Be bigger and better! So small in size and not very well kept.

Certainly not fancy but it was clean & personnel very helpful especially as we were a bunch of disgruntled Delta passengers who got stranded. I’d particularly like to commend the night desk clerk who was there last night & this morning & the two lady shuttle drivers, Jaz & I didn’t catch the other one’s name.

I wish I could give this place a — 5 rating. The front desk clerk refused to give his name. I booked a room through Hotels dot com because my flight got into Atlanta very late the night before the family reunion. We booked a king room and requested a let out bed for my husband, my daughter and myself. The rude clerk first tried to get us to pay $50 for a rollaway (the website listed it for $10). We were only going to be there for 9 hours and then head to our nice Midtown Atlanta hotel. The room was prepaid and the clerk stated he would not allow 3 of us to be in the king room for that rate. I asked him to give us a double queen room and I would happily pay the difference. He only had smoking. I won't do that due to health reasons. At any rate, he called the police, who said that he wouldn't force us to leave since we had a receipt. At this point, my husband got us another room at a nearby much better hotel because we didn't feel comfortable with the idiotic clerk downstairs and the nasty looking room upstairs. Did I say this was 2 am when we arrived? He just wanted to collect $50 which we weren't willing to pay given what the website stated. No customer service at all. Super disappointed with the brand and double disappointed with Hotels dot com that rated it as a 3.5… Coming to this page only confirmed that it is not an isolated incident. I will be blasting this on every site I can find. They suck!
