My hotel room smelled bad and was dirty. The room was bare bones basic at an inflated price. I don’t know where the other reviewers stayed at but it couldn’t be at this hotel. If I could give it a lower rating I would.

Drinks and DJ were really good. We didn't eat but enjoyed the layed back atmosphere.

Over at the hillside but the econo lodge is right next door. Nice place.

Nice and quiet place outside Atlanta will definitely be coming back Can Park 3 to 4 Semi if parked correctly. The environment and rooms were clean.

My daughter and I just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in room 303. I was very surprised and pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice and quiet. Even though it was off the road, it was very well lit with a lot of security cameras. It was about 20 minutes away from the downtown area. For the price, and a no frills hotel, you can't beat it. I would definately stay here again.

Newly renovated rooms, but you can't fix the neighborhood. We chose to spend more money to stay elsewhere. Scary clientele in the parking lot.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. My only complaint was the restaurant on site was slow and not worth the money.

June 3rd 2018! worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Had to move to a differnt room on a different floor of this outside hotel at 3am in the morning because my husband and I were attacked by huge bed bugs. We asked for a late checkout because we are choice hotel members and we had to move so late in the night. They gave us til 12 while memebers can stay til 2pm. We agreed but by 12:10 we had a management and a loud disrespectful employee banging on our door telling us to leave now! I will never stay at this bug infested hotel again. Rude employees and nasty rooms june 3rd 2018!

Clean rooms and excellent staff made my 2 night stay enjoyable. Great restaurant and bar onsite named Castaways.

Man you gotta try the Bar and grill. Good food and drinks. Grown Folks R&B.

Was okay-ish at first. Then saw this. Don't waste your money here and if your company sends you here, RUN!

Is nice clean older motel. Has continental breakfast & is good. Ppl are friendly.

Wonderful place to stay. Great staff. The breakfast isn't a lot but it works if you're only staying a couple of days. Clean. It is a little older, there's a hotel beside it, & it doesn't seem like it's in the best 'neighborhood' but for 2 women & 2 year old I felt totally safe. It's by the interstate so expect to hear some traffic, the occasional train, & plane. Definitely would recommend for someone that wants a good price & a comfy place.

I'm staying here with my fiance for a couple of days because he's down here for orientation with a trucking company he's getting ready to drive for. They paid for his stay so I won't complain at all. The room is spacious and has hard wood floors which makes the room look bright and welcoming. They also have a fridge and microwave in the room. Other than the questionable activities at night it's pretty decent. I would stay here again.

Real clean. Check in desk rude and unaccommodating. I call the couple days ahead and was told that there was a grocery store and dollar store in walking distance so I didn't bother to bring food or body wash I'm going to be here 17 days I had a limited space on luggage and I was giving an accurate information now I'm here early so I can shop but I can't get there unless I walk and it's over a mile. So later in the week Mr Harper turned my whole bad experience around got me ride to where I needed to go. So all the must communication was resolved so I could take care of the business I was in town to deal with.

Came to this hotel during my displacement from Florida due to Hurricane Irma. The hotel was very accomadating, safe and clean. The TV was good, the bed was comfortable and the area is very convenient. Definitely now our go-to whenever we visit. Also, the staff was exceptionally nice.

It was clean but food was pricey and bar was all black people we were the only white people always to say the least.

Although the restaurant here as well as the motel and staff are great. You need to be aware that it is necessary to be aware that someone left a needle on the ground.

Clean and comfortable. Great customer service. Reasonable prices. Truck driver discount. The staff is awesome! I'll certainly be back in the future.

Had to wait 2 hours to check in and didn't want to give extra points at check in, tried to give me a water instead. Which I refused and had to wait another 20 mins to get a managers ok to get extra points. Couldn't get in room card wouldn't work, they wouldn't bring me another one. Finally mrs. B the only intelligent employee here verified my receipt, credit card and ID AND opened my door, even though the guy at front desk told her not too. This place is always lacking in customer service. Room are ok for price. I stay at choice properties 260 times every year and this place by FAR IS THE WORST CHOICE PROPERTY I HAVE EVERY STAYED AT. The shuttle driver and housekeeping staff are the brightest parts this hotel has to offer. Go eslewhere if at all possible.

When my parents needed to evacuate from their Florida home due to Hurricane Irma, I paid in advance for them to stay at this hotel for a week. They got there as soon as possible, only to hear that because they didn't arrive the night before, their room had been sold to someone else. In addition to having to wait for another room, my parents were also informed that they wouldn't be able to get a king room for the remainder of their reservation — instead two single beds were all that was left. I wasn't refunded for the night that they sold to another guest, and my parents were told at check out that the room they were given was supposed to be at least $20 less PER NIGHT than the room I had initially paid for — but also that there would not be any refunds because 'that's the way the owner does business here. '

Decent accommodations, but there's an attached club/bar that blasts loud music all evening. There was also an old dirty bar of soap in the showers, which should have definitely been caught when cleaning the rooms. Not horrible, but makes you question what else they've missed in cleaning.

Clean, modern rooms. Super friendly staff. Excellent waffles for breakfast. The bar/grill is quite relaxing.

Bad experience, the sheets had stains that looked like urine. The towel rack keep falling off the wall the toilet holder falls out the holder. I called the desk and they told me to come to the front to get fresh sheets. The management wouldn't come over to talk they just told the desk to deduct $17.20 from my bill. Stay away from this place unless you're okay with this.

Since I reserved a room here, it has been nothing but heartache. When I very first reserved my stay here, I was told I would receive a confirmation # by email. After a couple of days, I still didn't receive an email confirmation. I called reservations back & they said I didn't have a reservation so I scheduled another reservation & I was told again that I would receive a confirmation email. Still no confirmation email. On this passed Thursday, I went to check in & I'm told there was no reservation for me. I'm angry. Front desk does some checking around & finally finds my reservation. Yippee — right? wrong! they were booked already. Here I am hundreds of miles away from home & I have no hotel room.
I was about to go on & find a room else where when the front desk lady said she'd found me a room. I'm finally in a room & I can relax with a nice hot bath. OOPS, THERE'S NO HOT WATER!
I've been here now a couple of days so yesterday, I reserved a couple more days. I've been gone all day to the football game & afterwards it rained like cats & dogs. I get to my room finally, & I can't get in at all. It's pouring rain & I'm in a wheelchair, a power wheelchair. I make it down to front desk where I'm told I didn’t pay my bill so he turned off my key. I was livid! I told him I had reserved a couple more days. He looks & says I had not.

Didn't give me a military discount because I checked in online opposed to in the lobby, same rates both ways. Just wanted the extra money, very annoying.

The first room we were in wasnt bad, did request clean linens because there was some hair on the sheets. They were very polite and changed our room. Everything else was perfectly fine.

There's a lot of traffic noise being as it's overlooking the interstate. The room I was in was ok, with the exception of the ac not working like it should.

The hotel has a shuttle van but they charge you to use it other than coming to them and is rarely available. The front desk clerk in the morning is just plain dumb. She woke me up the next morning saying my card didn't clear but my bank statement showed it had been paid. The taxi services around here are worthless. I tried all night trying to get a taxi to come get me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for multiple reasons. I booked one night for a concert at Aaron's Amphitheater about ten minutes down the road. Being a small girl, I was weary of the Atlanta area in general but it was slightly hidden and pushed back from the main road, so I did not feel unsafe. The room itself was very nice; modern and updated with everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and flat-screen. Bed was big and comfy with lots of pillows and there was breakfast provided. What truly gave me a great experience was the customer service. The front desk lady was new but I could not tell until she told me. She was so friendly and kind and clearly knew what she was doing. After my stay, I had accidentally left my $350 Prada sunglasses in the drawer (how I could let that happen is beyond me). I received a phone call from the manager Sam about 2 or 3 hours after checkout while I was on my way home to Charlotte telling me that I had left them, which means that both the housekeepers and the manager came forth to inform me. They were honest, which to me is admirable and hard to come by nowadays. I think that most anyone else would not have said a word or called or told me that they found them. I am very appreciative of that. Then the manager Sam instructed me to email him a label from UPS so that he could ship them to me since I was already over two hours away. He made it a very smooth and easy process for me and kept me updated promptly through email.

Never before in my life had been treated as inappropriate, rude, so unethical and so unprofessional and the most incredible of all that the person with this terrible attitude is who he claims to be the supervisor or GM Paula Madete. This lady since I entered through the door had very bad attitude neither welcomed nor was shown to have any manners or skills of costumer service at all. Not being enough, I made a mistake when making my reservation when I called the hotel to clarify the situation this same lady was even more rude and disrespectful by phone and hung me the phone just because I was telling her about her bad attitude! Very sad having such persons working in a hotel like this. Myself never ever again stay in this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone! I am truly very sorry for her attitude is only the reflection of the unhappy person she is.

Great customer service n the front desk even helped us out in getting around.

The room was spacious and clean and well-furnished. The bar serves fantastic food. The manager went above and beyond the call of duty.

I made a reservation for 8/29/2014-08/31/2014 at the Econo Lodge in Conley Ga. Around 10Pm on 8/29/2013 I notice that I had a call on my cell phone from Ga. Upon calling the number I found out that after being on the road since 4pm and 2hours away from the Inn that my reservation had been canceled. I spoke with Ron who 1 offered no help or information, when I asked to say to a manager I was told that there was no manager there and no manger was on call. Ron said he was busy and would call me back that never happened. I called back a total of 3 times. I learned that my quote card was no good which did not understand why, as I used the card they said was no good at another Inn. I was told by Ron I could call the manger in the morning. I tried to call the manager only to told they were not there. My point is that no one tried to work with me just made a choice with out talking to me, oh they said they called 3 times I saw 1 call at 9pm. I feel this is a poor way to do business I was lucky enough to find another motel at a higher rate after having Ron hang up on me last nite I would not recommend this place to any one to stay. I still have not heard from the manager yet I did leave my name and number…

The rooms are very nice from what I've seen but the service is lousy. Very unhelpful people.
