Wonderful staff. Very accommodating especially at this trying time.

We had a horrible experience with our car rental company wanting to leave us on the side the highway with our children. I tell you the staff here was a was our rainbow at the end of our storm. They accommodated us at 2am with smiling faces, there was 6 of us they didn't make us pay for an extra room, the next morning different staff same hospitality. They let us stay over check out because we still didn't have a new rental, they gave us goodie bags for the road when we did check out. Hands down AMAZING.

I stayed here for work, and had a wonderful experience. The African-American man that works in the evening was so pleasant and awesome! I forgot his name, but his customer service is stellar. He even packed me and my coworker a cookie or two for the road! My room was clean, and the atmosphere was great. If I ever visit the area again, I'll definitely be staying here!

For the past 4 years, I have contracted with the Hampton Inn in Viera for out-of-area attendees of trainings my circuit has offered to statewide court employees. This week, the staff at the Hampton Inn went above and beyond and left gift bags for the attendees! How cool is this? Thank you Autumn, Brad, Michelle, William, Chelsea and Hesel — you guys rock! ❤️

Everything was great until the baseball teams got up in the morning. They were very loud and rude. I think the parents may have been louder than the kids. Will not return during ball season.

I love this hotel, we stay here all the time for work. It seems the management has forgotten there loyal customers. We negotiated a rate with them, and once they got busy they said they couldn’t honor the rate. Good luck over charging people 60$.

Newly remodeled entrance it looks like. Friendly staff plenty of parking. Resturants for dinner within walking distance for breakfast lunch and dinner. Air conditioning works better then most hotels I have been to. All in all great hotel.

Good selection at breakfast and very friendly staff. No towels at the pool n broken toys there too.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Everyone made us feel very welcome. We even experienced a small problem with noise level at the pool at 11pm. Called down to the front desk, explained that it was getting late and the noise level was getting loud. So the sweet girl at the desk took care of the issue within minutes. Definitely will stay here again in future. Ps coffee and cookies, and free breakfast was wonderful too!

Good location for working with local municipalities nearby, right off the interstate. Rooms were very clean and more spacious than other Hampton inn rooms I've stayed at. Very friendly staff. No complaints at all, and would stay here again.

Well kept and very friendly staff. There wasn't anyone at reception for a 30 minute or more period when I needed help, but I'm sure that was a situational thing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value. Standard Hampton inn. Breakfast is ok and there is plenty of staff to help out and clean up. Pool is small but adequate. Interior is still fairly fresh. We would stay again.

Not a bad stay. Staff was not as friendly as other stays in other hotels, but I didn't stay here for their company. It was clean and the price was reasonable.

It is a very nice hotel. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The room was as spacious and tastefully decorated. The only issue we had was we couldn't check in early because they didn't have any rooms ready. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

The most important thing for me when I stay anywhere is to feel welcome. I must say, I have rarely felt more welcomed than I did here! When we first arrived, my three year old and I were waiting for my husband to return from parking the car. My son, in true preschooler fashion, was trying to use the luggage cart incorrectly. The kindest man, Mr. J (manager, I believe) stopped, playfully asked about how he was using the cart. He ended up giving my son a treat and spending many minutes also making him feel welcome. Moms love that. He was polite, engaged, and professional. Already on cloud nine about our stay before we even entered our room, walking in I saw swans made of towels. So fun! Thanks for making our night!

I am always pleased with my stays at Hampton Inn's. I was welcomed by a very polite young man at the desk at about 1230AM, he got me three bottles of water for the night and made sure I had all of the info on the breakfast. I was in town as my Aunt was in the hospital for a severe stroke. She passed at 445 that morning, and as we were waiting to find out the arrangements, I was allowed a late checkout. Everyone is always so wonderful, pleasant and accommodating at your Inns. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

Very clean and nice rooms. Has a restaurant/bar and pool with fair prices surprisingly. Room pricing is relatively inexpensive. Good location and near fun things to do in a very nice area.

Beyond a doubt some of the best, most courteous service I've ever experienced. The staff was helpful, accommodating and very understanding. We experienced a death in the family and the hotel dealt with late arrivals, changed itineraries, and two minor issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price as good as any in the area.

We used one of the conference rooms to get ready for a wedding. There was a little lack of communication concerning how long we had the room. They were going to charge the bride more for staying over the time because they thought we had it til 3 which was not the case. This made things more stressful than it had to be for the already stressed bride. It was also described as a glam room, however a few were disappointed there was no bathroom connected. There were two long mirrors supplied and some table ones. Some had to sit on the floor to get ready. I don't think this was the best place for a bridal party to get ready before the ceremony. The staff however was nice and accommodating.

Very friendly, clean and helpful staff. I definitely will recommend and return. Breakfast area was very clean and delicious. They're served something for everyone! The rooms were clean and fresh very comfortable… Hampton inn at this location definitely 5 stars!

We've stayed at this property a number of times when needing accommodations in the area, and have always been pleased. It's a stones throw from Interstate 95 (you will hear a bit of noise from the traffic, but not it's not horrible), the front desk staff are always professional, the rooms and property in general, are clean and comfortable, and, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were great. The only drawback, was that the hot breakfast items, seemed to be a bit repetitive. And if you arrived towards the end of buffet service, many of the food items had not been replenished. But, regardless, and on a positive note, it is nice to have the option of having breakfast in the hotel, which is included in your nightly room rate. Would recommend if you are in need of accommodations in the area.

Used to be better. Hotel has aged and many things were not working, such as the in room refrigerator. Clean and nice staff, but needs updating.

My first impression, staff was polite, attentive, and answered all questions including suggestions. Breakfast were hot, fresh and plenty of it. The cookies and 24/7 coffee and tea was a blessing. Staff prepared breakfast bags for those who left the hotel before breakfast time. The room was clean and smelled cleaned, loved the comfort of the bed and pillows. The shower was cleaned ever day. I had an awesome stay given the long day working for food for Florida. It was a resting heaven. Thank you and will go again.

It is a great hotel to stay in. Free breakfast is offered at 9-10 am and cookies at around 4-5 pm. Great staff! They were very kind and helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel. 9.5/10

The hotel is easy to get to, as it is about a mile from the interstate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, though my only complaint is that the television is small and far from the bed. It's a small complaint.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everything was beyond clean and breakfast was great. Coffee is available 24-7. Love Hamptons but this one may be the best we have ever stayed in.

Typical experience for this hotel chain, in a good way. Had some rough spots, room microwave seemed defective (8 min for a third of a bag of popcorn? ) And the room fridge was unplugged, which I didn't notice right away,, fortunately wasn't a big deal for me. Room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly.

Sitting area very nice, comfy couches, tv, coffee bar. Very nice!

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in a great location right off of the highway withany options for food nearby. The rooms were clean and nice. One of the bedside lamps did not work but there was so much lighting in the room that it did not matter ultimately. I would recommend to others.

The interior of the location is beautiful, much of it newly renovated, the rooms themselves are clean and nice, standard for a Hampton Inn.

I had a great time here. The room was in good shape, the breakfast was good, and there were a number of good restaurants with in reasonable driving distance. The service was great. Amber, behind the counter, was fantastic!

Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping lady very attentive and cordial. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was very efficient. Will definitely come back to stay.
