We have stayed here twice and brought our kids the second time and we loved it both times. Love the private access to beach. Will be back Again.

It was private and quiet. Wonderful room and loved the beach it wasn’t crowded and was so nice and clean! The area was beautiful we will definitely be back!

We stayed a week with our 4 grandkids in the 2 bedroom penthouse. It provided us with plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. The grills and being able to cook in the kitchen was nice as well. Other family members were allowed to come out and visit for the day with us. We all enjoyed the beach and the pool together. We enjoyed our stay very much that we are thinking about making this a yearly trip with our vacation schedule unless I can find another place that allows pets. This was a last minute decision so I didn't have a chance to look into a place that allows pets. Another down side is lots of stairs. But it was a good work out for everyone! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We only had a problem with one lady at the front desk. She just acted so put out when we asked for an exchange of towels for our room. My granddaughter and I went in a couple hours later to ask for 2 pool towels. She was on the phone with what sounded like maybe a friend. Before we even got out the door she commented to the person on the phone this place is grand central station. Sorry we interrupted her phone conversation! Hopefully she will be having better days. Over all I do recommend this resort.

We absolutely love it here. So secluded & lovely. Not one bad thing about this place. Love the area. Secluded beach. We will definitely be back & will be bringing our children next time!

My family has stayed here many times over the years. The staff is wonderful and the property beautiful. Look forward to coming back.

I'm so happy with this condo. Being totally honest I thought that the price was too good to be true, but the room was so nice and clean. I haven't seen anything gross. It wasnt that crowded when we were here and I loved that! We could just relax and not have a lot of noise. I would definitely come back again!

Just walking my dog by the place! Must have picked up my mobile device! I just know of the place as I go by periodically. I know nothing about the place at all. I consider this solicitation an invasion of my privacy as I should be able to just pass by the place without having my devices hacked or without receiving unwanted solicitations. If I have encroached on your property I am sorry. I have heard however, it is very nice.

Actually its been a couple years but I did have an extended stay that was great. Very relaxing and accommodating with all the amenities you could want at a beachside stay. Evening happy times at Rec. Area by the pool. Wine, beer and snacks for guest. I hope they still do this it was very appealing and since I was there conducting space center business it was close to my daily business and gave me afternoons of total relaxation.

This was my second visit to Royal Mansions. I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect. Right on the beach yet far enough from the main tourist areas to afford you some decent space on the beach even on weekends. No two units are furnished the same and each come with different amenities. Can't wait for our next visit!

These units are rented from the on site management company or direct from the unit owner. Oceanfront complex in a quiet section of beach front Cape Canaveral. Many beach areas in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach are too crowded. Saw a bunny running through the dune in front of Royal Mansion. Spacious units with full kitchens. Pool, jacuzzi and outdoor grilling area. We love this place.

Very good place to stay at I enjoyed my stay while I was there with my husband on a mini vacation which was also our one year wedding anniversary.

Not bad. Could use some renovation. Location is great.

My travel agent messed up. But the manager Nancy was excellent. That was great. Place was gergous!

Nice condo — horrible front desk service; don't get locked out of your room when the office is closed — you can't get back in. Key card lock mechanism was jammed. After hours security office does not answer unless its at night. Poor set up for response to issues by the resort.

Front desk clerk was friendly and offered advice on local restaurants. Location was great, close to the beach and the port. BUT condo was very dated, beds were hard as a rock, neither hair dryer worked in the bathroom, no washer/dryer which was advertised, hot tub had green water, and condo smelled funny. I was disappointed especially considering the price we paid. We probably won’t ever stay here again.

I love this place only. Because I've been staying here since I was a child and it's home to me. Thank you Royal mansions for constantly be the way you are your Still amazing.

Excellent place! Our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was close by. We liked that patio room was next to the boardwalk and we were able to view our kids in the pool. We would definitely stay again. We forgot a cell phone in the room and they promptly called us and are going to ship it. Thanks again for your heart work and honesty.

This was our 7th year in a row staying at Royal Mansions. I cannot image staying any where else! Our unit was beautiful. Walking on the beach every morning is the perfect place to start your day — the close access makes it easy to be on the beach in seconds. And watching the cruise ships leave Port Canaveral is a favorite thing to do, right from our balcony! We love Gina at the front desk, she is so accommodating. What a gem! Thank you Royal Mansions for welcoming us back year after year! We LOVE our second home away from home! See you again in 2019!

Wouldn't take Fema TSA (guaranteed payment) claimed they were booked, but advertised available rooms online. Disappointed.

Great place! All we do is travel and I love my realtor. She always takes care of me when we work here, this place is classy and kept up very nicely, I love the privacy, private entrance to beach, picnic grill area, and everyone is super nice… great place to stay!

Royal Mansions is a tranquil little resort with real charm right on the beach. Unfortunately, some of the little things are going on because it all comes down to the years and no longer looks fresh. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended. Come here and enjoy the tranquility on the beach just behind the dunes.

Was a very nice place. Only 4 stars as I could see the resort could use some updating. Apartment where we stayed was clean where we lived but the walls and entranceway could have been cleaner, walls were very scuffed. I have to give them a bit of a break as we were there after a hurricane had fairly recently come through and the place had some damage. All in all it was a nice quiet place and will stay there again.

Nice unit, very well equipped. Beach access, clean pool. Quiet. Enjoyed with the kids a 3 day quick vacation. Went to eat at the waterway restaurants! Pier and area where fantastic. Unit was simply done, could use better blinds to keep sun out. Over all comfortable.

We stayed here the weekend prior to our cruise and the weekend after. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful at all. The first condo we stayed in was very dirty and extremely out dated. 2 of the 3 TVs didn’t work and none of the DVD Players worked. Once we returned we stayed in a separate condo which was much nicer and cleaner. The cleaning service they use still does not do a great job. The baseboards were all filthy and the blinds had dust caked on as well. Some people next door left their trash in the hall and I heard the cleaning ladies complaining about it, and they let the trash sit there for two days! Possibly longer. The beach was easily accessible and the pool and hot tub were fairly clean as well.

Very cool place to learn about the shrimpng industry on the east coast and the way of life for the lighthouse keepers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice peaceful walk in the woods and the grounds are beautiful.

Had high expectations and was not disappointed. Great rooms, well decorated and suprisingly well furnished. Would happily book here again.

The place is very clean. Nice pool. Easy access to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Great View of the ocean. I will definitely recommend it to friend!

Good Morning : I am very surprise you want a feedback, the unit was horrible. Everything was broke and useless. Broken glasses inside the cabinet, dirty, broken sheets, broken sofa bed, broken living room. We never use it because it was imposible to seat there. They dishwasher stinks. I stayed there so many times and never ever had a experience like that. I do understand that this is a private owner but I do managed 13 apartments in Orlando at Parc Corniche (check the website yourself, is like your place private owners but we check the places and ask for some standards to the owners) and I myself review the place and if is like that I will never offer that to nobody. It has fleas. You should never allow people to stay there if the owners don’t want to invest a couple dollars DON’T RENT IT OUT! And He will. I do have the pictures and I will post this comment and the pics in TripAdvisor, because nobody should stay there ever unless you change everything. You send me a armatures because the sofa bed was broke, another useless thing. I am very disappointed and scare to come back again, because like I said before YOU SHOULD CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE YOU RENT IT OUT. The staff very nice and friendly except the gentleman who works at night. Oh my how rude! The girls were amazing. You need to do something! I did paid Royal Mansion not the owner! B. R. Just checked in a few hours ago. If it weren't a block of rooms arranged through a third party, I would leave. The condo is sizable but was decorated in the 1960s, and the furniture is now dilapidated. And the smell! The room is musty and smells of mold. I have left the door open (despite the 90+ temperatures and extreme humidity) in hopes of airing out the condo! Chipped veneer on furniture, holes in sheets. Do not come here.

Wonderful 1br condo with enough amenities to make our week most pleasant.

I will preface that I am not an overly picky person and came to Royal Mansions hoping to have just a nice beach experience, nothing over the top. After reading the reviews, I was nervous, yet optimistic at what to expect when we arrived. We were welcomed with a strong smell of must and mold. The tiles were broken in the kitchen, dust and filth on the stove range, no washer but had a dryer, several dishes in cabinets had a sticky film and the furniture needed a deep clean. I spent my first hours of vacation having to wipe everything down. Our outside end table was also broken and when we called to let them know, we received no assurance that someone could fix it. Our bathroom fan was also broken. Just the acknowledgement that they could have it fixed during our 6 day stay would have been encouraging. Instead, we left with the fan still not being looked at. The décor was also very dated, but that would not have been an issue if the unit was clean. Being an asthmatic, I asked the front desk if there were any other rooms that did not have all the carpet or the musty smell. She was flippant in response with no regard of customer satisfaction and said this was my only option. When I told her I had to talk to my husband if we were going to stay there or go somewhere else, there was no questions asked on what they could do to make our room more pleasant. Our friends rented from a private owner and paid $350 less for the week. It was a beautiful unit with about 200+ additional sq.

Horrible place, do not stay here. I booked my room for me and my family for Jan. 3. When we showed up we checked in and started to unpack the car. When we got to the room the keys didn't work. I had just driven from PA and my 5 month old son needed to eat. Talked to the front desk and they "had to call maintenance" About 15 minutes later we get in the room and immediately rush around to feed the baby. The room was very dilapidated and dirty. My wife refused to even bath our son in the bath tub. I complained to front desk and the offered to switch the room. I checked out the next room and it looked better, so we moved all our stuff over and got showers. Opened a drawer to put away bathroom stuff and it is full of dead cock roaches! We checked out and moved to the Residence Inn and the manager is still refusing to refund me, charging me a full $160 dollars for one night plus $20 dollars tax. She would not ever answer the phone and finally answered one email saying she had to "clean" two full units that we were in? I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life and hope no one books this place.

Spectacular view, very private beach. Relaxing getaway. Excellent customer service. Melanie is awesome, immediate response and extremely helpful. The unit had everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Beach umbrella's, chairs, lots of clean towels for beach and bathroom, fully stocked kitchen.

This place is fantastic. Along the best beach in Florida, perfect views for rocket takeoffs and cruise ships in and out of port. The staff is very friendly and aims to help. I saw one angry critic who gigged the place because they wouldn't give same day room. Rooms in advance ensures time to get the condo's prepared. These are condo units and not one night hotel rooms. They are privately owned, so you have to remember that the family that owns it may have spent the week before there themselves. This place is popular and signed up well in advance. Her comment which she marked as a "1" as negative. Actually spoke to the integrity of not booking a same night overnight. I've seen most of the units and they are great. A few are dated but clean. However, some are privately rented out and a review from what someone rented directly might be for a unit that wasn't rented officially through the Royal Mansions management team. Again. You are renting a condo that is owned by a private individual. You will have the feeling of more peace and quiet because many of the people there either live there permanently or don't rent out their units at all and are only there half the year. Should someone need a thing all they need to do is ask the front desk. More and more snowbirds are contemplating living here permanently so I wanted to stay here as often as I can to see. And I'm very pleased. Perfect for families.

Stayed here recently with family and friends and we had a great time! The resort is very reasonably priced especially for being right on the beach. Small cozy resort, and our room was pretty big with all the amenities it listed.

The customer service is terrible here. I booked a reservation on Book it and Mick the front desk person told me that they donot accept same day reservations. I asked why and Mick stated "they did not have anyone to clean the condo. " I told him it would be no problem for me to clean it myself. When the Book it rep called to confirm the reservation Mick told them that they did not have availability. Mick also refused to allow me to speak to the Manager. Mick was not helpful! We stayed at the Plaza in Daytona and had a wonderful time.

Each condo is independently owned. So it is luck of the draw on getting an updated rental. The staff here do a good job working issues. Yes, being on the beach there is salt build up on the outside windows (duh). I stay here on business trips and really enjoy NOT staying at any hotels. All rentals have interior bedrooms that are quiet in the evenings even when the sea breeze kicks up. This section of the beach has zero hotels connected to it. It is very quiet.

Overall a very nice system, which is already some years old but very well maintained. The apartments are privately owned and therefore probably differently equipped ours was very spacious and well maintained.
