A Great place to stay and visit. Good breakfast with a great staff.

Was a nice stay clean rooms, carpet could have been shampooed a lot of spots. But overall clean environment. We had adjoining rooms the door look like it had kicked in previously but other than that a good stay.

Only spent one night passing though, but the quiet rooms and nice commfy beds were good.

These are some of the nicest people out there! Stayed there several times and it was always, consistently, great. If you find yourself needing a room in the Covington area, this is your place! As a former Hilton Diamond member I’ve stayed in many hotels (over 200 nights a year) in many brands (Hampton Inn, Hilton, Embassy Suites, etc. ). This property is one of the best!

This place is like your home away from home and the staff take care of you like you are royalty. They go out of their way to insure that your every need is met. Love the staff!

Nice room, great shower, AC effective and relatively quiet. Staff was great. Fourth floor AC in the common areas (halls, elevator) seemed to be off but not a big deal at all. Traveling with a toddler and we all slept well. Recommended.

I've stayed in this hotel the last two times I've been to Georgia. Each time we had a great experience. They have a super friendly staff, GREAT housekeeping. Everything was so nice and clean. They are definitely my go to place now.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the first night, we had arrived at nearly four in the morning, but someone still was able to get us a room. Everyone, from the maid to the manager were nothing but friendly and were able to take care of all of our needs. The room was clean and well furnished. We were definitely satisfied with our experienced.

I stayed at this hotel with a very large group for 4 days. We had several special needs kids and from the moment we arrived the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Every accommodation we needed was given. The hotel was clean and EVERY single employee we met greeted us with a smile, every single day! The pool was clean and the breakfast was great! I have traveled a lot in my lifetime and I have to say, this was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at HANDS DOWN! The manager and the owner should be very proud of their staff! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The staff at the Hampton we're all super friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 1030pm and we're greeted with bottled water and Swedish Fish for the kids. If I had to offer one small critque, it would be that the mattresses could be a little more comfortable. I've stayed at a competitors chain that has you slightly beat here. However, the customer service easily trumps that and makes me want to return. Thanks again!

We were displaced during a house fire and had to stay at the hotel for a few weeks until the insurance could find us a more permanent place to stay. Every person on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had our large dog with us and they treated her like a member of the family as well. The breakfast was something great to look forward to every morning. While we were there, they had a customer appreciation dinner where they served snacks and drinks. We couldn't have asked for a better place during such a hard time. When we have friends or family come to town to visit, this is the only hotel we recommend.

We had a house fire and stayed here for 3 weeks. The staff and management were amazing to us. Everyone always had a smile on their face and seemed to really care about our situation. We had our 2 dogs with us, which was strange for them. The ladies at he front desk always had a kind and warm comment to make about or to them. This is a wonderful hotel with an great staff and first-rate management team!

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The warm cookies upon arrival, the guest appreciation happy hour, the immaculately clean room and very comfortable bed all added to the enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The wife and I always stay at the Hampton Inn anywhere we go and we love the service and the really comfortable bedding and is always clean and we will always recommend anyone to stay at least once and see how they like it.

Located right off I-20, it was a little tricky finding the entrance but once we did coming and going was easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful and our room and bathroom was immaculate. The complimentary breakfast served between 6 and 10 a. M. Offered a lot of choices and the coffee was good and hot. There was a Chili's restaurant within walking distance.

Excellent customer care. Reception desk staff was amazing. Hotel is perfectly located for easy access to the square and the interstate.

Stayed here for 2 nights for business, The room was good sized and hotel staff was very friendly. The parking lot was a little hard to get into due to some work being done at the time. Also there really isn't much around the hotel besides some fast food joints.

Facility was great. Clean and very well kept. Almost new. The associates we're very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the food in the morning. Eggs and ham did not look all that good and pan was empty. The French toast was hard to be edible. Three people in the kitchen shooting the breeze instead of tending to the breakfast bar. The coffee was bitter, not the norm for Hampton Inn quality. Other than those items the bar was fully stocked. There is room for improvement, would give them a second chance. We may try the Holiday Inn next door next trip.

The hospitality was perfection. Other hotel owners should really take note. The beds have the comfy pillows and blankets. The only disappointing feature was the shower head, people love hot showers with adjustable showerheads, but that was the only feature. The breakfast area was fully stocked, you can get a great breakfast to start your day. If we come back to this area, we will be staying again.

Very clean facility. The people are soo! Nice and friendly. My church has service there every Sunday and I am happy to be there. Kudos to your company. Great people.

Wow! The staff in the evening were sooooo nice and welcoming. They even greeted my Westie with dog treats. The hotel lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was perfect, double queen with nice bathroom and plenty of towels. The bed linens were very comfy along with the mattresses. We were tired from driving all day & then had to find a different hotel than was booked because it was inadequate. But the night staff were very accommodating with us and our Hilton Honors membership. So thanks for being a pet friendly hotel with clean and inviting rooms.

Exceeds expectations. Plenty of breakfast options — meats, waffles, eggs… cozy rooms with lots of amenities. The lady working the night shift was so patient with me when I had questions. Great guest service!

Stayed overnight for some alone time with husband. Clean room, comfortable bed great breakfast. Had all we needed to enjoy ourselves!

Breakfast is pretty casual and has more than cereal as an option. The room was clean and was happy to see my xbox worked on their T. V. Room had mini fridge and a microwave that were perfect for what I needed and had with me. I came here evacuating FL to avoid Irma and everyone here was understanding.

Staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and courteous. Hotel offers everything you need. Free extensive breakfast, coffee 24 hours, fitness center, pool, and business center. They are very accommodating with your pets as well. I will always choose a Hampton Inn if it is available. Thank you Hampton Inn!

Hampton Inn in Covington far exceeded all my expectations. The friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff was what took it over the top. The hotel is very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated the "breakfast to go" bags that were also offered. Many nice amenities were also available; pool, gym, laundry, business center, meeting rooms, etc. And most importantly all these amenities were in working condition during my stay. This hotel is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Covington, GA area.

Awesome! Janis was wonderful and worked hard to get us old folks a discount. The bed was perfect, as was the breakfast.

I have stayed in this Hampton Inn many times over five years and it has definitely gone downhill… just in time for a new Holiday Inn to open up right next door. From the switching of reserved rooms to the wet hotel floor to the breakfast area not having enough food, we moved hotels after one night. I am a HUGE Hampton Inn fan and silver member, but I am a Holiday Inn after my last stay. Stay at the new Holiday Inn, as it is beautiful and they even have chocolate chip cookies waiting for you! My rating has adjusted from five stars to one star!

By far one of the best Hamptons I have ever stayed at. I had a living arrangement there for an entire month and felt like family from day one. The front desk women have been great. The rooms and clean and most of all, even though I had a room near the elevator, the room was quiet. I will be back for all of my Covington stays.

Wonderful staff! Knowledable & helpful. Continental breakfast was delicious. Their pool was great. Our room was clean & cozy. We stayed multiple days. My son forgot his glasses and the sent them via FedEx right away. Great place A+++

Clean rooms. Very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Front desk and the ladies who maintained the courtesy breakfast were excellent.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. As usual you either suffer under a quilt or freeze under a sheet. Whatever happened to genuine blankets?

I give it 5 stars because of the FITNESS CENTER! It had free weights, yoga mats, water, treadmills and ellipticals. Staff is normal and breakfast was better than usual.

As a Gold rewards member I've stayed at Hilton Hotels for a while now however I must say that this hotel by far was one of the best Hilton experiences I've ever had. All of the staff members were exceptionally courteous and eager to help with anything. The breakfast was hot with many options and great. The staff member serving breakfast was great. The room was impeccably cleaned and the beds immensely comfortable. Everything about this stay was an A+. I would definitely stay here again.

Nearby downtown Covington and very close the various industrial businesses. Hotel personnel make everyone feel welcome.

We didn't find out until we checked in that our floor was being renovated. Attempted to take a quick nap at 4pm on a Saturday to recover. Unable to because of constant spackling and sanding on our outer walls not to mention the smell. Other than that, our room was great, bed was very comfy, and breakfast was good.

Called the hotel a week in advance, they made it sound like it wouldnt be a problem to check in early. We had an early flight from the airport and staying here for a wedding. They told us to call the morning of, so we did then all of a sudden a room wouldnt be ready until 1030 (we arrived at 9). We are now in the EMPTY parking lot with the hotel claiming its full with no rooms available and nothing will be ready until after one. Thanks for ruining our trip. NEVER STAYING at a hampton again. I would have cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere if they didnt charge a fee to do so.

Outstanding! Came in very late with our large family (me, my husband, and 5 kids) and we were treated amazingly by the lady at the front desk (Carol). She told us what she had available, but also called a nearby Hampton Inn to check what they had. She told us we could get a room with two queens and a roll away twin. When she brought us the roll away, she informed us we could also get another one, which completely outfitted our family with beds as our youngest has a pack n play. The room was clean and very comfortable. Amazing service, would highly recommend.

My wife and I had the occasion to stay at the Hampton Inn (Covington, GA) this past weekend. We were happy with the entire portion of our stay. The hotel is clean, the front desk people were friendly and helpful. We really liked the room. Very clean and super cozy. We'll definitely be staying here again on our subsequent return trips to Covington. It's reasonably priced and is just a couple of minutes from the downtown square.

Only stayed for one night, but will stay again if we are in the area. Very nice, clean hotel, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
