We love this one and the one in Naples. Ultra clean and spacious. Friendly staff and great service. Amazing boutique hotel.

Love this beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds, wonderful employees. Relaxing. Many of the other guests that we met come twice a years, for weeks at a time. Will definitely return.

Great room great staff everything about this hotel was awesome breakfast no existent but well worth it hotel and room were great staff was nice room clean the only thing the bed was off very strange felt like we were sleeping on a slope other then that amazing we had a balcony with a lake doesn't get any better! we will be back great job to whomever runs the hotel just fix breakfast!

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here a weekend for my birthday. The promenade across the parking lot has great shopping and dining. Bar and pool area are also nice.

Great staff and location, beaches a short drive. Clean well maintained property. Budget friendly pricing, lake house pub and grill great food and staff.

For the price was very good for the value of the hotel. Highly recommend. The bed and bathroom were very nice. We had a very good view of the lake. The staff were very good. Better than typical reception staff. I also liked the vegetation around the hotel. It was very natural.

Had a wonderful stay here for a few days. The prices were affordable and the location was perfect. It’s about 10 minutes or less from the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything at the hotel was exceptional. The only complaint I have is that the beds were too firm but other than that their staff was great.

I got the room for cheap searching around online. And for a sub $70 room this was a dream. Nice view, nice area, the room is fully equipped. However, it's close to a shopping mall so kinda hard to find.

Very quiet hotel super good Mattress WI-FI somewhat slow décor rather classic very large Room Bathroom with Tub and Shower also very large no Breakfast while I book it again and again.

If I can give 1/2 star I would. Very disappointed with the hotel. When I entered the room it looked old and dull. The bathroom has this attached seat to the wall with a very old white curtain and the shower head looked even worse. I was told by the front desk that it is a handicap shower and they gave it to me because everything else is booked. Never heard that before. I booked this hotel for an experience. A customer should be given a preference wether they would want to check in a room with a handicap Bathroom. This hotel boasts a lot about how people come to this hotel for an experience and can’t back up for what they say. They don’t have any vending machines with snacks or drinks. Many places much cheaper than this serve breakfast but not this place. Wi-Fi doesn’t work right. Pool closes early. Not for younger crowd/ families. Everything looks old. This hotel is high priced for no reason. And the front desk was not courteous, he was rather defensive and said this is how we Have been for 20 years. Will not come back to this place again nor will Recomend to friends or family.

I was impressed by the French Spanish feeling as Trianon in France the resort small scale of that right in Bonita springs the bar was outside on the lake great pool front desk needs improvement but other than that it's.

Nice hotel. Website photos of exterior make it appear more luxurious than it is. But it's a good basic hotel. The staff were nice. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and the staff charming especially the bartender.
On the other hand avoid at all costs the Bar & Grill is excessively expensive for a pitiful quality.

I've lived in this area for 9 years and passed by this hotel so many times and didn't even realize it was there. What a shame. It's a beautiful hotel and it has a lot of great amenities. I really enjoyed my night there.

We arrived around 7pm at Trianon Bonita Bay. It was warmly lit and very beautiful. It is located in a higher end little promenade. There are several nice places to eat and a coffee/bakery within walking distance. The hotel has one entry and you have to pass the front desk which provides a better sense of security. There is a small eatery that isn't too pricey and a pool. We looked but didn't use either. The hotel is very beautiful. The elevators are done in a beautiful oak. The room is very, well, roomy. The bathroom is large, as is the shower. The hotel provides very nice soaps and lotion. The room had a beautiful armoire with a nice size TV with many channels. The tiny little balcony could actually be opened. I loved that. Finally, the bed is very comfy with a tempurpedic feel mattress topper and heavenly soft, large pillows. The bedding was very nice quality and felt wonderful. The room also had a free safe and mini fridge. The only thing that could be approved on, was that it needs more accessible plug ins near the beef for all the electronics we all tote along. The room was also very clean. We will return.

This hotel has a great atmosphere and pay attention to detail. Near state parks/beaches and upscale shops.

Large 4-star room with minimal 3 star Furnishing. Bed was very hard. Apparently they've never heard of pillowtop. Very clean though. 3 * pricing and friendly front desk staff.

Terrible customer service. A/C and TV were not working when we got to our room about 9 pm. Called front desk and got hung up on and then every other time it went to voicemail. Walked down to front desk where the only employee was busy flirting with another customer. Said he'd think about stopping up to check on things but never did. I've stayed here several times but never again. Avoid this place.

The beds are very comfortable. Nice room with a refrigerator, and office table to do some work. Good size bathroom with a tub and bug walk in shower. Has a nice little pool on property and place to eat which is nice. Only issue I had was the Wi-Fi is horrible. Constantly in and out and dropping. Other than that perfect.

It was very nice, great value, we had to leave early due to Irma heading toward us, no problem they just charged me the time I was there and did say a word about refunding the other days I had reserved, I will return to this hotel.

This is a gem! Great value. We came for a last minute trip to vanderbuilt beach and decided to stay the night and really wanted a hotel with a kitchen bug Trianon was a fanatic choice. We loved the cleaniliness and comfort plus great price. The food at their restaurant was surprisingly good and they have happy hour specials. Pool was super warm but my kids did not mind. Like the games in patio area. I would definitely stay again.

Huge rooms, everything pretty clean. Staff could be a bit more friendly but is still ok. Small but nice pool with hot tub. The bathroom has shower and bathtub. Free parking is available.

Overall our experience was great. The room itself was pretty big, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is huge which was a welcome surprise. It's located close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping areas and it's a quick drive to the beach. The attached restaurant and bar was also great with a nice view of the lake.

Always like to stay at this hotel it's excellent! The staff is so nice & I would recommend it to anyone in the area!

Great place to stay! Although my girlfriend and I only stayed one night, the hotel was a great choice for us. Our room was clean, the rooms were spacious, the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms were really nice. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends to stay here.

Great location only 4 miles from Barefoot Beach best beach Room spacious highly suggest to pay the $20.00 for the upgrade and stay on first floor facing the pool. Vintage look very well kept, clean and good service defenitely will come back next year 2016.

We (couple late 40s) came to this hotel through Priceline and it is a really small, but beautiful house — for American relations —. As already so much praised, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room (203) was clean and the beds had a Tempur mattress, what helped to a pleasant sleep. The continental breakfast (included in the price) (it is and remains a continental breakfast, but still boiled eggs, oatmeal and pancake maker in the offer) had a good selection and the coffee had "Character", a thin broth. When weather is nice, guests can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and in the garden. The swimming pool was sufficient concern (to cool) okay, and Beachtowels (to the beach) are available. The beach is maximum 5 minutes drive (Hickory Boulevard) and for vehicles ample free car parking available at the hotel. Really only Downer: the background noise. 1. Air conditioning (interior wall unit), 2. The free-standing refrigerator and 3. The elevator (room was directly ggü. Elevator door). In sum it growled but slightly disturbing (especially because not all growled at the same time ;-) ). We probably felt all in all the 7 days but and it gets a recommendation from us.

We were very pleased with the accommodations — spacious room, comfortable beds and furniture along with very good breakfast in a nice setting. Breakfast included hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal with china cups and saucers for coffee. Staff members were attentive and helpful. Public areas are well-appointed. Although the bathroom sink needed repair, it was taken care of that morning and — when we returned during the day — the desk attendant informed me that it had been fixed. We enjoyed an exceptionally pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved this place! From the moment I walked into the beautiful lobby, to the spacious room and awesome bathroom. The location was great and the restaurant on the waterfront adjacent to the hotel had great food! The staff was friendly and helpful also. I will definetly be back and recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, service was courteous. One thing I'd recommend that we didn't think of — if you go out of your way to get the upgrade for a lake view, ask for a room that isn't on the ground floor. It wasn't bad, but it's just not quite the same.

Room was very nice and enjoyed the outside bar. Only issue was that a number of items turned up missing which I didn't notice until weeks after the trip. Nothing too expensive, a $50 e-reader, a couple chargers and misc cheap gadgets. Not worth the gas/time to drive there and back. It's possible they were left behind by accident or misplaced since. But my wife did discover someone in the room at one point during our stay despite the "do not disturb" sign. I didn't put 2+2 together until I noticed the missing items. If you go, be sure to take inventory before you leave.

Best birthday week spent! This area is gorgeous! From beaches to shops and high end restaurants. If you're broke, don't bother. Better yet, don't come near! :D (definitely the kind of place you want to go to for a week to unwind).

Large rooms, Double Twin with 4 people no Problem. Conveniently located to the beach (15 Minutes by car), to a variety of Outlets and Malls. Restaurants also nearby. Small but lovely Pool with Bar/Restaurant. Even a hot tub (warmer than the Pool! ) is there. Friendly staff, Breakfast incl. However, typical selection of dishes.
