Ok hotel. We had a nice stay. Staff is nice enough. Beds were comfortable. Pillows sucked. Thank goodness I brought my own. Hotel is a little worn. Guests have been rough on rooms, furniture and especially carpet. The food sucks but is served. Pool was dirty so we didn't swim. Located near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

This was a very nice hotel. It is pretty much central to everything Bonita Springs with restaurants, shopping, beaches and limited entertainment in every direction and very close. The rooms were cozy, the staff was very friendly, and even the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour were better than most! I'll certainly be back.

This place is not too bad. My sisters and I brought my mom here for mothers day weekend. This is the outside seating area by the pool. Very quiet and relaxing… the pool dont look to hot.

We were with four kids. Very nice two bedroom suite with beautiful decor and furniture. Very clean and very good service.
Very good breakfast. Nice pool.
They lend you lounge chairs and parasols that come in very well!
15 minutes from the beautiful beach and 25 from Naples.
It takes a car. Supermarket less than 100 mtrs. Nice area!
Only criticism: Impossible to sleep on the sofa bed. Super finite mattress. The springs are noticeable. Habit. 3rd Floor.

Very well kept rooms. Nice snacks and drinks during weekday happy hour. Unfortunately someone in room service stole one of my girlfriends donuts!

Had reserved a handicapped accessible room a month in advance, but did not recieve one when we checked in. Amenities were nice. Breakfast was very good. Clean facilities.

I travel for business so I pretty much live in hotels. With that being said, I’ve seen the best and the worst that the hotel industry has to offer, and this Hilton is one of the best. I was on vacation with my fiancé, her sister and our son. The price was high as it was peak travel time and spring break, but it was worth every penny. Very clean rooms and attention to detail was on point. The staff was EXTREMELY personable and very very helpful with any and all needs of the guest. And even though the price was a little high at the time, it was worth every penny because they had a nice selection of different food every night, along with free wine and beer. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. There isn’t a single negative thing I can think of. Great job Hilton!

We had such a fun time at this hotel. The pool and patio area was beautiful and fun. The taco night reception was very nice and brought the guests together. We will be back for sure.

Good place for the family, enjoyed the separate bedrooms. Pool was small, but warm. Exercise room needed more airflow.

Polite staff laundry facilities a plus simple and feels like home.

Hotel is very dirty. Common area carprtsxare filthy. Loads of hair in bathroom and in corners. Silverware touted as clean but sticky. Room small compared to Residence Inn.

Unfortunately one of the less good Homewood Suites. Old and long not renovated.

Nice location. Rooms were clean and cozy. Hallways a bit worn, but not a concern. Love the breakfast and Monday through Thursday 5 to 7 social. A great chance to connect with others attending same business event.

Good try but… bed bugs! I don't have any complaints about the hotel as a whole, but if you go to room 437 do *not* use the pull-out sofa and the associated spare pillows as you will come home with bites all over you. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon, but I came home from 3 nights here (November 9-12, 2017) with over 50 bites on my head, neck and hands. Yuck!

Another outstanding experience. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. Staff extremely friendly. They were cleaning up from the hurricane but they minimized the impact to guests. Nice pool. Great free breakfast. Free paper and coffee. Would recommend to others.

Wonderfully homely! This place is great for all seasons. Whether you are here on vacation and like to have the comforts of home, or you are here on buisness and want a break from the restaurants in the evening… this is a wonderful place to stay. Rest assure cleanliness is always guaranteed. No need to stress about having delicious leftovers from your new favorite restaurant spoil, because the rooms have a full kitchen with fridge and microwave. The pool courtyard looks like a scene from Bedtime stories.

Love the full fridge, it keeps ice cream cold. Microwave, stove, and dishwasher available to make it feel like home, or those late night drinks/snacks. The room is comfortable for 2, great for week long stays. Wi-Fi could be faster. Breakfast and dinners /social evens are awesome.

We got a suite with a kitchen at an unbelievable price. Breakfast was great and so was the room we stayed in.

Modern, clean, comfortable. I didn't stay the night but I saw a room and absolutely loved it. I'll be booking with homewood suites in the future.

Favorite place to stay in Bonita Springs/Naples. Rooms are clean, we'll decorated, microwave, dishwasher, stove, frig are great added features. Nice staff. Pool is nice and free breakfast is always a plus!

Dirty, smelly — workout area smells like a litter box. Hilton should remove their signage. They make these things called vacuum cleaners… you push them on carpet…

Came from New Jersey to visit family in August, I was with my wife and 5 kids… Our first vacation as a family and it was perfect. Natalie and the whole staff went out of there way the entire time we where there. I would recommend this hotel to everyone… We will be coming back next year.

I have been there two times the first time was Amazing the second not so much I left my flat iron and the hotel did not help at all to get it back to me and even though I was a 100 precent sure I left it, they all cover their back to tell the truth that they stole it very sad because of this reason I will never trust this brand or this hotel.

I have stayed at this place quite a few times prior to the new management takeover and I have to say that I am very dissappointed in the level of service the new management provides. My last stay my room was not fully cleaned. Shower had hair in the tub. Shower head was stained. The shower curtains were dirty at the bottom due to the curtain being too long and draped inside the tub area. They do serve breakfast until 930 during the week, 10 on the weekend but they stop replenishing 30 minutes prior. Multiple times I came down to get coffee and there was none available. The television in the common area only played one channel and the remote was broke. I asked the housekeeping attendant for a plastic laundry bag and she totally ignored me. The maintenance tech escorted me downstairs and got me one out of the office. Just an overall unpleasant experience with new management.

The management and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful I appreciate how clean and inviting the property is. I would definitely recommend the Homewood Suites Bonita Springs to anyone who is visiting the region.

This hotel met all my needs for a work stay that I turned into a mini-family vacation. They have a dinner bar Mon-Fri and a breakfast bar on the weekends. The food was always very fresh and varying each day. The suites had more than ample space. The full sized kitchen was perfect for a 3 day stay and the maid service was thorough. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. We also used the pull out bed in the couch. It wasn't as comfortable as the bed, but wasn't too bad. I have had worse in other motels. They also provided Direct TV which had plenty of channels to select from. That was nice when traveling with children. When it came time to wind down at night, we weren't stuck with only a handful of cable channels to choose from. The carpet in the hallway was a little worn and the stairs had a cat smell, but that was only thing that I saw they could have improved. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay there again if I was in the area. Robin H.

Absolute GARBAGE, no room service for 3 days. Had to change the sheets myself. Then the pool has so much chlorine in it, the kids couldn't swim. The manager Lee, tells you hes going to fix it, and then does nothing. Other kids were complaining that their eyes were burning really badly. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! The savings of a few bucks, isn't worth it. The hotel smells like mildew as well.

Overall a decent hotel. It's a little dated, but it's still good. Rooms are comfortable and the king suite is fairly large, which was a nice surprise. They keep the rooms very clean, but the hallways could use some work. Peaceful since it's slightly off the highway.

We had 2 bedroom and 2 bath, worked fine for our family. Service was great at the front desk, Sero (spelling. ) was exceptionally helpful. Cleaning crew, some did better job than others. Breakfast was better during the weekend, lot more variety. The lady that worked the breakfast room, did a fabulous job, I think she was working by herself, thanks to her we always had nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

In general this very well. Near the beaches of Bonita Springs (10 minutes drive) are rooms apartments with equipped kitchen. Breakfast is a little chaotic in high season given the limited space for a crowded hotel. Also recommended.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time and got a bad room. No one thing was super horrible, but lots of little things weren't up to what I expect from a Hilton property. From the staff, to the room and even the food — just not what I've grown accustomed to at Hiltons. And I usually stay at the Hampton. This should have been a cut above and it was not. But it was reasonably priced.

I highly recommend! From the moment we checked in the service was first rate! When my crew and I arrived to find out a pre arranged room with a sales person was that was no longer there was not available we found out how special the staff there was. Tina not only listened to our requirements for our room as we would be moving equipment in and out everyday she stored our luggage and made us comfortable while we waited. What seemed was going to be an eventful check in went smooth because of Tina's expertise! We were not only impressed with this but also her daily follow up to make sure the rest of our stay was perfect. She even booked our golf for us. What can I say Tina and Staff we truly felt at home.

Nice hotel to stay. We love it. We stay for the whole weekend and we want to stay for longer. The service it's great. Breakfast its good. Room are very clean and cozy. Beaches are close. If you want to stay in a nice and familiar place close to the beach and shopping don't hesitate to think about Homewood Suites at Bonita Springs.

This is a fantastic hotel with huge, clean rooms and great staff members. I won a 2 night stay here and was treated like a paying customer. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great. Nothing negative to say, I highly recommend this hotel.
