I would absolutely not recommend the restaurant. We made a reservation for 245 on a Sunday to celebrate your special birthday. When arriving three of us at 2:30 we were told that if the whole party was not there by 2:45 the restaurant was closing that they cannot serve us. And I believe it’s because there was nobody in the restaurant and they were not going to keep it open. The server came over to us and we explain to her and she was very nice and she said it’s happened to her before and she just started working there. The hostess was also very nice but never attempted to go get a manager knowing that we were very unhappy. So we contacted our party that was on their way and ended up meeting at another restaurant a block away. To me this was very unprofessional I don’t know how you run a restaurant that way. And this restaurant did confirm the reservation the day before leaving a message. We waited to speak to a manager before leaving the restaurant and unfortunately she never or he never came out from the back room I guess they were in hiding. We waited 10 minutes and they never came. I have worked in the restaurant business and have never have expierenced such a thing. But after reading the other reviews I’m glad we did go to another restaurant. Food was awful, overpriced and service bad. So I would consider looking for another place while in Tampa.

Do not use the valet parking services. I did and my vehicle was stolen from their lot. They do not use secure parking. They drive your car a few blocks off the main strip and park it in an open field. There is no fence, lighting, attendant or even security cameras. They couldn’t even tell me if it was stolen Saturday or Sunday night. Their insurance company informed me they had 42 other claims filed in a little more then a month. I got married and my whole family stayed at this hotel. We rented a suite for two nights a long with 12 other rooms. My wife and I woke up to check out. We waited for around an hour in the lobby before the valet approached me and said they “think they misplaced my vehicle”. He asked me if I wanted to walk around their lot to try to find it. I did, that’s when I saw the lot. I was shocked they would park vehicles overnight there. They asked me not to call the police while they tried to find it. At one point they handed my wife a phone number of the person working when we checked in that parked my vehicle. They told us “call him, maybe he remembers where it’s parked”. So I called the police immediately and filed a stolen report. My car was recovered around a week later. There were $1300 in damages. The insurance for the lot told me that they were not surprised, claims happen all the time with this lot. They also informed me they were only giving me $900. That money took a month before the check arrived.
