Tucked away in Fayetteville GA, this Holiday Inn was a real oasis for us.
Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating when we requested late checkout, extra towels and blankets. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. The wraparound porch with rocking chairs is a nice touch as well after a long drive.
Breakfast was hot, tasty and served until 10am (! ) with plenty of eggs, sausage and fresh fruit.
A final note, there is no fitness room on site but the front desk will give you a pass to the local gym less than a mile down the road and it is loaded with free weights, squat cages,! battle ropes and everything you need to get your workout on.
10 out of 10 would stay again!

We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville around midnight and were greet by a friendly concierge and we’re promptly checked in. The hotel was in an older building, but it had a charming and historic vibe. The inside was nicely renovated and clean! Spacious rooms with comfy beds! The shower had good water pressure and everything was nicely cleaned. Nice pool area! I personally missed the breakfast, but my travel mates all agreed it was one of the better comp breakfasts for a hotel. We asked for a late check out and were obliged with no issue at all! Would definitely stay again!

We arrived super late into the evening after leaving a show from tour. The staff was super friendly and helpful in getting us to our room ASAP. They had complimentary breakfast with various options. The room was super clean with a spacious bathroom. They have Bath and Body Works toiletries, which was really nice. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

Stayed there Saturday, april 27th. Arrived at 5:10 and there was a long line waiting to check in. A single clerk was trying her best to check people in. We were told that three cleaning staff and two check in clerks had walked off the job earlier. Not a single manager was present. We waited 90 minutes to check in. Some had waited 2 & 3 hours! By the time we had checked in and gotten settled, the nearby restaurants had long lines so we ate in the restaurant. My wife ordered me…dium rare steak salad and I ordered the pork sliders. The steak was overcooked to the point of almost inedibility. The pork was so dry, I gave up. Starting at 1:20 a. M. Some woman started laughing and yelling in the hallway. About the same time, two motorcycles started revving their engines and racing up and down the parking lot. This went on without interruption until 4:20. Next morning, still no manager and the same clerk was working the desk. She was a saint. I sent two email complaints but have not received a response. Never again!

Great looking hotel with a big courtyard and swimming pool. Has a charming look to it and is very clean. Plenty of parking accommodations. King size bed in the room was extremely comfortable and firm. All rooms have easy access to the lobby and breakfast area, where we enjoyed being able to eat breakfast all the way up until 10am… eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, juices, fruit, and delicious coffee. Shower didn't drain immediately and it was tough to get the air conditioning right, but overall a nice stay with friendly staff and very clean, neat rooms. The hotel is centrally located in Fayetteville, which is a nice old town. Would definitely stay here again.

Our client Adam Lee stayed here recently while on tour and performing nearby, and he loved it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was perfect, and there was plenty of parking even late at night! There was a strong Wi-Fi, and a free breakfast in the morning which made taking care of business and getting back on the highway in the morning super easy! Thank you for taking such great care and we're looking forward to staying with you again soon!

Exterior and interior were both well taken care of. The room was clean and comfy. Very pleased with the hospitality as well.

If you can find a place to park at this hotel, then you're in the minority. And for $138 per night, you'd think they could afford to fix the air conditioner. It leaked five feet out into the carpet, which would explain the mildew/urine smell when I walked in the room. And there was hair in the bathroom sink. When I called the front desk to complain about the a/c, the manager FINISHED my sentence. So she KNEW about the problem and still booked the room! I want my money back!

Usually don't write poor reviews, but room was very damp and musty smelling. Seemed as if owner never runs air to remove humidity unless occupied, and trys to use some sort of deodorizer to cover it. Everything felt damp as well. =/ Not at all what I usually find at Holiday Inn Express. Most are great. Perhaps in fall or winter it is better, or perhaps I just got a poor room… chose this because most reviews are great. EDIT — Everything else about hotel is wonderful, great breakfast, great staff, nice pool. And no one else I spoke to had that problem in their rooms.

Right in the middle of the square. Great food within walking distance. Close to all shopping and 20min away from the interstate. About 35 min away from the airport.

Came to my step — granddaughter's graduation and stayed here twice. A little expensive, but love the rooms. Hotel is nice and very clean. Beds are comfy.

Every time we travel to Atlanta and stay in a hotel, this Holiday Inn is our choice. We had the pleasure of staying here most recently in January, 2018. The room was perfect as always but, just as important, the customer service was excellent. Three women in particular went above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality… Miss Iona, Miss Mae, and Miss Judy. They were a pleasure to visit with each day. We will definitely be back!

My job has me staying out of town while working resurfacing SR-54. For me to be there 6 days a week, I can say I really enjoy the hotel. The free breakfast is great, the rooms are very nice. Staff is friendly. Can't go wrong staying here.

No upgrade offered for ihg status. Checked in at 5am and asked for 2pm late check-out and was told to call and ask at 11am. Ask? Guaranteed late check out is part of IHG member status.

Not as nice as the photos. It has aged quite a bit since. However it was a nice stay and breakfast was good. Employees were super friendly. Would stay again.

My coworker and myself stayed here on a business trip. We thought that it was a very pretty and cozy looking hotel on the outside and the rooms were clean and modern. My room had a work desk with easy access to plugins for laptops or other devices which made me feel more relaxed because I didn't have to rig up some sort of work area. It is right in the middle of old down town, so if we had time on this trip we could have walked almost anywhere we wanted to go enjoy all the cute restaurants and shops.

I would recommend this hotel. The rooms and fixtures could use some updating, but the room was really spacious, the hotel staff was very nice and the location, adjacent to shopping and restaurants, is really great! We stayed there during NASCAR race weekend and it was really convenient getting to and from the track.

We have stayed here during multiple in home disasters. The are unfailingly nice and kind, they are polite to my kids. The breakfast is not bad for free.

The elevator going to the second floor opens to the outside and everyone is exposed to the elements… rain, shine, sleet, or snow whatever the elements bring your way. There is no refuge.

Super clean. Out of the norm. This is an old lodge with a updated interior. Not bad at all.

This was our second stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville and both visits were fine. Yes, it is an old but historic hotel located on the small central town square. Both times I was greeted with a very friendly, welcoming. I didn't have any problems or complaints either time. The room was clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms also clean with ample cabinet top space and mirrors. The a. C. Wasn't loud or noticeable at all. It's a quaint, quiet location even tho we we were there during a long concert weekend. I did feel the prices were higher because of the concert being so close but that's not unusual anywhere you go. In the last 2 months I have stayed in 3 different Holiday Inn Express's and all had good breakfasts included and a Crowne Plaza Resort that I love so much I probably have stayed there at least 10 times. All with pillows that were so comfortable I am going online to order some. I've only been disappointed with one Holiday Inn Express ever and it was because it had previously been an extended stay type and smelled terrible. I will be back.

This is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated. While there are still a few signs of the building's age, but it's a beautiful hotel regardless. The breakfast is great tasting. It's a great stay for the price!

Super clean… nice staff! We were in need of a place as we evacuated Florida for Hurricane Irma and this hotel was perfect. The city square across the way is so picturesque too.

La recepcionista fue ruda y dijo que ella me había dado la oportunidad de irme sin pagar una noche anterior pero no fue así porque jamás me dijeron nada. Pague $153 dólares por todo el servicio y hasta ahora no he recibido una llamada de disculpa o un reembolso.

Its a nice place but for me I had a bad time there the light went out and was there for one day with no power, I didnt get no money back I think that wasnt good never going back there agian.

Place smelled old and this place also looks old walls are way to thin I heard they guy next to me blowing up his bathroom I wouldn't doubt this place has ghost in it.

This is a nice well maintained place. Close to all this town has to offer. Not a far drive from anything. Good place to sray.

The room was very unpleasant. It was not thoroughly clean like they said it was. There was urine on the toilet, beer bottle caps between the dresser and TV stand, and too many bugs. There was a lamp in the room that didn't function. The front desk receptionist was unpleasant as well.

Rooms smelled musty upon entering. Other reviews warned that being on the road side would be very noisy. They were correct. Pool side wasn't much better for other members in our party — along with a window that wouldn't close. The only plus I can give was a decent breakfast.

I have stayed here for ten years during the 4th of July weekend. Sam and his staff are the best in the business. The rooms are always in perfect condition. Breakfast is always good.

Room was lovely and setup well for me to work. Wi-Fi was problematic getting on, but calling their help line fixed the problem quickly. Breakfast was tasty and all the staff are friendly.

I can't give more than 5 stars or I would. The night before Thanksgiving our home caught fire and we were in Tennessee at the time. We immediately drove to our house and found it's interior destroyed. With no place to spend the night we drove to Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville Ga. We were greeted like family and provided a room for the night. Mr. Patel the owner and his staff worked with our insurance company to provide us a home for over a month. It is impossible to list all the the little things they did for us but it is safe to say they went above and beyond. I will always remember the kindness extended to my family. Obviously I recommend this location for anyone looking for accommodations in the Fayetteville Ga. Area!

We stay here every year on our way to Florida. Good clean room. Parking lot is not big but okay.

All was good for the three nights I HAD to stay for work, as far as the room. Although the parking lot does not have video cameras. My tailgate was stolen, off my F-250, in the parking lot under a light post mid way down. Fayetteville is ridden with crime and police can't protect all areas riddled with crime. There was no help from the police or the Holiday Inn. It will cost me just under $2000.00 to replace what the community has done to me.

The staff made the experience like I was in a five star big city Hotel.

I truly loved my experience with Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville! I held my graduation party there, and the service from the owners and staff was incredible, catering to my every need. The room was beautiful and perfect for my event, and the hotel overall has a very safe and homey atmosphere. I would gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I love to start by saying I loved my stay here as I always do when I stay at Holiday inns, I especially love this one because of the staff and Sam Pattel and his lovely wife Dina. Ms may, Judy and best for last Kristin White. I can't thank you guys enough.

Stayed May 9 through 12. Had a great, quite room on second floor # 211. Room was very clean and did not have a hotel/motel smell. The management was super nice. Lady in breakfast area was a doll. The entire area was immaculate. Will definitely stay there again.

Why is "ron" ordering crab cakes at the holiday inn express in Fayetteville.

This hotel was HORRIBLE! From the outside, it looks like a cozy little Bed and Breakfast, but once you get into your room, you feel like you are checking into a hospital. From the vibrations that you hear in the bathroom, you feel like you have walked into a time warp circa the mid 70's and you can just imagine the sounds to be the old and infamous "magic fingers. " If you want to sleep at night, then you had better time it to going to bed BEFORE your next door neighbor — as even though this hotel has a low occupancy — they insist on their guests sleeping in close quarters! The room next door has had teenagers partying, or a gentleman who truly got this place confused with the local TB center hospital. Of course if you like to be entertained, you can always join in on the local five-ten dollar poker game buy-ins, or enjoy the seedier elements of the city as they hop in and out of certain rooms — by the HOUR — on the weekends! Strictly an entertainment value hotel, not one to stay at for a conducive night's sleep.
