Friendly staff and clean rooms but the decor is dated as is the style of hotel. If you want a clean room at reasonable price, this is pretty good.

Good hotel for a wedding nearby. They allow dogs for a $20 deposit.

Nice older hotel, but a lot cleaner that the days inn.

This is a wonderful hotel very friendly staff and owners are excellent! Very reasonably priced and the rooms are very clean I will definitely be recommending this hotel to as many people as possible! The area is very well taken care of some things are older but great flat screen TVs and comfortable beds and a jacuzzi room is available. This is a fantastic place for a quiet weekend get away and the ice machine is working properly now.

Adequate but in a rough neighborhood.

It's the best price, for the most hospitable hotel. It may have its issues from time to time, but as someone who stays here while I visit family, I can say that we are always treated well. Sam is a good guy, doing what he can to keep cost down and the grounds safe for the patrons/guest. Should you ever find anything lacking, he is more than ready to help.

Very sketchy hotel. The traffic is almost terrifying and I didn't want to leave the room. Too much going on, cops got called and there was way too many druggies. But Sam the owner was awesome and very nice.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. A nice hotel for the price.

Not that great. Poor attention to detail on both the clean and repairs. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to logon. Some of our single use toiletries were open and already used.

3.5 stars the room could have been in better condition.

We evacuated from Florida during hurricane Irma. Ended up at magnusum hotel. The owners were wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean. We spent 4 days there with absolutely no problems. If your passing thru and need somewhere to stay I recommend this hotel. Again super nice people!

Owner explained to us, we have 10 min to see if we like the room. That was a major red flag for us. Went in and turned down the sheets and found bed bugs. Owner refund our money, will not be back.

Stay was great. Near fishing, reataurants and stores. Hotel manager very accommodating and the staff was very pleasant. We will come back here when we go fishing at lake Russell.

Rooms appeared to be clean, but the lobby smelled and the room had a smoke smell. Seems to be a pretty sketchy part of town too. But the beds were comfy.

If this is the best in Elberton then the rest must be real dumps. If possible I'd give it a minus rating. Stayed here day after Christmas with my small dog. My room was 3rd rate or worse. And no breakfast. And the cost… EXORBITANT! No discounts accepted, $80+ for a scruffy room with dead bugs in the dresser drawers & around it. Most of room & amenities appeared to be in poor repair. Maybe I got a room reserved for guests w/pets, but I'd recommend going to the Days Inn, but they don't accept pets. Next time I need to overnight there I'll stay somewhere else, if they accept pets. If not then I'll drive to Athens rather than stay here. $45 would have been about right. The people there running it, though, are super nice… Google Maps advertising is wrong, though. They advertise $48 rooms & free breakfast… WRONG! My room, as I said, was $80+ for me & a pet, & there's no breakfast.

Stayed there this weekend and I must say it is the best hotel in Elberton. Mr. Sam the owner is very nice and is willing to do whatever he can to make you enjoy your stay. The hotel rooms were clean the shower was spotless no bugs and most if all the room had a nice fragrance smell… the prices were reasonable its in a good area ain't no one hanging on the outside of the rooms… really nice hotel all staff are friendly! I have stayed at every hotel in Elberton when I visit but I must say this is the best one.
