Not the most modern place but it's hands down the place to be when taking a quick getaway in the Naples area. The 2 pool areas are exquisitive and very tropical. For the money it's hands down the best choice when staying in Naples and it's extremely clean. And I didn't even talk about the huge complimentary breakfast spead and actual gourmet coffee which most higher end hotels no longer provide. This is the spot.

The most incredible staff ever! From the front desk, housekeeping, food prep, grounds keepers! Super friendly, very accommodating for my disability, very very clean, and attentive! The grounds were beautiful and kept clean as well as can be expected during rainy season… speaking off… if you want the closest thing to falling asleep in the rainforest, rent rooms between 101 and 112 this time of year! (we were in 103) turn off the AC, open the glass door and lock the screen! I did it twice lol! the down sides… the place really needs an update to the bathrooms, not very accommodating for my disability (problems with my back, hips, and legs) the sink in very very close to the toilet, but I dealt with it. And the mini golf could use some repairs. I would totally come back though, especially if the bathrooms are updated! hint hint wink wink lol.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Beautiful scenery. Comfy room. Super friendly, helpful staff. We want to go back just to lounge by the pool and walk the gardens. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect with tons of choices.

This is by far one of the nicest Best Westerns we’ve stayed at. It truly is like encountering a jungle paradise in the city, conveniently located near top restaurants and local attractions. The rooms all opened out to the pool area and the comfort was exceptional. A wonderful breakfast was served by the friendliest staff and any help required was happily given. I would recommend staying here anytime you are visiting Naples, you will not be disappointed!

If you’re staying at Naples and wants to relax and have fun so need to stay here, good breakfast every morning by the pool, good service, close to the Beach, Downtown, Tin City, rooms are great, this is great for any family and feels better than home.

This hotel is a favorite. We like the atmosphere of this hotel. We stay in the summer so the restaurant on property is closed but believe it is open in the winter months. Have spent past summer vacations in FL & have always spent some time here. Also this resort has apartments on property. Marie is very helpful in the office should you have questions. Hopefully we will continue to spend future years at this resort.

Very nice hotel. Lush tropical foliage surrounding koi ponds. Two large pools/hot tubs. All rooms facing the pool areas. We could walk out the sliding door of our first floor suite to a nice patio and right into the pool area. Excellent breakfast buffet served poolside. Close to all the local areas we wanted to visit — Naples Pier/Beach, Village Shops in Venetian Bay.

We continually visit this hotel due to the very friendly and professional service we receive on a consistent basis during our stays. However this review is not based on a visit, but is based on the customer service I received on a phone call. I needed to change / alter my reservations for next year at two different hotels. I first contacted our hotel in the Orlando area the call was not pleasant. They would not hold pricing and overall provided very poor customer service. They made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. I then called this Best Western Resort and talked to Yuri. Wow, what a difference. Yuri handled my issued and provided excellent customer support. He was glad that he could help me. This call reminded me as to why we are repeat customers at this facility. Yuri handled everything very quickly and informed me that he would be available if I ever needed anything else. It's what I've come to expect from this hotel, excellent customer service I highly recommend you try this facility I think if you do you will become a repeat customer as I am.

Pts Good hotel I liked recommended by friends. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the food was very good. The Grounds are all green good breakfast and 2 pools with Jacuzzi. And even there are 2 cars Ford-T and fire.

Our second Visit to Naples and also the second one here in this Best Western. Beautiful tropical Garden with good Breakfast. Room always take in the back Area to the Pool on the first Floor. Gives a nice Sunrise in the morning. The Reason for the second Visit was the Class Breakfast (is TOP by American Standards) and the moderate Room Rate of just under $100. We will also come back a third time when we are back in the Area.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk has movies to rent which was great for the kids! My only complaint would be that breakfast is set up right next to the pool. It was always packed with people, and you're always maneuvering to make sure you don't fall in the deep end. Seriously not thought out. Very dangerous for kids…!

Nice staff, pretty property, good value for the money. If you are staying in Naples there is not a better choice than Best Western Naples Inn and Suites. All staff members are friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast is great, the property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are always clean and offer outstanding amenities. The free shuttle to the beach which includes chairs and umbrella are the "icing on the cake". There is no better value and more attractive tropical property in the city of Naples. My wife and I will never go anywhere else. When you have found perfection there is no need to look further.

Great family hotel. Wonderful suite with lots of space and amenities. Pool was small but no problem as we were there off season, and the gardens are amazing! Breakfast was great and served outside. Loved it!

Hotel was great! Landscaping and pools were very well done. The staff, especially the ladies who made the breakfast every morning, were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were allowed a late checkout which we really appreciated.

This hotel has gone above and beyond to make your stay with them perfect. They have two pool and hot tub areas, a pool side cabana area with Koi pond, putt putt golf course, and I believe restaurant. The outside areas make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The rooms are immaculate. The suites have screened in balconies. They have a beach shuttle. Shopping and restaurants are very close. I swear the units are sound proof you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Have I mentioned the employees all Love there job? How do I know? They go out of their way to assist you and they are always smiling! I just can’t praise this hotel enough. The whole Naples area is very clean and modern. I have already recommended this hotel to my family and plan on staying here anytime I’m in this area.

Very good hotel in Naples. A few minutes drive or shuttle to reach the splendid beach or downtown Naples.
Very nice spacious and well appointed rooms, featuring complete equipment, 2 Queen size beds, a living room, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.
Breakfast at the edge of the first of the two pools, friendly but the tables are stormed and it is sometimes necessary to wait to be able to lay its plateau! It's a bit of a shame.
On the other hand, a wide choice is proposed and you should not hesitate to ask the staff: yoghurts, fruits are also available.
The reception at the counter was excellent, both at the check-in and for the information we requested… and that's the memory we'll keep from this hotel.

Excellent location! Good breakfast. Free transfers to the beach where you will also be given lounge chairs and parasols. Great Hotel!

Bad treatment of the Consergia and the hotel is old, of the ' 70.
The beach service they promote is not such unless you use your shuttle all Plastico breakfast is not recommended.

Needs a major renovation. There were fixtures through the room that were rusty. This could be a wonderful place if they would stick some money in it. I will say the breakfast was great. My kids loved eating out by the pool.

Great Staff, 2 pools and 2 Spa's. Hot breakfast every morning starting at 7AM running through 9AM. Very comfortable rooms. My only complaint was the bathroom are small, the Vanity was literally right against my leg when using the the toilet.

Wonderful property! The grounds are so tropical, we kept, nice pools and loved all the animal statues throughout the property. Rooms are quite large & roomy & very clean. Breakfast that is included is wonderful & the entire staff is friendly & helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice property gardens are well kept water falls fish ponds. Pools 2 very nice. Best part staying at this property is beach is 5 minute drive around the corner take a right 5 minutes to tin city and main strip. Hang left great places to eat 10 minutes down the road. That said. It makes up for the old bathroom. Please update.

Outside Super! Room good! Breakfast also OK!

We arrived in Naples after having a great day on the road across the state and seeing amazing wildlife at Big Cypress National Monument. The staff were helpful and professional as they assisted us with a room. I had tried to book it through the website but had difficulty. Staff were able to honor the price and we were more than happy. The room clean and exceedingly comfortable. We missed the breakfast we slept so soundly. Checkout was also superb. Again, staff made every effort to add to our enjoyment of the area. We are planning our next trip and plan to stay at this property as a jumping off point for the region.

Great hotel and very well placed to enjoy the pretty city of Naples breakfast by the pool, quiet room. We enjoyed our stay for 2 days. We recommend the place.

Great hotel with large spacious room with double King size bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Swimming pool and jacuzzi to perfect the décor. Pitiful reception on the day of our arrival by a tired employee of her day. Fortunately, the next day, another employee gave a better reception and service. The breakfast was very good.

Great place. Convenient to stores and restaurants for healthy food. Quiet, nice grounds, helpful, caring staff. Will be back. Especially like that the air co and heat is central so that was terrific.

Best Hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Front desk people are AMAZING! EVERYTIME I bothered them for something they helped me in every way possible… Rooms were great & VERY clean. Free Breakfast daily was done professionally & very tasty Free DVDs to watch on DVD players on beautiful flat screen T. V. S. Why pay more somewhere else? This place even has full size apartments with a dishwasher, full size fridge & cupboards filled with dishes! I will definately be staying here AGAIN when I return to beautiful Naples.

Pretty nice for a few days. The apartment was clean. Breakfast was very American so not healthy at all. A tremendous amount of waste is produced during breakfast as only single use dishes are used. I do not like this fact. Please take some more care of Mother Earth. But the rooms are spacey and the pools are cool.

This is the Best Motel in Naples & this is the 3rd. Time we have stayed there. Everyone is so pleasant & helpful. We love this Motel because it has such a nice Floridian feel to it with all the Palm Trees & Thatched Huts. We will be staying there again.

Beautiful hotel situated near the beach with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs/jacuzzi. Free breakfast from 7 — 10 am in the pool area. Free shuttle to beach including beach chairs and umbrella. Great caring staff. Reasonable prize for a great hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Rented the 2 bedroom Apartments, great place. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, great pool, nice breakfast, very cozy and zen. Love this place, this is my third time and will keep going.

Hotel conveniently located in Naples. Very friendly and professional welcome. Spacious rooms and a large collection of DVDs is available: a Treat for children! Delicious and varied breakfast where you make your own waffles caught by the pool (there are two! ) surrounded by palm trees: You think you are in an oasis! I would highly recommend and without any hesitation.

Beautiful place! Two pools and hot tubs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. There's miniature golf for free and breakfast. The food is good but nothing special.

Great place. The one bed room apartments are comfortable, well equipped. The pool and the sorrounding area are nice. Complementary daily breakfast by pool is nice touch. Beach is close by, publix is across the street, short drive to tin city and downtown Naples.
Worth the stay.

This is a really great place to stay. Don't be put off by the gloomy decor, the rooms are large and the staff friendly. Breakfast is included and served by the pool. Strangely, there is no bar or restaurant for dinner. The groundsman told us of Harry's bar a block North which is a great place and we had a blast. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

Best Best Western I have stayed at. Rooms close to 41 have super quiet AC… both inside and out. Nice to be outdoors and not hear 100 AC units humming away. Super clean. Top notch. I will stay here when in Naples. West pool is salt water… Love it. Randy the maintenance man showed us how to unlock the sliding glass door to porch… very tricky. Randy does an excellent job of maintaining the property. I would highly recommend staying here. Staff is very friendly. Made Memorial day memorable.

Love staying here! We loved it the first time we came and have returned several times since! The room has always been the cleanest of any motel we have ever stayed in! We enjoy playing the mini golf and watching the beautiful fish and taking pictures of the beautiful scenery! We have always been treated very kindly by the staff! This is our favorite mini vacation get away place to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Dec. This year was our 67th! Thanks to all who make all this possible!

This place it's just awesome! Everything is in really good maintenance conditions. The staff is one of the most friendly that you can find anywhere! We stand there for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was really pleasant. The rooms were cleans and confortables, even if you choose and small one room, you'll be find. This is not just a beautiful place to enjoy with your family, for me, it is the best. I really recommend it!

Very nice gardens and metal sculptures. I liked the Koi fish pond, breakfast is good but can get crowded. Very good service.

My experience was amazing the staff is very humble very polite and very attentive the facility is beautiful everything is clean the breakfast is awesome. N the rooms are very clean when you're in the hotel you feel like you're at home very relaxed everything was amazing I cannot say not one negative thing about my experience at this hotel next time I come to Naples I am not looking for any where else I am going directly to this hotel again I recommend this hotel to everybody very pleasant experience.

Way better than expected. The hotel was relatively inexpensive, considering the area, yet very nice. My wife especially enjoyed the tropical fish pond and the surrounding garden sculptures. The breakfast was good, and fitting for the hotel. The room was comfortable. And it was worth it to be almost near the beach.

Good location, a very nice room, a great breakfast, and 4 pools, it was a wonderful place to stay and just relax. Very nice staff which will help you with whatever you need, they have a huge amout of films if you want to see it on a TV and don't travel with a Google Chromecast. Single or in a group, this place is great to visit!

It was THE BEST TIME! … from start to finish. The staff was always attentive and totally knowledgeable about everything that was going on, right down to the last detail. The rooms are upgraded to a luxury level, the property is absolutely clean and free of any debris, and the pool / Jacuzzi was glass clean and clear. I was thrilled to meet the maintenance manager Randy, as he told me of all the best places to have a great meal, with an ocean view. Gorden Ramsey would have been pleased. The staff has been there for over 20 years. Tells you a little something about this Best Western. The housekeeping staff, is second to none. The quality of service is Extraordinaire. Service you would receive at a 5 star Hotel. Management and owner has taken this very seriously. We enjoyed the putting green, the Koi fish ponds, the Beautiful Landscaping, complete with Elephants, and other creature statues, as well as the fire truck, Airplane and vintage car. Just too much to list. The Continental Breakfast is to die for. Smiling faces everywhere. Always ready to please. And it really shows. All in all, a very great vacation, thank you all so very much, we will advise our friends and family while in Naples, to stay at this Best Western Inn and suites. Stress Free Location! Suite with 2 rooms very spacious, very well equipped upgraded kitchen and HD TV, with quiet air conditioning. Close to amenities and very quiet. Breakfast by the pool very full. 2 pools in a pleasant setting.

Nothing but awesome, clean, and comfy. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely stunning with outdoor ponds and pool (and hot tub) ask for ground floor room if you can! Breakfast is served out of a cute little hut by the pool, just great, we almost stayed another day just to hang out that's how much we liked it. Also Elaine on the front desk. You are amazing, more people like you in this industry would be nice!

Great Hotel, spacious room. Everything is clean and neat, both the plant, as well as the whole room. Staff very friendly. Safe and free W-LAN available. Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast only American, but a surprisingly large selection, in contrast to other Hotels. Big plus: the insanely great big garden. Pure relaxation!

Frankly very well. The fun begins at the home where one of the people getting married (if I remember correctly) is French (Breton! ). Everyone is so sweet and trying to satisfy the desires of the customer.
For example, Mary found me a table for new year's Eve December 31, the day at 15:00.
The rooms are very good: large, clean, impeccably done housework every day. We had a small kitchen that was practical when we got tired of restaurants.
The environment is calm (do not be afraid of the US 41 what does not) and practical (a Publix supermarket is 100 m).
For the brave, go to the beach on foot is nothing impossible.
I will come back without a problem.

I stayed here for three nights and although there were some very good things about this place, there were also some not so good ones. It does seem to try hard, and for most people it is probably a great place to stay. I have a lot of health problems, and for me it was rather noisy, and the fact that there were no carts or elevators made it a bit hard to bring my luggage up to my room and back. It does have two pools and hot tubs, and nice landscaping. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom were rather small, and the first night I was there the internet broke down for a few hours. The next day there was a loud truck park outside my room working on the sewer or plumbing for hours, and it did spill water on my bathroom floor from whatever it was doing. It is a great location, and although hard to get in and out of on Tamiami Trail, there is a back entrance on a smaller side road that makes it easier.

Love the atmosphere. The pool area the koi fish pond and all the artistic statues were outstanding. Cutest hotel by far! Rooms were nice too. Breakfast was ok. No cold cuts or cheese, just the typical cereal, toast bread, scrambled eggs and sausage combo but at least they had breakfast. Only problem was that they had no bar so I couldn't enjoy a cold cocktail by the pool. Cant wait to come back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! My husband and I felt right at home, the staff was lovely, the rooms were amazing and everything was perfect. There are so many great shops and popular restaurants near by and we had our own personal parking spots under our room. The staff serves breakfast by the one of the pools, is surrounded by palm trees, koi ponds and music playing it's by far the most relaxing feeling ever, one of the best vacation spots we have stayed at and will defiantly be returning soon.

We stayed in Naples for a weekend What a great spot this was. Not only was this hotel a great price, but it is clean, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They have a nice thing going on. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, all built into pretty gardens. Get a room with a balcony or patio very awesome! They're continental breakfast is more than a bowl of cereal and a doughnut! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is my official favorite. Not that I had one before. We will stay here again. We loved it. It is a smallish hotel, which means easy access to everything. We stayed in the back building. There are two building both with pools and a hot-tub. Both buildings are surrounded by lush landscape and ponds of Koi fish. There are also running waterfalls that sound lovely. The front building houses the putt-putt and the breakfast amenities. The hot-tub is also a bit smaller at the front building. We stayed in a suite in the back building, which is a little quieter. The front building has nicer grounds but is busier. The suites are a good size with a table/office to work at and a couch/pull-down. There are two TVs that you can watch simultaneously with relative ease. If you love Publix, the largest one in the world is right next door. They have a great hot food section. There is also a Marshalls next door. At the hotel, they have nice tables right outside your door that we used to eat on. The pools are not square (I like that) and they are not fenced (I like that too). If you are on the bottom floor, the hotel is small enough that you can walk right out into the pool. This was great for our kids as it gave them a sense of freedom and us too. I think most of the rooms (if not all of them) have private back doors and front doors. You park at the back door and the front sliding door goes out to the pool/patio.

Rooms always in top condition no little animales in. If we came back its our 1st point to stay.

Super Hotel, we were on a Roadtrip through Florida in February 2011. Everything top, one can only further recommend.
