Very clean and great breakfast however the guest were very RUDE! Loud in the hallways at 3 am and a bunch of kids left and again yelling and talking very loud at 5:30am. Guest need to be respectful!

Fantastic stay, very reasonable prices and top rate service. Fireplace suite was great.

The rooms are large but the bathrooms feel like closets. The decor is good. The bed dips. The rooms are clean and it is quiet. Housekeeping is really on point.

Several things starting to look dated but overall a wonderful experience here. Room very clean, pool was nice, breakfast had eggs, ham, oatmeal, potatoes, cold cereal, several juices, etc. I dont use Wi-Fi or TV much but channel selection seemed like a lot of choices. We will be back for sure. Charlee at front desk was very pleasant.

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites because we were moving our daughter into Coe College. We were only about 10 mins from the school. I a had to switch my room because we needed an extra bed and they did it for no extra charge. The room we received was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was very clean. They had great customer service at the front desk. We had to leave early so we didn't eat breakfast there but it smelled amazing and it looked like they had lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice, clean, had a bed room, kitchen, office desk, couch, TV, and Wi-Fi. They let us bring our cats. Beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Would be a 5 star if I wasn't up till 2am trying to get to a very restless sleep.

Came for a birthday pool party. Apparently, the hotel was aware there were going to be a bunch of girls swimming ahead of time. The rooms were very large and had great accommodations. The entire are was clean. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that there were only 3 dry towels in the pool area and 10 wet children.

Nice place to stay. The room was great, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. The hot tub was out of order when I stayed, but all in all it was great!

Came in after check in time at 3pm and our still still Wasn't clean. Apparently all other rooms were booked which I highly doubt. I wouldn't stay here. Go to the American inn next door. Way better! Service sucks!

I registered with the government rate and was provided one of the two smallest rooms on the floor plan. The room was supposed to be a jacuzzi suite, but it was really a regular room with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The bath tub had mold growing in it. The hot tub downstairs was closed for renovations, and the pool had chipped paint and a scum floating on top. The "full breakfast" was a poor assortment of discolored foods that included eggs, diced ham topping, and a premade pastry. The best parts of the stay we're the forceful shower and the double sheets beds.

It was very good l, it had great service and it's rooms were very very clean and cozy.

After a great night's stay. The breakfast hit the spot and now I'm ready to take on the road and continue my journey west. Arizona or bust.

Horrible staff. They were very rude and creepy. The manager was the worst. Definitely does not know how to be professional. The pool is so hot and humid you can breathe. The water was cold. The hot too was gross. The breakfast area was not Kept supplied at all. Rooms smelled like pets.

Our room was clean and spacious. All of the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Great 3 day stay!

Great place to stay, we stayed for 6 days and we loved it. The staff was awesome and cool to hang out with. If you go there ask for Will he's awesome.

Really clean rooms. Very nice people. Breakfast a little sad, but good place to stay.

Not up to Radisson standards. TVs don't work (3people all in lobby at same time). Took two days to get AC/Heat fixed. Pool needs to be cleaned/repainted. "Manager reception" only held if "enough rooms have been rented". Breakfast OK. Not enough staff on call to assist with needs. Couldn't leave lobby area. There for 5 days. To meet our concerns, we had to move to another floor at 9 pm. It was a smaller room. For our trouble they gave us a $10 credit. We have used this hotel since 2005, through 4 changes of ownership. We will not be back with Holiday Inn and Marriott 3/10 mile away. This is the lowest rating I've ever given a hotel or restaurant.

Great room, great service decaffeinated coffee was mislabeled be aware.

Hot tub does not work, both pool and hot tub maintenance is atrocious. Everything else seems decent so far. Front desk guy is cool.

The front desk isn't staffed at certain hours, so you have to ring a bell to get checked in. That was fine, but when we called the front desk twice no one answered. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was good and there's free coffee and tea all day.

This place has been terrible. Booked a room online and it's a work card and my partner had to fly unexpectedly to Texas for a funeral. My partner now has to find a fax machine somehow in the funeral to send the info because their site doesn't do secured purchases. Just walked into their bathroom and it smells like cheap weed.

Great hotel, but, the pull out bed didn't have any sheets and they weren't in the room anywhere, so, I had to call the front desk to get them. Front desk only took 2 minutes to get up to my room, which, was the fastest I've ever had in any hotel stay.

The room is huge, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the whole place is very clean. In addition, the internet is free and is not over subscribed! The price is fantastic considering all of these things and I'll definitely be staying here for all future visits to Cedar Rapids.

The front desk clerk was the friendliest gal we have encountered in all of our travels. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The icing on the cake was the 24 hr hot tub, perfect after working long hours.

The hotel is nice and their complimentary cookies and coffee are great. But the customer service is a different story. My last stay here was for my grandfathers funeral and the Hospitality I received was anything but good. Not offering a prorated option should be a thing of the past. Check in took forever because no one was at the front counter, our non-smoking room was strongly smoke scented, and check out time is at 11 am sharp. Management needs to be updated and prorated room options need to be included. This hotel has great potential, things just need to change.

We stayed here for a few weeks (with 4 kids). The staff was friendly, Very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the area was clean. The rooms were neat, The beds were comfortable. I looked that the pool is open 24 hours a day. Would stay again.

Great customer service. The bed on the other hand needs to be replaced. Couldn't believe the side of the cabinet was bubbling up.

Good standard 3 star hotel, nothing extraordinarily great about it, but the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are quite average. The hotel does the essentials really well, great service, bathrooms, beds etc. Wi-Fi is extremely fast, and the only black spots are up on the fourth floor, but I'm told they're upgrading that too.

We have stayed here many times in the past and were very satisfied. This time however I was not happy with the condition of the hotel. The hotel hallways were dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed in days. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door and was not very clean The day staff was rude and not very friendly. The girl working at night was very nice though. I doubt we will ever stay here again.

Great experience at this location. Front desk was wonderful day and night. Had to jump my car, and they found a staff member to come and help me. Kept well, room clean and big lobby. Pool area weak, needs upgrades. Hot tub was locked at 98° and felt warm BUT was open 24-hours which is atypical for hotels. Great stay, would recommend this place. Takes pets for $25 non-refundable.

Small pool. Pool room extremely hot. Hotel room was warm and the air conditioner wasn't cooling it down. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff, good prices. But didn't love the quality of the continental breakfast, the rooms were pretty dated and well-worn, and worst of all I found some fruit flies in my bed! Or at least that's what I hope they were… They didn't seem dangerous and I didn't even request a new room but was very disappointed.

I was not happy at all with my stay here. I was intending to stay for 12 days, but checked out after the first night. Everything that had metal, such as the trim and pipes in the bathroom, the fire sprinkler, and the fridge all had rust. The toilet had a shelf mounted on it that prevented the lid from staying up, meaning if you sat down, it was on your back the whole time. The bathroom was poorly lit, and staff was unprofessional with each other and loud In the hallway. There are no Ethernet ports in the room for wired internet.

Very serviceable hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was adequate. Hotel was easy to find but Google maps will take you to the back instead of the front. Lots of fast food nearby but not much else. Mall is just 8 minutes away though. Would gladly stay again.

24 hour indoor pool and jacuzzi. Hot breakfast. Little kitchen in the suite. 4 floor hotel. Small and quaint.

Wonderful hotel! Cheap rates! The only complaint is I pulled the hida bed out there were a couple mouse turds. Holly the manager was great with me on checking in. Very friendly and outgoing! Thanks Holly we will stay again next year!

Ive always stayed at country inn whenever I needed a hotel. Last time I booked and paid for my hotel and was unable to stay due to the fact I was in the hospital. I called the next day when I got out of the hospital and explained this to the manager Holly and she said she could not refund my money but would just send me a gift certificate in the amount that I had paid which I was totally ok with. However I never received the certificate and have called numerous times and Holly never seems to be available and never has returned my phone calls. I think its obvious their customers are not their number one priority!

Have been staying here for 2-3 nights in July for 10+ years. The staff are friendly & accommodating; however, this hotel has gone downhill fast. My room was dirty (crumbs, hair, etc. In the corners & along the baseboards of the floors, * hair on bathroom floor). The air conditioning units could & should be upgraded; they are loud & the one in the bedroom didn't work. The quality of the breakfast has declined as well. I hope this hotel can get it together because it's been convenient for us, but we are looking for other accommodations for next year.

Uncomfortable. BETTER places to stay. They allow smoking or overlook it. They allow guests to cook Indian food. Hopefully you dont get a room next to this.

Highly recommended. Dog, 3 adults, ground floor. Very reasonable rates. Plus free breakfast.
