My go to when it’s vacation time or even just a quiet getaway. Awesome staff no matter the season. Looking into purchasing after this last visit. Either way I will be back! Almost forgot Aztec restaurant, awesome food and amazing service!

Impressed Wonderful accommodations and large spacious rooms and master suite My friend was so impressed she became an owner. See you next year.

Wonderful family condos. We are ocean front view and it’s amazing. Lots to do in the resort for the kiddos. Quick trip out to the beach! Nice pool and hot tub.

We have been enjoying our time here, even though the restaurant/bar is closed over COVID issues. The staff are terrific and have been very helpful and accommodating to us.

Extremely accommodating to our special needs! Staff is friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we need to make our daughter comfortable and was able to have a good time! We extended our stay an extra day.

This place has made our family vacation so great! They've treated us so well. The rooms are big and spacious. Nice amenities and its really convenient to get out to the beach. Excellent place to stay with your family.

After our cruise was canceled… we decided to spend the week at this amazing resort.
We have had a great time. The resort is clean, the staff is friendly & I would highly recommend staying here. We are sad to leave on Saturday.

Resort is very nice. All of the pictures that are online are exactly what the place is. Lots of seaweed on the beach but the beach above that point is nice. The pool and splash pad are nice. Lots of things for our 3 year old to do activity wise.

I’ve been an owner for a few years now, I actually have two units (one for each year). The place is beautiful, the inside was just redone Into a very sleek beautiful lobby, however in the same lobby is a lady named Carol who works the desk. Every time I see her she causes a scene with me about me getting into my timeshare that I own! Or coming to visit for the day, as I only live a little over an hour away I can use the Amenities as I please. This last weekend was the last straw though Carol literally told me I couldn’t get back in until I have my maiden name put on the deed (Labor Day weekend mind you) which is almost impossible in my situation. She just has had the worst customer service I’ve encountered at a place I pay to have comfort at. There isn’t another person there who isn’t nice and friendly, even the bar and the laundry staff are amazing! All in all the place is beautiful and I use it as my little paradise but Carol will ruin your day and not care one bit about it, and once you’re an owner you have to deal with her.

Great location with easy access to the beach and umbrella with chairs access if you would like to rent those. The resort was just remodeled and looks great! All of the amenities are nice and they have lots of family activities. It's a really great vacation spot for families!

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is a great spot right by the ocean. They have an amazing pool with a volleyball net and the jacuzzi was very warm. The rooms are very spacious. If I could change one thing it would be the car limit. As we have a room for a week that sleeps six but only two cars are allowed to park which is very inconvenient. Everything else is great.

Large resort, beautifully maintained grounds and well-appointed large clean suites. Several pools and planned activities. Three or four golf courses which we didn't use. Problem resolution is not their forté; we had on-going problems with our entry key and when one of our party forgot passports in the room safe at check-out, it took several phone calls and hours for staff to understand the urgency of the situation (their offered solution was to mail the passports home "once they were able to access the room". Not good enough! Overall, a nice place though.

The location is great, about a mile south of Ron Jon's there is a Publix opening within walking distance. Rooms are well kept and spacious with balconies from which you can see the ocean. The pool is a great place to hang out and there are many activities for the kids. The restaurant has delicious mexican. We've eaten there while staying at other locations.

Very nice place on the beach. The have all the amenities you could want including a movie theater. Rooms were clean and good size. One comment I heard from my wife was that everything is clean. If you have ever stayed at a beach front property before you would recognize how difficult that is because of the sand!

Absolutely loved vacationing at this resort with all my family. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the amenities were wonderful. I would highly recommend vacationing here as well as in Cocoa Beach. My stay at the resort and Cocoa Beach was just all around great. Loved being at the beach despite the weather.

Probably the nicest resort you can stay at on Cocoa Beach. Has a pool, hot tub, ocean front rooms, tennis court, game room, arcade, theater and many more. Has its own Mexican restaurant that is pretty good. Resort staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. There is a fun splash pad, pool and hot tub. Games/activities daily. Bar by the pool and restaurant on the main floor. Easy access to the beach with showers to wash off sand. One of our favorite places to visit!

My wife and I are owners here. We do love this place. Our place to go and get away from the world. Beach access, basketball court, tennis court, shows, movie theater, fitness center and a very nice pool. Rooms are well stocked and comfortable. You'll be happy you chose this resort.

Beautiful rooms. All staff encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Installing new patio doors in each unit. Pool area very clean and maintained. Live music by pool some afternoons. Activities for all ages. Only downside was the house margaritas at the pool area were way to sweet and syrupy.

Incredible place to stay. Beautiful large 2br units, clean kitchen. Huge balcony with table and chairs for dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. Kids club and activities for the little ones at no additional charge. Free parking and hotel amenities like pool and beach towels.

Have been owners since 2002 and have enjoyed the wonderful amenities that The Resort has to offer. Very friendly and supportive staff members who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Spacious and well kept living quarters that are comfortable and clean. A workout room to help keep the extra pounds off; a movie theater that has current films; an entertaining Magician every week; a HEATED pool with a water fall! And all right on Cocoa Beach! Love this place.

Nice place. Big open floor plans. Definitely catering to more of a timeshare. We stayed overnight on a Sunday night. Will use the pools during the day on Sunday. We found it a little awkward with the crowd that was there. Sunday afternoon crowd seem to be an older crowd that was uncomfortable with our children in the pool. This may have just been us but it was the impression that I got at the pool that day. Outside of that the facilities were very nice very well put together everything was very well up kept.

Great place in a lot of ways. Kept clean, it is kept in shape. They replace furniture. Keep a friendly and helpful staff from security to maids. Have enjoyed coming here for years.

It's a very nice property located right on the beach however the pool and hot tub was shut down when we got there. They sent us to Discovery Cove for that amenity. Also the back stairwell that was adjacent to our room became unavailable after the second day due to construction. They were no lounge chairs available for the beach, we were told that it was due to flu season and the person wasn't there until the end of the month. We actually spent out of time side time at Discovery Cove Resort right near the pier. It's a very nice property a little more intimate also.

We've been coming here for 14 years. We are owners and have been thrilles with the constant updates and improvements that are always being made. The staff is friendly, the resort is well kept and they have lots of fun activities. We have enjoyed bringing our kids here and continue to look forward to our yearly visit.

Nice place a bit dated but it wasn't bad. Nice close access to the Beach and was able to surf fish and catch whiting, Pompano and a small stingray. They also have a gym with some machines that will help you mantain. 1 thing I disliked is that the pool can get very busy.

I love the Resort on Cocoa Beach! The rooms are beautiful. They came up and changed the two twin beds in the second bedroom into a queen for my girlfriend and I. They have been very respectful of my service dog and the location is great. The onsight restaurant is really expensive, but I heard it's good. Too expensive for us, but there are plenty of other local options.

Best place on the beach. Very friendly staff. Great location 2 mile beach walk to Pelicans or 1.5 to Coconuts on the Beach.

Perfect place to stay. No need to go to the beach for swimming. Pool is heated with live music. Rooms are very spacious with everything you need. Parking can be done under cover so you have a cool car in the morning with the Florida sun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for couples or family. Nice pool with waterfall. Courteous staff including security. Hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, and movie theater. Children's room with play area. Staff supervised activities for kids and adults.

We are owners of a week each year at the resort and have been coming since 2002. My husband, my daughters and I love the resort. It feels like our home away from home. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The units are continuously updated with the money owners pay for maintenance. We love having the oceanfront view and the beach is right out the back door! Many happy times!

Very close to the beach with showers right before you walk in so no extra sand! Fun game room and very good service! If you needed something, they brought it up within 10 minutes. The pool was fun, but it was quite a climb to the hot tub from the pool. The towel exchange was very convenient!

My husband and I just returned home from staying at the Resort on Cocoa Beach for a week, and we loved it. This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and we have enjoyed it both times. The beds sleep great, the kitchen is quite adequate, sitting on the balcony each morning was a real pleasure, there is a Publix very close by, and there are plenty of other stores and shops nearby. Their staff is extremely helpful — we had an in-room safe that needed repair, and they were in our room immediately upon us calling them for help. The rooms were very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated the mid-week tidy service (towel exchange, trash empty, etc. ). The facility offers the best outdoor heated pool around, a movie theatre, an in-room jacuzzi — we loved everything about this place. We intend on staying here again and again — definitely the best place on Cocoa Beach!

The rooms are nice; cute kitchen, good sized rooms and bathrooms, balcony. The pool is a good size but not very deep at any point. The hot tub is nice but kind of small. The pool and hot tub close kind of early for me (1130pm). There is plenty of parking space available and getting a parking pass is very easy. The tennis courts and basketball courts are large and well lit at night. Elevators were recently redone and look nice but the lighting is kind of dark. Right on the beach, only a couple minutes walk.

Fun place to stay. Good Mexican restaurant! Resort does a bunch of activities for kids and adults. Pool is fun with a full volleyball net inside it and large waterfall. 2 tennis courts and a basketball court.

I recommend this so much. Don't deny it. The price IS WORTH IT. I used to go here when I was a little kid. Being a little kid at this place was absolutely amazing and I would cry my eyes out when we had to leave. The awesome game room, movie theater, playroom, Awesome lobby with the tikis and stuff, the awesome rooms and bocunies.

I cannot find a reason to complain. Great room, great staff, on the beach I had a blast. Will definitely be back!

Second stay here and both times have been amazing. The rooms are updated and are great. The pool is awesome and just a short walk to the beach made our stay here awesome.

We stayed a few nights at the resort. Pool was fun and warm with some toys included. They also offer movies and entertainment almost every day. Beach is a short walk away. Be prepared to buy necessities like salt, pepper, paper towel, toilet paper, soap if staying a while (a small amount of these items is included which should get you through a few days). This is actually our second time here, will stay again in the future.

Awesome rooms and beautiful resort. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It needs some work!

Horrible, try to get a weekend room when your an owner, it's impossible unless you go during the winter. Do not get a timeshare here or anywhere else, they're a scam. I wish someone would've told me this before we signed up for this one 2 years ago. Timeshares maintenance fees go up every year, usually 10% and there's nothin you can do about it. You're stuck with the timeshare for forever unless you pay a 5k fee to get out of it and that process can take anywhere from 9-18 months. In the meantime, your score credit goes to crap because you have to stop paying on it. After your done paying for the timeshare, good luck selling it, no one wants to buy them! They're going for. 99€ on eBay. They say oh, you'll get to pick whatever day out of the year, so not true. You have a certain time whether you're group A or B and so on. Also, they lie so bad when you sign up, they tell you what your signing but leave out the part that at any time the interest can go up and so on. Why pay 1000 of dollars to have one week out of the year when you can save your money and go somewhere way nicer! There's no + to having a timeshare, as I was always fooled into thinking. You're put last and not treated nicely, go into debt, and forever have to pay on something that may stay nice or not, and when you die, your obligation goes to your next of kin who has to pay the maintenance & taxes. Not a smart investment!

A great resort with lots to do. The events are excellent.

Waaaaah… want to know why you had to wait 20 minutes for you room? These hotel rooms take over 2 and half hours to clean, and the housekeepers are held to unrealistic, borderline impossible expectations. Not to mention, they're paid UNDER MINIMUM WAGE. Be a human being and tip your dang housekeepers. No, your fancy timeshare stay does not make you entitled to not tip hard workers who hurt their body and bend over backwards to make your hotel room spotless when the guests beforehand absolutely TRASHED your room. So, unless you want your room littered with crumbs, dirty pots, dusty surfaces, kitchen, the list goes on and on… just be quiet and wait. Seriously. If you don't wait, all you're going to do is complain that the room isn't clean. There is no pleasing, is there? Also, no, everything at this hotel is not clean. The blankets in the beds are reused every single time and the top ("decorative") comforter top on the beds are NEVER replaced. I think they are replaced once in a rare blue moon… like more than a year's worth of people staying in that bed and making that super nasty. Sleep tight! The top floors are slightly cleaner than the bottom ones and recently had the carpet replaced, for some reason the bottom floors haven't had this done. Who knows why this place is called a 'resort', its just some kind of gimmick. What kind of resort has a parking lot pool?

We have been timeshare owners here for a dozen years. My kids have grown up at this resort. We love everything about it. It is well kept and well managed. This resort has not let us down over the years. I am very thankful we chose it for our family. I love the live music poolside, the entertainment, movie theatre, kids play area, elevated hot tub, and the ambiance. Whenever I walk through the lobby doors and smell the wonderful tropical coconut smell I know it is time to relax and unwind.

I've gone to this resort since I was born I go every year and know all the employees. This is a very kind resort and a great place to see rockets launch.

We have 3 weeks timeshare here. And obviously love it.

Families like try to get it every year.

The best compromise when choosing between beach, Orlando and relaxation.

Great location; friendly staff; very kid-friendly; clean; large warm pool.

The resort is geared more for teenager's as there where numerous familes with kids which was great since we had children and if you love love bar food plenty of that all around. Lots of great staff and very helpful Ate at the mexican restaurant on site and that was horrible but tennis courts, great pool and the basketball court gave kids a few more things to do Drinks pool side are convenient but you can bring a cooler. The ocean was pretty dirty but that had more to do with the water current and you can see numerous surfers almost daily. We had spent the last few years in West Palm, Delray and Boco and that spoiled us. Couldn't find but 1 decent restaurant in the entire town. Unless you like those fried buffets then this your type of place. Guess I'm a beach snob. The kids like to snorkel and see all the sea life close to shore but not possible on these breaches.
