pretty much everything else within 10 mile radius.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well kept.

Room is what you expect for the low weekly rate. My room had a few issues, which were resolved very quickly. All employees are beyond nice. Laundry room is always busy and you need to have your own quarters.

Quiet, and family friendly. Rates are a bit high for what you get. But cheaper than others around the atl areas.

Not sure why but the elevators have been broken for several weeks and that raises a flag (in my opinion) to a failure of fund management.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door here. This location was much nicer than other InTown Suites that I've been to. It smelled clean when you walked in the door and the rooms were decent. However, they didn't lock the doors at night so anyone can just walk in. Also, the elevators kinda creeped me out. It sounded kind of rickety.

This place is pretty awful. The rooms are old and full of roaches. There's a really overpowering chemical smell all throughout the building. If you need a place to stay in the area, stay at the InTown Suites in Sandy Springs — it's been renovated, I've seen no roaches, and has been a wonderful experience.

Clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to shopping, dining and a lot more… Town-center Mall is just down the street. I stayed in a queen room studio, which is very spacious. And kitchenette has a large size refrigerator. Must bring your own kitchenware and utensils. I enjoyed my stay.

Stay somewhere else. Bug spray and cleaner so strong you choke. Mold in bathroom and bedroom linens dirty. No screens on Windows. Have not seen any critters but I'm sure they exist. Checking our oh I slept in my car.

Quiet and Friendly. Front Desk staff always do their best to accommodate you. Closed Sunday's. Open until 7pm Mon=Sat. Town Center area has everything you need within walking distance.

The moment I walked in I heard the employee talk to her manager saying all they do is steal and Break things. After a black lady walked away from the desk. Also funny that they can say such rude things while being roach infested… I stayed on week and will not come back don't waste your money paying for this expensive room just to sleep with pregnant roaches.

I had booked a room which I was told by the rep it was pet friendly I found out after driving 10 hours from Texas that they no longer allow pets. I had to basically Google a boarding for my pets which cost me $300. Then I get inside the room because I wanted to shower and as soon as I walked in there was roaches crawling in the shower. Just having a field day! So I tried calling the emergency line which he informed me I would have to wait in the morning to speak to someone. I basically slept in my truck and to 9 a. M. When they opened so I could get my $350 refund. The front desk assistant informed me that the manager will not be in till Monday. I told her I have videos and pictures of these roaches in that room and I'm not waiting to know Monday and I already paid for another room. She reply saying she would have to charge me for one night at the regular rate and I would get refunded three to five business days which was fine with me because I informed her I do work at a law firm and I am definitely going to sue for misrepresentation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy it's disgusting. Roaches everywhere!

I checked in Tuesday and was put in a mildew ass carpet room, it really extremely stinks to high heaven… House keeping has not come by since I have been here my window in my room fell down maintenance man walked in my room while I was in the shower can't get in the gym at all parking is horrible hallways stink of marijuana elevator stinks of marijuana nasty people begging for money and cigarettes Hotel staff very rude and very unpleasant… Will never stay here again In my life… Hot water is not even hot at all beds very uncomfortable heat and air does not work properly at all… STAY AWAY GO SOME WHERE ELSE PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR SOME WHERE NICER.

Ghetto… over price you can stay at a 4 star hotel very old and dirty people selling drugs kids running around all hours of the night it looks more like a homeless shelter the a hotel…

This place sucks bigtime… Roaches, bedbugs, nasty rugs, mildew heating and air, very poor management and the list goes on and on. Please take heed to all the poor reviews and don't waste your hard earned money here.

I was told when I called pets WERE DEFINITELY allowed, upon arrival I was literally told that I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. Thank god my dog is a service dog and we were allowed to stay. nothing but rude, inconsiderate people that live here. I am here for a week and all I hear all day and night is yelling, screaming kids at 2 in the morning who's parents seem to be nowhere to be found, and nonstop running up and down the halls and banging on door by kids. Do people not know how to control their kids? Apparently not. The halls are disgusting, elevator looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, cigarette butts all throughout the staircase, laundry room is an absolute WRECK, no coffee makers, no extra towels or pillows given out, lots or soliciting it seems. WAYYYY too overpriced for what you get. Be warned, you will not get any sleep here!

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Shady people hanging out outside around the parking lot. We checked in Friday night, the whole night the fire alarm would go off and with in two minutes would shut off again, this repeated probably at least 5 times and that thing was LOUD I want sure what to do as no one was leaving their room and it kept happening. So if their every was a real fire unfortunately many people would die because it alarm isn't reliable, not one did I see a fire truck when this was happening for over two days. All the furniture was old, broken, and mildew ridden especially the dresser next to the air conditioner. Rotting and black on the bottom — no excuse! The hinges for almost all the cabinets through the room were broken and falling off. The tub was leaking a ton of water non-stop which created a loud noise 24/7. We were killing at least 5 roaches a day some about 3 inches long. Their was no water on Tuesday from 9 to past 5. The phone in the room didn't work, the internet was spotty and disconnected numerous times through the day. Room service never came it was supposed to come Thursday (stupid the day before we checked out) and never did. Management is one of the biggest issues with this place they are all clueless and incompetent. I told them about housekeeping never coming, their response "oh yeah we only have one person and she didn't make it she would have gotten to it today if you would have renued your stay".

This place is the worst it hotel. Do not book here at all. Booking was made through a 3rd party affiliate. They didn't disclose they closed on Sundays. How does a hotel close on a Sundays. Keep the booking money and don't answer the phone when you complain. Horrible service and horrible management. Luckily my booking agent refunded me otherwise we would be out.

Keep all of your receipts! This place will steal your money if you don't watch out.

The absolute worst hotel experience. I spent several weeks here simply because I had no where else to go. There were roaches, police, several fire alarm defaults. The management sucks. Awful experience. I've been questioned by police for no reason over 5 times in a WEEK! It was simply borderline harassment. Harassment until I checked out. The police and management ought to focus on the druggies and prostitutes in their hotel instead of the harmless people that support their business.

Do not go to this extended stay. This place is infested with roaches. I have never seen so many roaches in my life and the management knows and does not care. After checking in I went down to the front desk spoke to the manager and she was not helpful, she said there is nothing I can do about it. The room was dirty and she sent a house keeper to clean it but the house keeper said she didn't speak english and when I started speaking Spanish she was shock and confessed she knew how to speak english but the manager told her to act like she could not speak english. I had to stay there for a week and talked complained to the manager on a daily basis. The third day I was there I went to speak with the manager and she told the front desk to tell me she was not there, I started to complain about the manager and ask for the corporate number the manager quickly appeared out of the back and said she could not give me that number, so I looked it up. I contacted corporate and they did nothing but said sorry for that experience. I am now talking with the health department and the news stations about this place. Stay away they should be shut down its dirty, roach infested and the manager does not do her job.

The hotel could be way better. The property is big and it just needs a little updating. The first night there, I literally slept with a flashlight, so many roaches. I slept on the smoking floor only because it was the only room available at time of booking and trust me, you definitely can tell the difference. The halls are very smokey and so was the room. Besides that, the room really isn't that bad. If they just had habitual pest control come in and spray like everyday for a few weeks, they'd be okay. (This is for Kennesaw — Barret Pkwy location).

The motel was terrible. When we arrive the room was not ready. The room have a odor. Management was terrible with customer service. We had to relocate to another room because our room was not ready after waiting for a hour. Do not I repeat do not say at this hotel location.

Roaches all over the place, the hotel is dirty always and smells horrible. Mgmt do not care about the guests, they do not send out letters of new changes. You have to find out by chance. I've had item stolen in my room and someone came in my room while I was out and left their empty gum package in my room and left message with the main mgr and of course I never heard anything from this Mgr. This Mgr never smiles, if they don't like you they make sure you know it. I've never been in such a horrible, dirty, horribly managed hotel. I have to take pictures of everything in my room before I leave because of someone coming in my room. If the new Managing company keeps the General Mgr they are in for bad mgmnt. I highly do not recommend this hotel unless when it's remodeled and the roaches and filth are gone, then don't go. You pay them your good hard earned money and get treatment of a zero star hotel. Oh, and the guests are loud and run their mouths. One night on my floor I heard a lot of arguing, 2 girls were about to fight. So what does that tell you.

Hotel was very dated. Hallways smelled musty. Walked in the room and saw dead cockroach on the floor in the kitchenette, another dead cockroach by the bathroom. There was a turd in the toilet. The cabinets and counters were visibly warn, and one cabinet door was broken. Room smelled so bad had to buy candles to mask the smell. Sprayed the bed to ensure there were no mites or other bugs. Kept all items off the floor to keep away from roaches and slept with the lights on to discourage more roaches from scurrying while I slept. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is dangerous and management refuses to take responsibility for anything. I had my room broken in to from the window. My lap top, sony playstation 3, and guitar amp was stolen. When the police arrived they told me this was a high crime rate hotel because of the drugs and prostitution going on there. Police get called there several times a day for domestic violence and burglary. They only have security camera in the front parking lot and the office. For the type of crime going on there, you would think they would hire a security guard. if you choose to take a chance staying at this hotel, do not, let me repeat myself. DO NOT STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR! The windows are very easy to break in too. Even without tools or a brick to bust out the window. These windows can be opened in the locked position without tools. risk management for this hotel refused to take responsibilty and told me I shouldn't have left my computer in my room. Next month I will have my day in court. People beware. Do not stay here.
