Beautiful building and restaurants! A delight to visit and spend spend time.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to my friends and I, during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and our room was as well. My friends and I saw Chris Rock there, so the fact that this hotel is a choice by celebrities, speaks volumes as to how luxurious it is. The only problem I had, was not a reflection of the hotel or it's staff itself, but some of guest. My party and I were disappointed, and disgusted by how we overhead a few guest speaking to the staff throughout our stay. But again, this is not a reflection of the hotel itself, but rather the demographic of the guests who stay. Next time I visit Atlanta, my husband and I will be staying at St. Regis Atlanta.

St Regis delivers and is always on point! The smell from the beginning of the lobby is really nice. Rooms are awesome, spacious and that tub! Spa is expensive but awesome.

What a beautiful place with wonderful staff to see to your every need! It is centrally located within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend the spa and the brunch.

Great experience! The staff was excellent! The hotel was very accommodating! My only con was the spa, the communication wasn’t there with billing. The cost was well over the experience. My bed was cold and wouldn’t heat up making the experience less relaxing. 4 stars out of 5

The St Regis Atlanta is wonderful. If you have the opportunity come and stay! Even during COVID 19 it is great. Some things may be closed but it is still the best in Atlanta!

So far, everything available during this covid-19 period is absolutely awesome. The rooms are breath taking and comfortable. Customer service an Butler services were awesome as well.

This my favorite hotel in Atlanta. I love everything about the St. Regis hotel. I had a birthday celebration at the St. Regis and I take higher end Clients there to socialized very often. They are the best!

When we eat at the Lobster Bar next door, we alway drop in to see the lobby at the St. Regis. It is so beautiful and inviting. The staff is always welcoming and it’s such a romantic atmosphere. Love the ST. Regis.

Gorgeous hotel but worst service ever! Food bad, slow service, etc.

I attended a wedding at this venue. It's beautiful and luxurious. There are many small rooms that open up into larger spaces to make the transition from an intimate ceremony to a spacious reception. The staff is professional and friendly. I'd recommend this space for any event in the Buckhead area.

I went for some drinks on Saturday night. It was quite busy, as the hotel has hosted a large function that evening. I decided to valet park. There are two bars on the second floor. The one with the books in it had last call around midnight, so I moved to the Wine Room which has a dress code and no flip flops or hats allowed. They have a good detection of liquors. The staff was very friendly and I was served quickly. That bar had its last call aound 1am. The hotel is very posh and nicely decorated. I would consider staying there on a future visit to Atlanta. The valet staff was courteous and working hard to get all the cars back to patrons in a timely manner.

The service is impeccable and the food is fabulous! Most of the the staff are aware that I love desserts and never hesitate to tell what is new on the dessert menu. Never had a bad meal at the St. Regis.

Went for some quiet drinks one night to get some writing done. I wanted a nice enough cocktail that was not served to me in a plastic cup, and I also didn’t want to be bothered with talking. I drink often enough at the King Cole Bar in NYC, but forgot there was a St. Regis I’m Atlanta, so I made a beeline for it. Walking in from valet, The lobby of the hotel/ residence is gracious, albeit a little sleepy for 8pm. Up the stairs and down the corridor —Atlas on the right, Bar on the left. It was moodily lit, which I love— and I sat at the bar. My bartender filled my drink with the St. Regis Woodford Reserve, gave me some snacks, and it was effortless as always.

We had a delicious brunch and have been here a few times for brunch and lunch. We look forward to our visit every time. It's a fun and fancy place to try new things as the menu changes every so often. Very attentive staff. And very accommodating kitchen stuff. They want to make sure you are happy!

Afternoon “High” Tea at the St. Regis was very nice. First, there is valet parking that was validated — great for not feeling confused about where to go. It’s just up the stairs and they have a nice quiet area. I wanted the “little girl dream” of having tea… even if I’m old now. We had 3 people and it ended up being $200 with tip so certainly a splurge. You each get to pick your own tea and you get a personal pot at the table. Then they bring you each a scone which was very good, wish they would have brought two each for the money. They then bring out a cute serving tray with sweets and bite size sandwiches. They will accommodate vegetarian etc. Their sandwiches weren’t that good, but the sweets were excellent. You had enough food to get full and I loved that each person got one of each bite sized sweet. We each got different tea and all of them were great. Overall I would recommend this tea! ☕️

So I come back from my swim to my room and found 3 people digging through condiments in the room (counting alcohol and snacks) before the check out. Thought it’s good hotel from the review. If you want people to dig through your stuff, you are more than welcome to stay here. Paid lots of money for the room too.

Spent the weekend at the St. Regis for my 30th birthday celebration with my friends. When we first arrived our room was not ready no a huge deal we had spa appointments so we were able to go straight there and spend time. After spa appointments rooms were still not ready, we were asked to get ready in the spa, though we got a few questionable looks from other guest it was fine. We were told at this time we were getting a $200 credit to use at the pool for food and drinks to make up for our inconvenience. Before leaving for 7pm dinner reservations we were told the room still wasn’t ready but that they would have it ready and bring up our luggage by the time we got back. We got back around 10pm and finally had a room! Yay Shelly actually told us we were getting the night comped and the $200 credit to use the next day at the pool. Much to my surprise I was greeted by a very rude employee named Linda this morning, she told me that we would get the comped room but not the $200 dollar credit, after explaining what Shelly had told me, she gave me an unfriendly blank look and said no. Linda should never get to work with customs, I would have never wrote this review has Linda one time said I am sorry or even smiled at me. However our pool experience with Carlos was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful.

We attended a baby shower here. What a beautiful place, amazing service. The event was perfect and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

I felt like the Starwood Slogan "Go Beyond" was taken to another dimension by the Staff. The St. Regis Atlanta… "they do chicken right"! I've already recommended SRA to my colleagues… Beautiful Place! Excellent Staff! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll Be Back"!

We were really disappointed. There were a lot of little things that made it feel mediocre. The wood furniture was terribly nicked and dinged all over. It looked worn out. Two drawers were broken. The mirrors in the bathroom were hung permanently crooked. The carpet showed some wear. The pipes in the walls made a terrible noise when you turned on the water at the sink. The two clocks in the room were set to the wrong time (we almost missed our dinner reservation). There was only one USB port in the entire room, as far as we could find (luckily we brought a wall wart, but otherwise we'd only have been able to charge one device at a time). The phone in the bathroom did not work. Additionally the cordless landline phone lost it's charge after a only a few hours off the charger (leaving us with no way to call the front desk at 3am when someone in the hotel started blasting loud music). The coffee maker was incredibly loud (it vibrated so intensely that the coffee cup almost danced right off of it) and it made only barely warm coffee (really almost lukewarm). It would have been nice to have some bath salts or bubbles for the beautiful and enormous bath tub. We were only there one day, so it wasn't worth trying to get anything fixed or change rooms. And none of these things were truly awful, I just expected more of the St. Regis. I would have told the management as a courtesy, but the woman who checked us out didn't even ask me how our stay was.

We have had the pleasure of performing at the St Regis Atlanta on numerous occasions and the entire staff has always been so professional and accommodating. There approach is top notch in everything they do and on my last performance in February, Kevin Thoumma was exceptional. They are clearly one of the best, if not the best in the business.

This place is beautiful. If you are looking for a 5 star place to relax and be served, you've found it.

Not really the place to go for a couples massage as there is no couples area. The pools and jacuzzi are closed. Probably won’t return to the spa. Four seasons is much better.

First time to stay here for a weekend and it was fabulous. Staff was helpful and friendly. My husband and I had an awesome meal at The Atlas down stairs and our drinks were great. They did not have a table for dinner available at The Atlas and the manager was so nice and found a table for us in the bar area to have dinner. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of during dinner. We went to our friends wedding in the ballroom downstairs the next night and from cocktail hour to dinner they very professional and on point. Thank you for a restful weekend. The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of too.

We had our company holiday party there. Our event coordinator had done a great job with planning and the details. St. Regis screwed up on their end. They ran out of food on the buffet and took them quite a while to fill again. They completely ran out of some side items and they had to substitute different things. The service was just okay. I mean it was not want you expect at a Regis. There was nobody to welcome and guide you at the entrance. We had to go around asking. The valet was extremely slow, never opened doors to the ladies. I expected way more from them.

The St. Regis Atlanta is an amazing place! The staff provides the best service ever. I hosted a gathering with my friends at the ice skating rink. Everyone had a blast. We sipped on hot chcolate and roasted marshmallows for s’mores! Love the experience every time!

This is the best hotel in Atlanta, hands down y’all! A location that’s convenient to all the Buckhead night life + Swan House, stunning decor and intimate spaces, and fabulous staff. I always have a delightful time when I am at the St. Regis or recommend it to our clients. My husband and I throughly enjoyed the skating rink last Christmas, followed by drinks by an outdoor fire pit — too perfect. The food is fabulous and the rooms couldn’t be more luxurious. 5 stars!

Regretfully my experience at the St. Regis was not enjoyable in many ways. After careful planning, checking in an hour ahead of schedule so my sis and I could enjoy a lite lunch, were told it would take too long. Restaurant server was scarce and disappeared completely after serving our meal. We had to go back to the hostess to ask for the bill and were 10 minutes late to our massages. The masseuse placed my foot in hot wax clearly without testing the temperature and the burn was longer and more painful because the technician had no idea how to cure. Hot wax is not easily removed. I should have left right then but my sis was probably enjoying her massage next door so I carried on hoping it would improve. Note to St. Regis: don’t mind dreadlocks but have masseuse tie them back. Not cool to have them drag over my body during a massage. The dude was very nice and tried to make conversation about my line of work. Note to St. Regis: while trying to relax no one, at least not me, wants to discuss work. Trying to escape. Now I like the St. Regis and have enjoyed many charitable and Business functions there as well as had my traveling clients stay here. Even used them for a Client wedding guests, about 55 folks. The bar is fun. Many great things to brag about at the St. Regis but the Remede Spa was sadly not in line with their usual high quality experience. Oh. And they just called to say that they did not charge my card for my sister’s massage and called her to pay.

I came here for my friend's wedding, and absolutely loved it! I wanted to give 5 stars but the parking was terrible and the location is a bit hectic. Regardless, such a wonderful and luxury place. Loved it!

This place is nice. I couldn't imagine affording this but it's nice. The staff are very polite.

First time at a St. Regis. Came to Atlanta to do a night away from kids and shopping. Pick this hotel because suppose to be the best. Immediately regret not reading all reviews. Room smelled terrible. Stained furniture and carpet. Mold and mildew in shower. We really tried to overlook. Didn't want to start a night away with negative vibes. So ordered some champagne. But this hotel should not be ranked Number 1. Some staff was great some were not. Main thing was conditioned of Hotel. Sub par for sure. 600 a night should be on point. No smells right. Room was hot. I mentioned to room service about stains. So while we were out I guess they sent a carpet cleaner in because when we got back we had to walk around on wet carpet. We will not be back. I think this was a nice hotel and the fact is now it's running off the past. Will not stay here again. If your super rich and don't care about experience stay here. If your just a little rich and want a great high end hotel that wows you Don't stay here. Just frustrated I really was excited to stay here and was such a let down.

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and definitely the nicest in Atlanta. Beautiful lobby and restaurant, great staff, top notch suite. Truly 5 stars.

The family and I have breakfast at Astor Court couple times a year. It's a great ambiance and service. I was a little disappointed in my Eggs Benedict this last go around, the yolk didn't run out when opened up and that's not acceptable in my opinion, for the price. Hence the four stars. Valet parking gets validated in case you're wondering.

5 stars because it's a great place. I'm a media buyer, The Braves & Falcons are my clients. I take my valued clients here. Never a bad meal. Top of the line classy service. We don't look at prices. Just sit back and enjoy this place. Always a great experience and the food was outstanding. Call ahead for seating! We were seated promptly and our waitstaff was very good. Never a rush to finish your meal and push you out the door. After a great meal for 3, with tip, not to bad, $500 bucks! Love this place! My Client's love it!

We stay at St. Regis Atlanta for a staycation each year for my husbands birthday. We love the accommodations, pool and location. This year they were giving away ceviche at the pool which was amazing and I had the shrimp sandwich gluten free. Within hours of eating them both I was ill and wound up extremely sick with food poisoning the rest of the day/night and next morning. I wound up missing his birthday. My husband had the same sandwich so it had to be the ceviche as that's all I ate since the day before. If you're going to giveaway food at the pool which I love please make sure raw fish is properly cooled the entire time and not sitting in the hot sun with a little bit of ice for 3 hours. I am extremely upset that I booked a room, spent over $500 and didn't get to enjoy but two hours of it. A complete waste of money.

The hotel is beautiful and on Wednesday nights at their restaurant they have a small band that plays. The band is phenomenal and makes for a great place to have dinner. I don't drink, but I'm sure the band sets a great mood for drinks as well.

Very nice but noisy and small but the numbers of people in my group.
