Thank you Wende and the staff at Microtel Jasper. With a Crippled work vehicle and hobbling personal vehicle less than a half mile from each other there shown a beacon at the top of the hill across from the parking where we awaited help. With the voice of an angel you calmed me and made things doable. We will be back to enjoy your town. Thank you so very much for the warmth!

Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. My grandson loved the window seat and actually slept on it all night. I would stay here again. Cons were: 1) no microwave and mini refrigerator in the room like most hotels have and 2) the front desk person did not have on a mask, which bothered us a little. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Awful customer service and is definitely not family friendly.

I was pretty tipsy when I checked in and I left early but the place was really nice and clean and everything was as it should be. I didn’t have time for breakfast but I’m sure it was great.

Rooms are clean and the price is good. However, the walls are very thin and therefore you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you. Which is unfortunate if you're traveling for business and trying to get some rest.

We didn't actually stay here. I was doing work in the area. Seems like a nice hotel. No trouble.

Quiet hotel, clean. Very upsetting atmosphere at breakfast. We were sitting by the door to the outside, the area was small, employers use that door for their smoke breaks, apparently. They barely go out the door and also hold the door open while smoking. I nicely asked them to close the door, I was given attitude and then an employee slammed the door! I was not impressed! Isn't there a law that protects the health of non smokers?

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was super clean and a great value for the money. I would have glady given a 5 star rating, but there is no fitness center. Overall, l recommend this property.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. This was a handicap accessible room, the tub/shower was well equipped. The shower could have had more room to go taller. The breakfast was very basic continental style.

Very clean! And really comfortable bed (though seemed small for a queen). Walls so thin we heard our neighbor snoring all night, but other than that, worked for us. Liked that the windows can open. Fine breakfast options, and cookies at check-in!

King Bed Rooms are very small, wouldn't want to stay there for any length of time. And Whatever you do DON'T leave anything behind that housekeeping or staff might like, because you won't get it back… my bad for forgetting anything in our room, their bad for keeping guest personal items for themselves, because no one would have thrown the particular items I forgot to pack away! They allow pets for a fee. Reasonably priced and offer a continental breakfast as needed. Clean rooms, hot water and always smiling… would continue to stay here for future visits.

Extremely nice staff, rooms, & area as a whole. Closer than the map shows to the scenic north ga mountains.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, there is no coffee pot in the room and only a cold breakfast available.

Room nice but staying here for a week and asked for fridge a microwave and told me it is an extra 15 per day.

Our stay was unexpected as we were in Calhoun and due to Hurricane Irma there were absolutely no vacancies in town. The only room we could find was here in Jasper some 35 or so miles away. Donna, the night manager was very helpful and friendly. Even at 230am when we finally checked in. To note — this hotel was inundated in the course of a day with people evacuating Florida and they waived some of their rules such as limitation on weight for pets to allow people to stay with their animals. The rooms were nice, I liked the bed linens and def liked the weightier comforter than normal on the bed as the weather has turned cold with the incoming offshoots of Irma. Breakfast was very well put together even for your typical continental spread. Bagels. Toast. Eggs. Muffins etc etc and staff members stayed on top of keeping the servery clean and stocked. All in all a welcome surprise after the stress of finding a room for the night!

Better experience than you local guide " Terry " bellow. Can't believe complaint about been too cold. Incredible, if it was too hot it would of been anther complaint. Obviously dose travel much like I do. Place is great, and clean. Carrie at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. Who cares if you have to ask for soap or shampoo. Most people still it any ways that is why some gave a low review here, probably because they take it home.

Was here for two nights in a deluxe room — had a bar sink, fridge, and microwave. The room looked and smelled fresh and clean. Good price. Breakfast was nothing fancy but is included with a night's stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Attended a seminar here, hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. Did not see the rooms, but would feel comfortable booking a night there in the future.

It was okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was very limited. I think I felt something in the bad bite me.

Pleasant stay, but a very small room. Almost like a cruise ship stateroom. But, I was just there to sleep and hit the road, so it worked.

This hotel was very clean and very friendly. It has a great place to walk your dog. I would have giving them 5 stars but the only thing I can say that wasn't that great was you can hear other people next to you and that was very annoying. Otherwise this place is awesome. Definitely would recommend it.

The staff is always friendly and on the ball. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. Had a friend recommend it a year ago. Love the town the people are great.

I just love this place. It's within 20 miles of my home. Always clean. The staff makes the whole expeirence. From check in through house keeping they go out of the way to make you fee special.

Recently stayed while we were attending a workshop. It was clean and close to anything you might need while your away. The staff was great.

Great place. Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable bed, good Internet service, and free long distance phone calls. Megan the desk clerk was excellent as well as Anna the Property Manager. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our stays there have always been great — clean, good beds, good breakfast, and wonderful friendly staff. We plan to stay there again next month.
