We had to leave without refund because of how bad this place was. The bedroom smelled terrible, bathroom smelled like raw sewage. The customer service sucked. Just an all around bad experience. Never will I recommend this place.

Small squaint hotel with accommodating staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cold AC and strong Wifi.

After having 2 terrible experiences at 2 other hotels on our travels, we stayed at American Best last night. Great place, staff is very friendly, beds are very comfortable, room was very clean, I could smell the bleach. Hot coffee and breakfast. We will definitely stop here again! Keep up the good work.! The Receptionist is god awful an rude an the people in the rooms do nothing but complain over a child or going in an out of the door.

Americas best was convientely located to 75. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds could have been a little softer, but overall a good experience.

Front desk guy was very nice and helped me with some local info.

This Inn was easily accessible from the highway, and the rates were affordable. For the price you pay, the value is really great. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and engaged with their customers. The Hot Breakfast was good — coffee/tea, cereal/oatmeal, bagels/toast, homemade waffles and biscuits & gravy. If I am driving that way again, I would definitely return.

This is by far the best placed I've stayed at in Calhoun thus far. The owner and staff are awesome, super friendly and helpful. They provide a free breakfast, every morning. The owner makes me 4 waffles every morning. Two for Me and two for my dog Fifi. The rooms newly remodeled and furnished. Great big flat screens, with too many channels. Can't decide what to watch. Also comes with microwave oven and compact fridge. The location is perfect, just feet, walking distance, from two convince stores and two block's to I-75. There are several restaurants close. And my must (they are dog friendly), and they provide you with a place to walk your pooch behind the Inn. Can't beat that. Glad I chosethis place. The best sunrises and sunsets too. My fav.

I am a business person moving to the area and figured I would stay here based on the low price for a weekend while I looked for some where else to stay until I found a house. After the weekend stay I am now staying until I find a house at this hotel. Room are very clean. Beds comfortable. People running the hotel are great People and very friendly. I would recommend anyone stay here. The price and facilities and people are hard to beat.

Ok this place is rUn by INDIAN CON ARTIST! I ARRIVED AT ABOUT 7:45 AM and he told me i, had to pay extra to stay untill 11 AM THE THEN NEXT MORNING. And I did the room was 45 to begin with I payed 67 75. But at 8 pm the same night i'm told my time is up that I have to leave or pay an extra 30 dollars now the room was 45 to begin with I payed 67.75 for the room now I have just been here 12 hours now check in is 2 pm if I checked in at 2 I could stay until 11 am the next morning I think this is really very bad manners and bad business also the rooms are old and run down the shower does not work very well or the air if you ever stay in calhoun ga 30701 AVOID AMERICA'S BEST MOTEL I ALSO THINK SINCE THEY ATR RED DOT INDIANS AND FROM PACKASTAN they should not use the great name America in their scam.

Worst motel experience I've ever had! Door didn't lock from outside, doors outdated, entire place needed a complete renovation.

Melinda is a wonderful southern welcome! The Inn is exactly what I needed to sleep a few hours, lay by the pool and get back on the road. What a little hidden gem Georgia has. Thanks Melinda for your hospitality.

Very friendly staff, rooms could have been cleaner. Many stains on bed sheets.

This is worst place that me and my family have ever stayed at we checked in and the next day the manager can to our room being rude and trying to charge me for my kids like thay where grown thay are two and one after we had already played plus thay have the tiniest pool I have ever seen I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you like beening at a place where thay try to scam money and are rude to you.

I stayed there with my family in April 2013 and this place is bad… First of all it's old and haven't seen any renovations or investments for decades. Honestly, I was afraid to touch anything in my room, because I was not sure if it was clean. Towels and bedding were all grey from years of use. In the morning we went to the main office where they have a little dining room for breakfast. They had usual motel food — bagels, pastries, waffles and cereal. It was probably 15 min to 9 am. (they serve breakfast till 9am). That small room was full of people and at 5 min to 9 some new faces showed up. At 9 am sharp the manager put away all the food even though people were still eating. On top of that he turned off the light in the dining room saying to his guests"oh, take your time, I am just turning off the light". Honestly, that was hilarious. A note to the manager: I am hoping that packing away food and turning off the light while your guests are still eating will help you save money for renovations. Unfortunately I will never know, since I would never ever pick this place again.
