We got the king bed with kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, kitchen only had a serving of one in silver door. The room could've been a little cleaner, the TV had something spilled or thrown but it was not cleaned off and the floors looked liked they needed to be mopped and vacuumed. Other than that it wasn't bad for the price we paid. I'd rate it 3.5 stars.

I stayed at this hotel June 9-11 and I will never return. The agents that checked me in and out were very sweet but the room was VERY disappointing. First there were stains on the bathroom counter and in the bathtub. I was tired so I just cleaned it and didnt say anything due to it being late. I used the toilet but it wouldnt flush. I called the front desk around 11pm but nobody showed until 9am the next morning when the maintenance man came in. I left for work and when I came back around 6pm I used the toilet again and again it did not flush. I called the front desk and asked for someone to fix it. Like the night before I had to wait for hours. Eventually the front desk agent came before he left for the night and instructed me to use a plunger whenever I wanted flush the toilet. I was told that I was not allowed to switch a room due to booking with Priceline. I informed the check out agent of my concerns and he stated that I would have to contact priceline. Com since I booked with them. Priceline contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager on duty today. She denied me ANY type of compensation because she said I was suppose to contact the front desk with any issues when clearly I had. There was no empathy or concern toward the fact that I paid money to use a room without a properly working toilet. I will never stay here again.

This was a convenient location, with spacious kitchens, quiet rooms and the staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was AWESOME! Everyone was SO SEXY! The front desk lady was sexy, the guy next to her, EVEN MAINTENANCE/HOUSE KEEPING HE WAS SEXY! LOL.

Great place to stay when you have a group of people or a whole family staying. However the grounds and cleanliness of the rooms were mediocre at best. I was considering purchasing time share with Wyndham but every site that I have stayed at has low quality appearance compare to my current time share. Guest services were great.

Blech. That interjection just autocorrected to “Bleach”. I wish. The entire room should be soaked in a vat of Clorox. I found a large wad of hair was in my shower — which was trimmed with wooden quarter round and painted. Like a painted shower covered in hairy water, let that sink in for a moment. Yes, the shower had wooden trim between the tub and wall splash and the tub interior was painted and, predictably, peeling.

Absolutely awful experience here. The suite was rundown and the staff didn't even come close to meeting basic expectations. Rude and confused staff.

Staff friendly is why this is 2 stars vs 1 star. Room looked good but the cockroach’s freaked me out. Even in the refrigerator. Wouldn’t put my feet down without the lights on. Had to stop my feed to make them run.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Used wash clothes in the shower from the previous guest, floors filthy, bugs. I entered my room at 5pm, there were three cleaning people there sitting on the couch enjoying lif3 instead of cleaning the room. No clean for the coffee, no shampoo, etc. On the first first day. Appears no one is supervising these no English speaking workers or checking the quality of the work. Do yourself a favor and place this place by. This was not a one off, we had 20 rooms here and all were in the same nasty condition.

Usually I book Wyndham hotels when I road trip and have good /great experience only. This one was total disappointment for WYNDHAM group. Even if some one whisper outside you can hear it and it is like Dolby surround sounds and when some one walks on your top floor it's kind of sounds Godzilla is mating in your room. I lost my sleep completely. Dirty bathrooms as well. Only positive thing I found was the staff at lobby we're friendly.

I recently stayed here. I was here for a week. The rooms were very nice and clean. The only issue I had was that my ac didn’t work. I reported several times and no one came. It wasn’t until the housekeeper came That they offered us a new room. We spent the last two days of our seven they say In a room that the AC work. It was really difficult to sleep in a room that was 72 degrees. For a time I felt as though they were not concerned
About me. I also asked for a coffee pot at least four times. It never showed up. We did however have a coffee pot in the second room they put it. It angers me that they allowed someone who paid almost $1000 for seven nights to be in such discomfort. I also was overwhelmed with a really loud marijuana smell out of my room.

This place is so nice. Having two separate rooms is well worth the expense.

Overall I'll give my experience just an okay. The biggest bummer was the pool was down. We were really looking foward to some pool fun. The room was a decent size and felt more like an apartment. Breakfast was decent as well. There were no elevator for 2nd floor dwellers, you have to carry your luggage up some stairs. Their were some issues with the cards working on our room door. Customer service was nice and helpful though. We would stay again ONLY if the pool is in operation.

Probably one of the best suites in the area, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Pretty quiet too, also the breakfast is amazing.

The Hawthorn is a really nice place for groups. Because they are suites, it is spacious enough to house about 20 people and the bed on the top floor is extremely big so it can sleep about 3 people. The floors were a bit sticky, which I believe can be attributed to the person who cleaned there prior to our arrival. When we asked for extra towels however, we came to see them strewn all over the couch and the floor, rather than in the bathroom where they normally get placed, so I wasn't a fan of that.

This property is TERRIBLE! Booked a reservation, flew in and when I got to the property there were cops making arrests in the parking lot from all the drugs and parties getting out of control in the rooms. When I got into my room, the bulbs were burned out, I opened the closet door and it fell over. I asked for my money back and never heard from management. this place is a dump and gives wyndham a bad name!

Great place to spend several days to explore Atlanta. Great price, too.

Booked this arrangement during a last minute business trip to Atlanta. Location was close to client's office. Do not recommend! Not a positive experience AT ALL. Where to start. Television didn't work. Very loud environment outside that made it difficult to sleep — — not a good situation when traveling on business and need to be on your game. Literally had to open the door at 5am and ask people to quiet down. To top off the stay, found a critter in the bed the following morning. That sums up the stay. Avoid.

I selected this hotel based on the contact that I had with the sales manager and also the overall look of the establishment. I made reservations for a government employee for 2 weeks to give it try. I was so disappointed in the feedback that the employee had given me regarding the hotel that I moved to her to a different one. She described it as "ghetto". She stated that the other guests were loud and obnoxious at all hours of the evening and early morning. I was embarrassed that I even recommended this hotel to her. I've learned from my mistakes and will no longer be using this establishment.

As far as the actual hotel and amenities this is the perfect hotel with reasonable rates, but customer service with a few of the employees is beyond poor! my issue first started when I discovered our suite hadn't been fully cleaned before our late arrival, the night audit Keith was extremely rude, offered no help and told me and my husband that all he was is an auditor and what else do we expect him to do, I couldn't believe it. The next morning a gentleman named Ned offered great recovery and service for the prior poor service but in the midst of him helping me a manager named Neal intervened and was very rude to me and another guest standing at the front desk, he seemed annoyed and inconvenienced when Ned asked him to assist other guest while Ned reviewed my account. I truly understand how difficult it can be dealing with guest for I also work in customer care as a regional manager for a restaurant chain so I try to be as patient as possible without becoming negative towards staff unfairly, but that night audit and manager do not belong in the customer service nor hospitality industry!

Excellent stay. We booked our loft last minute as we were traveling home after spending several days in Orlando. We arrived after 10pm to find a very clean, welcoming suite. The loft was very unique and allowed us plenty of space for two adults and two kids to stay and not feel cramped. Exceptionally reasonable prices. Easy to access and in what seems like a very well-kept, safe area.

Because it was clean friendly the service is prompt they aren't outrageous with their deposits.

We stayed in the King suite. We loved it! Our room was able sleep 8. There was only 3 of us so we had plenty of room. There was a king bed upstairs in the loft and two queen beds downstairs in a room with a door. Our room was super clean. I have stayed at some really premium hotels on I drive before and honestly when traveling with children I will stay here from now on. The breakfast wasnt amazing but seriously for the price it was more than fair. I think the third morning we just microwaved some oatmeal instead of fighting the morning crowd. The staff were all very nice as well. There is a shuttle to the parks but only runs once in the morning at open and once at closing. If you are planning on staying all day at any of the parks that will save you 15 to 20 dollars a day in parking. If you are going on a budget and still want to feel like you are on vacation this is the place for you. There is a walmart not far away for any grocery runs and also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance.

My boyfriend and I stayed here at Hawthorne Suites for valentines day weekend and although we enjoyed the privacy that the suites offered, we both were left bitten all over by bed bugs. I'd love to recommend this hotel to others but at this moment, due to our experience with the bed bugs upon our departure, I'd recommend that maintenance take a close look at this issue. (We stayed in room 1211). As a result we ended up having to through out several articles of clothing, some of which were clothes that we had newly purchased! The room overall was visibly tidy but evidently the bedding/linens were not. Otherwise, the suites are centrally located about 7 minutes away from Perimeter Mall and about 15-20 minute away from Lenox mall and other hot spots. I hope that Hawthorn Suites looks into this bedbug issue immediately (as our room may not be the only one affected) as we ended up taking quite a loss on some our belongings as well as our comfort!

Great appartment for long stay rent.

I love this place. Great for traveling with kids because it's more like a townhouse.
