There are great people wiring here, rooms were neat and clean and the breakfast was awesome. The bar is also handy.

I want to start off by saying how great our stay was here. As soon as you walk in the building you are greeted with the most kindest staff ever! Everything was perfect and clean! breakfast was great! I would recommend anyone to stay here! 5 star rating.

Thank you so much for accommodating our super cute but rowdy crowd last night! We went down in the history of best hotel dance offs between a lacrosse team and an Itty Bitty dance team! Nice large rooms. Shower is made for two people. But no shower hose so no ability to wash in those hard to reach places.

This is a very well located Hotel in Alpharetta. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The amenities here are nice like an exercise room, pool, bar, convenience store, and a great breakfast buffet with made-to-order omlettes. I have stayed here many times and even though the hotel is at least 10 years old it doesn't show the age. Only negative is that the walls are a little bit thin and I could clearly hear the person next door arranging closet hangers in the morning. Gotta try the local craft beers they serve in the downstairs bar in the evening.

Good hotel rooms and friendly staff. This hotel has a restaurant, bar, and pantry as well as a fitness room and pool.

Excellent customer service. Front dest was friendly and very helpful. At breakfast, omelet was cooked quickly & brought to our table. Only complaint was all the unruly children running rampant during breakfast and around pool area; which was not the fault of management.

I travel a lot. This hotel is awesome. Modern furnishings, A+ bed, quiet, thick walls… and off the road so no traffic noise. Decent breakfast buffet and full bar. Has room service and basic menu. Staff is incredibly friendly, greeting me every evening! I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. It was only minutes from our conference and the staff was there in the lobby to greet us each day as we came and went. Awesome experience.

The people were fantastic. The fitness area very disappointing. The highest wait was 10 lb.

Met a friend at hotel lobby. Lobby was relatively clean. Staff greeted me immediately as I walked in. Bathroom is currently under construction.

Room and staff we great. There was some pretty loud construction happening during our stay.

Rooms are super clean, very comfy bed and sheets, huge shower and good hot breakfast.

Just there for one night on business, but the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and I'll definitely stay there on my next trip.

Poor experience with the manager. There were issues related to appropriate travel for wedding guests to the wedding and the manager was very rude. Apparently, it was supposed to be established as an agreement when the bride booked the block of rooms. The bride told us that she DID set this up but before the wedding and on the day of, the manager kept explaining to us that it was not setup and then when I complained online, she responded to me the same way. All she had to do at the time was have the shuttle take us to the nearby Embassy (next door), who somehow seemed to be honoring the agreement the bride setup at their hotel for travel to the wedding. If needed, I'll probably just stay at the Embassy next time I'm in the area since the Hilton manager seems to value being right in her own mind over customer service. All the other employees were great though.

Not one of the better Hilton's I have been to. The staff have tried, but everything is old and broken. They are renovating the top floors, so maybe this will be better soon, but I don't recommend staying here until after it is done.

Not too bad. The room was ok. There is good Wi-Fi (not high speed though) … my only issue would be that my parents and I found it hard to sleep with music coming through some direction. We at first thought that one of the rooms next door blaring the music, but then realized that it was the lobby. We had to listen to this music throughout the night. We slept on room 212 (second floor) and had to listen to it. They did not even apologize for it. I am not sure if we will come back.

Very clean and professional. Little disappointed about the SkyView room but overall everything was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! My husband and I did an overnight stay away from the kids and it was fantastic. Room service was EXCELLENT to my surprise! Thought it would be ok but it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good. The room and hotel is well maintained. And of course last but not least, the staff was wonderful. Will definitely recommend and return.

Nice hotel. Breakfast isn't free. But there's a pool, a comfy bed, a big shower and Neutrogena bath products. I would stay here again.

I am an Uber driver and I was doing an Uber Eats delivery to this location From first glance the Hilton Garden Inn shows true class as a Hilton should. The sliding glass entrance doors are adorn with white ornate designs that give it a refreshing look. The interior is beautiful and makes it an enjoyable experience!

My husband, myself, and our 2 little girls stayed in a King bedroom suite with the separate sitting parlor. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel itself was very clean, though not recently updated. The staff was incredibly friendly! We were very impressed how great that all were. Check in was smooth, I called down for extra pillows and they were brought right up, and the cleaning women stopped to say hello to us when we passed in the hall. Also they have a great breakfast. It's was not free for us, but I think sometimes people get a voucher. The kids were free with our purchase ($10.95 per person) and they have some buffet food. Bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, grits, fruit, cereal, and they also make eggs to order. And we loved the waitress. She was joking around with my youngest and made us feel like friends. We will definitely be back next time we are in town visiting family.

Rooms are big, bed comfortable, people are polite and have good facilities.

Room was okay. Good views of downtown attractions. $25 dollar self parking fee was unexpected. If looking for a hotel again downtown I would defineatly shop around for the parking.

Very nice hotel. Very good staff. They took us in at 3 in the morning after being screwed over by another hotel chain. Got us out of a tight spot. Very grateful. Breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've eaten on this trip. Will definitely stay here again in this state and others.

Much better than Hyatt place. Bed was softer, water was hot, breakfast was great, and the tub was huge.

Service is nice but I wish there were better coffee and bigger cups along with real milk.

Only one night stay here, but the staff was excellent and the breakfast menu was outstanding. The short trip was for my granddaughters birthday trip to American Girl Store, she and a friend really appreciated the AG gifts the Hotel had in the room waiting for them. Five Stars!

We stay here about every 2 months and always have a great experience with the staff and breakfast. Love the complimentary cookies!

Came into town for a wedding and stayed here. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. No complaints.

I stayed for two nights. Nice property, well kept. Clean lobby, hallways, and elevators. Staff is very professional, helpful, and accommodating. No complaints!

We had our daughters wedding on Sun. OCT 25 and booked 22 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff and all our service was exceptional, I as mother of the. Bride have all good reports from all there that the transportation service to the wedding house and all their accommodations at the hotel were wonderful. Thanks John and Marge Gehrhardt.

Now, as I walked in a putrid smell of intense cigarettes and urine overwhelmed me. I thought maybe It was just a stinky guest. As I started getting my room, I was given my room key. When I opened the door and Lone Behold! The entire room was still trashed with the previous tenants food, beer, and other garbage. I went downstairs and told the manager about that so he unwillingly gave me another room after trying to convince me to wait for an hour to clean it. I get to my new room and open that door (which no kidding was broken off of a hinge and didn't close properly in the door jam). The room smelled SO BAD I turned around and walked out. I went back in and found cigar wrappers, and cigarette wrappers HIDDEN under the bed (pretty sure that the room service used it as a smoking room). I am now getting irritated. I try and get a new room. They give me one and, I cannot make this up, it is the original dirty room. Now the trash is picked up (mostly) but the sink is plugged, there was no hot water, no microwave or fridge (they said I had to pay extra for a microwave), the carpet had a weird damp sticky feel to it, and the only laundry facility here took over 2.5 hours to Dry my clothes (which are hanging all over my room to dry now).

Stayed here this past weekend with my wife and daughter and the staff and hotel were excellent. I would recommended it to anyone staying in the Northpoint area.

Clean rooms, great service and staff.

Everytime I stay at this hotel I have intermittent internet problems when running my VPN for work or watchiing movies on my netflix account. I also tried using a filesharing application to download some "Open Source" Free / Legal software from Sourceforge and the internet provider "Light Speed" turned off my access. I called to discuss the issue and they told me they would turn it back on. 24 hours later I still had no Internet access I called again and was lectured by their tech support person that the Use of BitTorrent was "Stealing" I explained there are Legal uses for the application and it wasnt their job to to police the internet they should leave it to the FBI. I travel 80% of the year (Domestic and International) and this is the only hotel I have had this issue with. I will no longer make any reservations with this location as long as Light Speed is their service provider.
