A good value for the money but was kept awake all night with kids and adults outside yelling and screaming had to call the office hoping they would do something. Didn't accomplish much very disappointed in that area.

Had to stay here in a pinch to get off the road after a 1200 Mile drive and not impressed. It's not very clean, staff was less than friendly but I do give it two stars because it's cheap. That being said if my daughter was with me I would drive to the next town or just sleep in the car. If you need a cheap roof over your head for a night this can provide that.

We arrived at night and there was a man staying in the room right next to us, from the first moment he looked suspicious, in a moment I went out to the car to look for something and the guy came out behind me, following me and seeing what he was doing. We left the hotel for dinner and when we returned we saw the same man hidden in the bushes, he began to follow us. We had to go to the front desk to report the problem and the SR at the front desk, who was very friendly, had to go with me to the room, talked to the man and this invention a story that he had lost something and that he was looking for it. By that time my wife was nervous and we didn't want to stay there so we picked up the stuff and left. The gentleman at the front desk apologized and told us to call the other day to get our funds back. The next day we called and attended a lady named Sonia, who was very rude and told me it was not their problem that I had to go because we feared for our safety, we would have called the police and we would not return the money because it uses We have the room. They also charged $100 when we had been informed that they were going to charge $70.
It's horrible hotel, the rooms suck, but the worst of the case is that you don't care about the security and tranquility of your guests. Mrs. Sonia was not interested in our problem at all. We really felt we were in danger in that hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! For your own safety never stay there. I was scared for my life as the guy next door was stalking us. I was almost getting a panic attack. My husband picked up the bags with the receptionist and then we came to the Holiday inn express. We paid only 96$ (super 8 was 90$) and the difference is of course huge! Extremely expensive for the worst place ever. It was like a horror movie!

Simply gross! They charged me 110.00 on a Sunday night. I was disgusted. I suggest never staying there. My wife was creeped out, we couldn't sleep all night.

Half star review… bathroom was atrocious. Paint and base were falling off the wall. Sometimes the toilet filled so it could be flushed sometimes it didn't. The shower head had a visible hole were it comes through the wall. Microwave had what looked like the last guys burrito spattered all over it. I was awakened by a 3 year old playing on the stairs outside my door throwing rocks from the flower bed while her 2 older siblings screamed for thier mother to come help. The metal towel racks and "closet" were rusted and nasty. Dresser had a golf ball sized burn on top. The pool was FILTHY! That's what we get for trying to save $25 on our trip… never again. Ooo.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Rooms were NASTY dirty. Cigarette burns in sheets, blood on blinds, grease on nightstand… I could go on…

I wish there was a place for no stars that what I would give. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was actually disgusting was dirty. Towel bar broke the fan sounded like it was going to blow up. There was only one pillow no remotes for TV. In behind the bed looked disgusting tissue dirt two TV remotes. Front counter staff were very rude.

Apparently picked the worst weekend of the year to go to Tampa. This place was the only option available when we booked which meant we overpaid for this awful motel. Black hairs on the sheet, cigarette burns on the comforter, mold in the bathroom, questionable stains on the mattress. The only good thing about it was there was a WalMart 4 minutes down the road to buy new sheets for the night that we were there. If this is the only option around, you might as well sleep in your car.

The rooms are decent for the price but the customer service is terrible. It’s a franchise business and clearly these people do not care about respecting their customers. I am so disappointed. The hotel charged my room stay twice and now my account is in the red. I’m missing a conference that I recieved a scholarship to attend. I went to the office to to try to figure things out and the manager had an attitude from jump street. What made matters worse is that who I am figuring is her father jumped in, and the two of them basically raised their voices, told me I had the problem, then said “Go head call corporate”. It clear there are no repercussions for bad customer service. This is my first time staying at a Super 8 and it will be my last. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels worse ones than this when I was homeless but I’v never been treated this terrible. Also I didn’t realize this hotel is in a rough area and is known for shady stuff. Just take that into consideration when you book here, they have no people skills.

Omg the place look like it is full of prostitution at the entrance door and I came here for vacation hell no just because you are a low class hotel does not make it act low as hell and the room is so dusty really dusty. If the owner is from india please go back and study hotel hospitality and services. Pig pen and they charge u a lot for this place which they should close it down.

The owner mike is a fraud! You check in for more than one day and you have a 3rd party that paid the room costs he'll lie and say the room was left trashed so he can squeeze more money out. Washer and dryer both dont work. Sonja is a sweet heart.

Breakfast was not sufficient at all. But the rooms were quality enough for the price you paid for. No issues for the service. I thought they did a good job.

Rooms were clean enough and service was good. Initially our shower would only give boiling hot water but they were accommodating and got us a new non smoking room. Breakfast was little more than pastries and coffee.

Just stayed for the night. Service was fine. Gum on top of bed post though lol.

Had the option of getting a smoking room with two beds for $87. Told them no because we did not want our 7 month old to have to stay in that. They said we could have a non smoking room with one bed and a pullout for $97. We booked the non smoking room at $97 for two nights. We get here and they still charge us $97 for the smoking room and won't give us out money back. We are livid!

The place is clean and appears to be safe. However after checking in and getting into the room I was called by front desk. They were trying to charge my card a second time and it would not go through. Having booked on hotwire I had already paid but was told I could give them another card to pay or leave. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Anyone listening would have thought I was a criminal. I will stay the night because it is late and I'm tired. I will never stay here again and will think twice before booking through hotwire in the future. It seems like a scam and I'm not going to subject myself to any questionable practices.

Im sure its a nice place but I wont be staying cause they rent rooms to prostitutes.

Spent two nights here had roaches in room and found metal pieces in washcloths and there was no Continental breakfast just juice or coffee this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The staff was rude and everything I'll never stay here again I dont recommend this hotel in Tampa to no one.

The room was filthy, toilet didn't work and the room stank when we checked in. Mgr got the toilet fixed and the floor swept quickly. But even so, the worst place I have stayed by far. Just nasty. Best aspect of this place is easy access to I75.

There were dirty towels hanging on curtain rod and 1 light worked. These rooms look like they have been through a hurricane! Dog hair on the comforter! Pretty tragic.

They raised their rates due to hurricane Irma. Rooms not very clean and outdated. Neighbor found someone breaking into his work truck around 8:30 PM. Unless you want to stay there just to drink beer and smoke blunts in the open, you may want to stay away.

Very tiny room. Old property need renovation. When check in rooms is dirty. Break fast is not available. Its better in this price book another hotel. It's typical Indian Patel motel. So you can not expect what you paid for room. Very noisy and late night people noise in front of your door. Owner want only make money not customer satisfaction. Very rude Indian lady standing in front besk.

Not too bad. Decent service. Spent about 78 bucks per night for a room with a queen bed. Tv had HDMI ports and there was cable TV. Swimming pool was nice.

Fire the price you pay it's simply not worth it you only get maybe 8 channels there are holes in the walls you don't get breakfast the parking is limited the pool was filthy it just isn't worth it.

Very nice and clean rooms are very spacious employees of very very helpful and very hospitable and have a very good attitude towards guest has been here once and it's always very very nice great motel stores around if I chose a place to stay with in Tampa I would choose the Super 8 on Fletcher and 275 right by the freeway you have to try it out it is very very clean and nice and everything is straight honestly everything is straight with the Super 8 it's a great place to stay sincerely being truthful Ricky.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for all over town as it is right off the interstate. The downside to that however is the noise from the ramp can be a problem.

My experience was great. My room was very clean comparing to others like Regency that has a lot of roaches. Nadine at the front desk was very polite helpful and friendly. I would sure recommend any one to Super 8

Te location was great I had fun washed some hbo before bed I only went becaude I had to get out of the house lol.

Not bad I stayed at the days inn on the other side of 275 a lot worse there.

I found no bed bugs, and I looked thoroughly. Sure, this hotel has seen better days, but it was clean enough and functional. Maybe its under new management since all those previous rotten reviews. it's right on the freeway so there's that noise to contend with. But it was reasonably inexpensive and convenient for us. Plus there was an ice machine!

Worst hotel I stayed there one night when I woke up I had bed bug bites all over will never stay there again! When I asked for a refund the said that it was not possible. Who in there right mind will rent these rooms out they should be ashamed of themselves.

This one and international palms in Orlando both suck! I have never experienced showering not on a flat surface! The door handle fell off! The eggs were not even half cooked they looked like vomit! This place felt like a graveyard not a hotel! The TV looked like it was from the 1970's and the toilet was clogged. I saw bed bugs! The bathtub was full of blood and the bath tub was all chipped. The curtains had mold! And even the food had mold on it! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT'S A DUMP!

The room was disgusting! Refused to even sit down in the room, just horrible! Stay far away from this hotel.

Came here to stay internet said 47$ a night got there and they don't go by that price was 70$ for a not very clean room ifyou want to get ripped off go here.

I have stayed in alot of super 8's and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The chairs were filthy, my husband got locked in the bathroom as the knob just kept turning. There was no exaust fan in the bathroom. We were in room 142 and my cousin was in 108 and their's was just as bad. Every thing about this hotel was disgusting.

At first I really liked the hotel. But now a week later I regret staying there. My sister, boyfriend and myself have scabies! Worst ever! Never staying there again.

Its no 5 star hotel but the staff is nice and the rooms are clean. Cheapest prices in town.

Perfectly OK. Clean, quiet room. No problems. I'd stay there again. Neighborhood is not the best, and no eateries nearby, but there is a modest convenience store next door for treats and such.

My experiance was horrible. My two year son had to use the bathroom and what my husband saw was ridiculous and disgusting. The bathroom had feces all over the toilet and floor. When we told the front desk she told us that it was cleaned and it was impossible for it to be dirty. We ask for another room and they didnt have anymore she told us we had to stay in there till the morning and wouldnt refund us back. This is the most disgusting place I ever been at. Please dont waste your time theres other cleaner places in town.

Yeah. Crazy clean! Someone really cares about this place. Otherwise, you know, what can you expect from the cheapest rate in the area? Breakfast was lame and the internet connection is worthless (my grandmas dial-up connection moves faster than that! ) Pool is clean as well, I haven't tried it so I can't say anything about the temp of the water. Overall. I'm quite impressed. For the money. This is what super8 stayers hope for in an overnight stay.
