My insurance company put my family here when our house burned down. We stayed the one night and couldn't sleep for the noise, the fleas and the staff wasn't friendly at all. It looks nice from the road but that's the only good thing I can say about it. Hopefully all of them aren't like the one in Chatsworth.

The Key West Inn is a pretty crummy establishment. The lobby smells like old food and there are rusty old appliances stacked in front of the rooms. The room I was given smelled horribly of smoke and had an unmade bed. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, leaving exposed wires. When I went back to the lobby they claimed they were full, but then eventually managed to find me another room anyway. The parking lot was nearly empty. They definitely weren’t full. However, the second room I got was decent.

The room needed to be cleaned when we got there. At least, it was not cleaned to my standard of what clean should be any way. Floor needed to be swept and mopped and the tub was nasty. God only knows if the bedding was clean. Prime example of why I travel with my own linens. And the smell of the place was horrid. Inside the rooms and lobby too. Ugh.

Really nice inside! It don't look like much from outside. But I was shocked!

Nothing fancy. The front desk definitely had a funky smell. The room was clean and did not smell like the front desk. If you don't need a fancy hotel at a reasonable price this will work.

The front office has a HORRIBLE stench to it that will almost knock you off your feet. The office manager is really nice, when I had a problem with my room key, he was happy to help and even explained how to prevent problems with it in the future. The room wasn't anything fancy, but it did have what I thought was a comfortable bed, clean towels, soap, and running hot water (everything you'd expect). The hair dryer didn't work which pissed me off because I had to go to leave with wet hair. Somebody stood outside on the balcony and talked most of the night which was super rude and obnoxious, but clearly not the hotel's fault except for people shouldn't be loitering in the walkways and breezeways as it disturbs other guests and signs should be posted to say such. All in all, it wasn't the worst hotel stay I've ever had, but, I should've spent my 67 dollars on AirBnB and I'd have had a nicer stay and better amenities. Now I know.

The place is better shape now then it was before. The staff don't mind to help you and they are good people. Reasonably priced and nice rooms, however Only thing didn't like was Wifi worked a bit slow in the room I was in when I arrived but the friendly nice guy at the front desk fixed it and the Wi-Fi started working really good. A good place and will stop by again when i'm in town.

The Place is under a new Management and the place is doing so much better now! They have took out the old carpet and replaced it with new Flooring which looks so much better! The New staff there is also very friendly and very professional. The rooms also now have Flat Screen TV's which weren't there before! Place is surrounded with a lot of food options and it is a very nice place now and I would defiantly go back again.
