Remodeling is only superficial. Grout is dirt encrusted from years of sloppy cleaning. Other flooring is original. That feature is the most vulnerable to high, unapologetic behavior so I don't blame them for not spending the money to upgrade. Asked for three missing bulbs to be replaced. No response in 24 hours. If the bulbs not needed why have fixture requiring them. Staff is generally kind and attentive, on the surface.

Very cozy place. Nice staff. Located next to a highway in small friendly town. Surrounded by food joints so that was convenient for our five day stay.

We went to Donalsonville for vacation were supposed to stay at the days and it was so nasty we went to the Econo Lodge the rooms were so much nicer and cleaner. The customer service was very nice and professional. Anytime we had problems they were more than willing to help. We asked to see a room they were more than happy to let us see one. It was 9:00 Georgia time so there were no where to buy a babies play pen they surprisingly had one at no cost to us provided one brand new and a shower chair also brand new though neither of the rooms were handicap. It was such a pleasant experience and wonderful customer relation. They were willing to help more than most places are the stay was great and next time we go we'll be going back. Thank you Econo Lodge for such friendly customer service and professionalism going out of your way when you never had too. Such great southern hospitality may God bless your establishment and your employees. Thank you for such a great service.

Very nice and affordable motel. The staff is very friendly and try to provide you with everything you need. You have daily clean towels and sheets. They also provide a nice area to walk your pets. Stores and fast food restaurants are at a walking distance. I would greatly recommend if you are stopping in Donalsonville.

This place is not the Ritz and not purporting to be. It is an incredible value and has wonderful people there who really care and really take care of you. I would recommend it for anyone as a convenient stopover when traveling in Southwest Georgia.

Donaldson is on route from Albany GA to Marianna FL and on to FL panhandle. This is a great opportunity to stop overnight at a friendly family run motel. Great service at a reasonable price. I will plan to stop there again.

Excellent customer service. The family that runs it were kind and attentive. It's the best option in Donalsonville.

Hotel seems really nice for a cheap hotel. Microwaves fridges Wi-Fi comfy beds… until the sun goes down. The roach problem here is very bad.

I have stayed here twice already. I was in the area working and I will not stay no where else. This hotel is family owned and the best people you could ever ask for. The rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable, and when u are in ur room and if there is people outside you can not here them. They will go out of there way to make sure you are happy and u have what you need. My 2 Maltese dogs did really good while I left them in the room while I was working a 12 hour shift. I look forward to going back. I have highly recommend Econo to everyone I knew.
