I checked in pretty late at night, and staff was friendly. Rooms were outdated but clean. Well worth the price!

We just tried to get a room for the weekend and we looked online the price was $100 check in on Friday leave Sunday. When my husband goes in and ask price they say $65 a night so my husband comes bk to the car I pull it up online and he then tries to lie and say all rooms are booked which was another lie there were 5 left my husband said your trying to over charge me and he yelled at my husband and said yes I am and he slammed the door in my husband's face very rude and will not be recommending them to anyone …

Traveling with a service dog and owners refused to let me stay. I tried to show paper work but no they wouldn’t have it. Very rude people and heartless. Do not give them your business please.

Great rooms for the price.

Very nice room, and CLEAN not like lumar inn (dirty, nasty rooms. Don't go there. )

Very quiet but to go to a movie you will have to drive 14 miles to lagrange wow.

Great clean hotel for the price range. Girlfriend and I are young and travel a lot and therefore stay at a lot of cheap hotels and for the price point the room was clean, comfortable, and decent amentities. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

This hotel should not be your first or second choices of a place to stay. Unfortunately at 2 am in the morning it's about the only thing you will find My wife and I stayed there on Friday night and planned on getting up early to resume our trip to Fla When we tried to check in we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes for someone to answer the bell no lobby entry after 10 00pm. We were giving a room that smelled really bad on surface it looked clean but you could see it hadn't been cleaned My wife pulled all the covers off the bed checking for any signs of bed bugs. We used our own pillows and blankets. The carpet felt sticky the shower was moldy in the corners. Lot of noise we stayed because we were so tired from driving. Get up to check out and there was no breakfast or coffee as advertised I asked about breakfast or even coffee clerk was very rude. Lot of unsavory characters hanging around. I don't like to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to write about Woodstream Inn maybe to save someone else the aggravation especially if you are traveling with children Teri and I just chalked it up to plan our stops a little better next time.

Nice hotel. Recently remodeled. TV is on an antenna. Not many channels. Good place to stay for the price.

Our stay wasn't to bad. Clean and quiet but pricey.

Nasty dirty rooms wouldn't even give us a refund after seeing the room… We didn't even stayed there.

The hotel is nice but the maintenance is very poor. The rooms are clean though.

My husband & I couldn't get the Wi-Fi password to work. It would either connect, but redirect us to a page telling us that there is a problem, or wouldn't do anything but save password. It didn't matter what we did, & all the front desk would do is repeat the word. When I called the office, & asked for more towels, I was first told we had enough towels. I then handed the phone to my husband, & he was told if we wanted extra towels, we had to come to the office. (Granted it was approx 11:30ish, but we didn't ck in until after 930. & the office was suppose to be open 24hrs. ) I went immediately down to the office and I rang the bell, like the sign said to do, twice. No one came. The pool looked like it has been closed for repairs for some time. They advertise they have vending machines and self service laundry. What they really have is one washer and dryer, & one soda machine with Coke, Sprite, water, & generic brand. Oh a ice machine as well. The can sodas were$1.00 EA. We had a smoking room. All you get is one small ash tray. On the plus side there is a flat screen TV, a small fridge & microwave. The shower has good pressure, but no garden tub. You only have 10mins after you ck in to change your mind. Unfortunately for us, after we dropped our stuff off in to the room, we took off to do some shopping. Needless to say we will not be staying there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Staying over night, just happened to find this place. It's cute, rooms are clean, comfy and my 5 year old is having a blast!

STAY FAR AWAY! ATTENDANT NASTY AND RUDE! False advertisement… stated pet friendly but would not allow my medical service dog! She asked for documentation… which I advised her she was not allowed to ask for. She Was ignorant to laws that privately owned businesses are not allowed to ask for documentation or question anything in regards to the service animal. I was traveling from Texas to North Carolina with my son's service dog. My son is in the Navy and is transitioning home. I had already stayed at two Hampton Inns with no issue. I decided to stopped in Hogansville, Ga because I was exhausted. Choose this hotel because it was cheap and right off interstate. Attendant would not allow the dog because my son's name was on documentation and was not with me. When I explained to her that I was trying to get the dog to him in North Carolina, she still refused me the room. When I was refused a room because I had the service dog, I said ok, refund my money. This was also refused and I was told to contact Hotwire for a refund. Luckily Hotwire reversed the transaction and made me reservations at a very nice Comfort Inn… at no extra cost than the original room $44 + tax=$60. I basically got a $149 double queen room with free breakfast for $60! Thanks Hotwire, Comfort Inn and especially the nasty foreigner at Woodstream Inn. Don't waste your time or money at Woodstream!

For the price, this place is awesome. No breakfast but Macdonald's is across the street. Plenary of hot water, bug free, quiet, the outside looks fantastic, and very clean! This is the place to stay in Hogansville on a. Ugh this in the road. $50! Don't hold it against them that the tax takes it to $62.00… I can't believe the lower starred reviews stayed in the same place.

My husband and I stayed there 2 years ago today. I felt a little itch on my hand. Didn't think nothing of it at the time on when we were packing I saw a bug on the wall. It was a bed bug. I brought it down to them and showed it to them and they said they didn't know what it was I told him it was in bed bug. They did not do anything about it. Not even give me a refund. By the time I got down the road I had bites all over both hands and arms. We wound up calling up the health department over there and telling them about it maybe they could have done something. They said they would investigate. I hope that they have gotten rid of them for everybody I know it's been 2 years so maybe it has been cleaned up because it was just reopened with new owners at the time. But my stay there I have scars from the bed bugs on my hands because of so many bites.

The night woman was very friendly, however the room we stayed in was disgusting. The smell that was covered by fragrance took my breath away to the point of not being able to breath. The bed comforter was torn and had 3 standard size pillows for a hard king bed. The refrigerator was warm and the microwave was caked with food as old as the year of the appliance (which had to be when they first came out with microwaves). The bathroom door was dripping with dirt and the toilet bowl tipped and was so uneven it was dangerous to use. Only a quarter of the outlets worked and the TV quality was blurry, although that could have been a good thing if I brought a child there as pornography stations appeared just as any other channel. The Wi-Fi had two possible connections and neither one of them worked unless you stood outside the door. The coffee offered to quests might have been enjoyable if at 8am the lobby door was unlocked so you could have a cup; but you can bet that at 10:05am the phone in the room was ringing and the day man was yelling that check out time was 10. My fiance and I would not recommend this Inn to anyone.

This is probably the worst hotel excuse me motel that I have ever stayed in. I booked for 1 week from the first time I called till I got to the room the price went up 3 different times. There is one car in the parking lot. I went to the office because I was told that they have a deluxe room that is twice the size of the regular rooms. When I spoke with them on the phone the "Deluxe"rate was 65 a night now when I went to the office to see if I could get the last 4 nights in one of those rooms they were magically 100 dollars a night. Go across the street to the Garden Inn. I guess these people don't have any concepts of stature of the laws. You can't charge what you feel like according to how much money someone takes out. Oh and I had to buy my own toilet paper and can only have towels once a week so please save your money sleep across the street or in your car.

EXCELLENT CHOICE OF STAY! We arrived at 1:15 am front desk was awesome I woke him up out bed, but he was still the Nicest gentleman ever. No its not the Hilton but it's cozy and laid back you don't have to worry your going to owe money cause of an accident! Will for sure stay again!

No regrets staying here! Staff is very friendly and accommodating even when arriving late (2 am). Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, everything is up to date. I would definitely stay here again. McDonald's is directly across the street and Waffle House is right down the road. Hotel was easy to find.

The front desk staff is so so so bad. They are rude and disrespectcul. I would have rather sleep in the car with my children.

Had to attend to business in town for a couple of days and I decided to stay at this hotel. I stayed for 3 days and was very surprised at the updates the new management has done. Will return soon.

Horrible! I stopped at the Woodstream Hotel on the 31st of Jan. At check in I told the Manager (also claimed to be the owner) Vijay Patel, that I had a service dog. Even though it's not required by law, I did have documentation on me, showing that this was a legitimate service dog. Mister Patel threw my credit card back at me and said they had no rooms available for dogs. I explained to him that this was not a pet and that it was against the law to deny a service dog. He was extremely rude, said he knew what the law was, threw a business card at me and said go file a complaint. I'd like to add that this dog has served two overseas deployments, protecting this assholes freedom. Very disappointed.

Good price and nice staff. Traveling with a cranky 1 year old and they accommodated us by ensuring we got a room away from other guests so as not to disturb anyone. Can't beat it for the price the room was very adequate.

Stayed here July 2015 and the place is ridiculous… it has potential but it is so outdated. It hasn't been touched since the first time I stayed in it over 20 year ago. The rooms are dark, dirty and carpets are wet by the A/C leaving the room smelling like mildew. The people managing are horrible managers, the only concern they have is making sure the housekeeper doesn't give out extra towels. And the housekeeping is even more ridiculous… all they do it go around and pick up dirty towels. I have had to go to the office to get trash bags, toilet paper and get my clean towels back. By the way there is no breakfast as advertised on some sites. I'd try another hotel if I had to do it all over again.

This place is infested with bedbugs. I found them in the bed and on the wall. We took one to the front desk and all she had to say was they flip the matress every month, unconcerned. Well 2 days later weve got 63 bites that are swollen, red, and looking infected. I called back and she just hung up on me so I called the health dept. Dont be sucked in by $50 room, after dr visit and meds the room comes to abt $145… shoulda found a Holiday Express instead of that infested place… good luck! One star cause the ice machine worked.

My wife got bedbugs very terribly, I even caught one and took to office,, I wouldnt stay there. Bad bad bedbugs.

This isn't a bad hotel. It's about what you would expect in a tiny town like Hogansville. It was priced reasonably for the quality and it was clean. I wasn't expecting much more than that, so I enjoyed my experience.

Bad. Bad. Water is clogged up in tub. You can take a bath while taking a shower. Bathroom is filthy. And there are bed bugs. Me and my son scratched all night.

Very clean rooms. The fellow who checked us in (the owner? ) was super friendly. Good value for the money, and not too far outside of Hogansville proper.

A nice, clean, family run motel. Good for people travelling on a budget, but also good for people who just want a decent place to stay. I live in Hogansville, and the people who run this hotel are good and longstanding members of the community (the Woodstream name is a recent change). I recently got married here in town, and some family and friends stayed at the Woodstream Inn during that weekend. They all reported clean rooms and nice hospitality from the husband-wife team who have been running the place for years. They clean all the rooms and take care of everything. During normal hours there is a nice lobby where you check in, and the rates are a true bargain compared to bigger chains. Give them a call and ask. Across the street is a Subway, Rogers BBQ, International Cafe, and McDonalds. Wendy's and Arby's and a grocery store deli within a block.
