Our stay at extended stay buckhead was pleasant. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Location near rite aid and McDonald’s within walking distance. The room was cleaned upon our arrival and the fact they have a full refrigerator was very convenient. The price of our 3 day stay was pretty great. Next time we are in the Atlanta area we’ll be staying there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. Management and the staff were extremely helpful. For example, our hotel suffered a lightning strike which set the fire alarm off for hours on my floor, which was on the top floor. The elevator lost power for days. This of course was an unfortunate inconvenience however, the staff made it very bearable and understandable. If I needed a place to stay, I would definitely return here! It was clean, comfortable and cozy! I'd rate this place a 20 out of 10. It felt like I was staying in Buckingham Palace! Thanks Extended Stay Lenox-Buckhead!

The STAFF IS AMAZING… im a traveling surgical tech… and they have taken very good care of all my needs and concerns!

Cockroaches! The lady working the desk ALSO cleaned our room and ALSO was the manager and ALSO was the one mad when we wanted to leave. We get to our floor and there's an overwhelming smell of weed, and a call girl walks out of a room. Windows wouldn't close, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink and kitchenette counter, phone didn't work, bed felt dirty, smell was awful. Bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair on counter. We had 4 rooms and they were all like this. We got out of there immediately. I'm from Cali so I know. I'm Amar not black but like only black girls.

This place makes me feel like home. All staff members are very helpful and down to earth. Maria herself is very sweet and has no problem helping me with I need to make my stay comfortable. Rooms are clean and housekeeping are there when u need them.

Clean room, friendly receptionist. The only downfall from my experience with the hotel was the constant train noise from the tracks 50 ft from the building. I'm not sure why some people called the rooms dirty, mine was spotless.

I checked in today itself and my experience is very bad. They gave me room which was too smelly then after talking to frontdesk they gave me another one wiich was also smelly then she gave me third one (she was patient and nice gal) whose door had broken lock. Rooms are not at all clean specially kitchen and microwave. Seems they dont clean it properly after the guest check out. There are hair everywhere even in the microwave. Wont recommend this to anyone. I was staying in a hotel at downtown and shifyed to this bec this was cheaper than that and also heard frm ppl that downtown is not safe. But if u have other option go fr that. Extended stay is not hygenic at all. Will never ever recommend it.

I wont give this place 4 stars because that would be misleading. Let me say this I am a huge believer of online reviews. Before I went to this hotel I read the online reviews and I was SCARED! I called hotwire they couldn't refund me my money (based on their policy) but they told me to contact the hotel if I had any questions regarding cancellation. I called spoke to the owner Reggie who was VERY Helpful — I told him my concern and what I had read online — he said I could come in and take a look at the room and if it wasn't to my satisfaction he would refund me my money. I was able to look at the room — the room WAS VERY Clean — the maintenance guy was more than helpful — he showed me three rooms — some had a smell but there's some tenants who live there so I can understand that. Refrigerator and the kitchen was clean and the room was remodeled — so it looked new — wood floors, and clean sheets. First of all I travel to Atlanta once a month and if you are familiar with Buck head than you know that it's expensive to stay in that area — YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR — it's not a 4/5 star hotel people if you want that — then you will pay for that. It's decent to lay your head, no bugs and it's clean — I would stay there again — you can't be that price and it's convenient to Lenox mall and scenery and everything :)

Stayed at the Extended Stay at 6330 Peachtree-Dunwoody and it started off with them being out of double rooms and saying we would have 2 conjoining rooms. Which would have been fine EXCEPT they were not conjoining or even beside each other… they were across the hall from each other, the bathroom had a half used bottle of shampoo and only one towel in my bathroom. Then the so called "breakfast bar" was non existant… there was coffee with apples and oranges… THEN there were 6 vehicles on the parking lot that were broken into… not a fan and will NOT RETURN.

We sat at the front desk for 34 minutes WAITING on an employee to check us in. It was abandoned entirely, her excuse was she had to clean a room.? At 9:45pm?

It's a good extended stay hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms provide all of the essentials. No hot breakfast, just store bought muffins and instant oatmeal or I'd consider it 5 stars.

We had a less than pleasant experience with the Extended Stay America hotel. It began with the front desk clerk not acknowledging myself and my guest as we awaited service for check in at the hotel. Following the unfriendly check in, we arrived in our room to find it clean and suitable for the evening stay. Later that evening, we called the front desk to ask about local food delivery, as we are not from the area, to only be hung up on after being told it was too late to order takeout. The next morning, we left in a rush and left a bottle of perfume in the hotel room. Magically, the perfume has now gone missing, and the staff nor the manager has any idea where the perfume might be. I had to call the manager three times in order to get an answer about the perfume, which doesn't help their customer service case in the slightest. The room sufficed for an evening stay, however I would say that this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in the hotel industry.

I feel like the previous comments are old and no longer do this place justice. I just left a few days ago and this place was nice. Looks like there were some renovations done or something. My room was nice clean and had no smell. Ladies at the front desk were nice. I would stay again if needed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms were dirty, smelly, nosy and very poor quality. I was in a group that had 3 rooms and they were all dirty but each room had different problems. I felt like the Marta was going to come straight through my room. The carpets were so dirty, you couldn’t wear sock otherwise they would be brown on the bottom of them. The heater didn’t work too well so my room was always hot. And there was dirt and a hole in the bathroom. Another person’s room had sticky floors, so she talked to the front desk 2 times to get it cleaned, but it was never cleaned. And they had problems with dirty carpets too. The 3rd room was dirty and had an odd smell. The heater didn’t work in that room also. Plus their stove was taken apart. And all of the refrigerators in all 3 rooms were dirty outside and inside. And the staff didn’t believe me that I had prepaid for my hotel room, it took me pulling my credit card statement online and showing them to prove that I had already paid for the room. Will never stay there again and may never stay at an extended stay again.

I've stayed at over 50 hotels in this chain and this has been the worst ESA Deluxe I've been in. Took three different rooms before I found one with clean sheets. There's still male body fluid stains on the sofa and the desk chair is broken. Also many of the ammenities of the ESADeluxe hotels are just not here. Had this been a ESA or other brand in their line I might have given it a better rating but as their flagship brand, and price, I will pass next time. If you stay here, watch the sheets.

There is nothing deluxe about it, I've stayed in motels better than this hotel. Cigarette smoke smell in the hallway was unbearable. My supposedly non smoking room stunk too but not as much. The blanket had strange brownish stains on it like blood that hasn't been washed out completely. Maybe it was simply the location of my room (upper floor on the back of the hotel), but I could hear MARTA trains outside, doors slamming, and people talking in the hallway and in the next room — I didn't expect it to be soundproof, but that's just not acceptable by any standards. Had to sleep with earplugs. One good thing about it was the staff — very friendly and helpful, though there wasn't much they can do to make your experience better. Location is great too but the horrible experience is not worth the money. Save yourself the headache by spending $10-20 more for a MUCH better hotel.

Unlike my fellow unsatisfied customers im not writing about my bad experience during my stay. Why? because my reservation was sold out from under me literally no less then 7 hours after I made it. Now I wouldve understood if there was a communication problem over the phone or the computer system messed up but this was not the case because I went up there to make the reservation in person. I try to check in at 7am (reservation was made the previous night at 11pm) and all the lady could say was "we just sold your room" no sorry no nothing. Worst experience of my life.

Not the cleanest place, but one can manage to have a pleasant stay.
