I booked this as part of a package deal with theme park tickets. One of the things I needed was a shuttle to the park, which this hotel offered. It turns out they do have a shuttle but it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you do not get on the list, you may have to wait HOURS to get another trip on the shuttle. Another thing I look for is room service. The majority of hotels that offer room service bring your food TO your room. This hotel DOES NOT. After placing over a $50 order, they didn't even have the decency to let me know my food was ready and needed to be picked up. When I finally called an hour and a half later, I was advised that my food was there and to come get it. Horrible. Everything was cold and the amount of food for the price was highway robbery. I have gotten better service from cheap motels. When we checked in, I had a special request for a crib. I was told someone would bring the crib up to the room. Our plan was to order room service, feed our kids, and grab a shuttle back to the park. When I got into the room, there was no room service menu. I called down and was told someone would bring up a menu and the crib right away. Keep in mind the VERY limited availability of the shuttle. Almost 2 hours later I got the crib and the menu. I missed the window for the shuttle so that bunch of tickets to the park was wasted. Also, since the shuttle is full, I have to pay for parking at the park. At this rate, given the money I'm losing to stay here, they should be paying ME for my stay. Worst hotel experience EVER. Do not come here!
