Beautifully kept hotel. Rooms were clean. Saff was super friendly. Definitely would stay again.

They let me checkin at Noon instead of 3pm so that was Great and Room Service Ladiea are Usually Very Helpful or Accomading… I Drink Alot Of Coffee So They Had No Problem Throwing Me Extra Packs of Coffee which is Nice… And Now Im Getting Ready To Go Downstairs and Have A Compimentary Breakfast… I Rate Them 4Stars$$$

Although room was small, it was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast that's offered could be better. But overall, I'd definitely stay there again. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

My stay was very nice they were booked solid so I had to find another hotel but had a good time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.

Workmanship of tiling in bath, chair very shaky, no place for 2 people to sit and eat very small tv, ancient microwave, 3 small towels.

Nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds. Rooms are well maintained. Staff at front desk are very nice. Only thing I can negative is the refrigerator in my room didn’t have a freezer section (I travel for work and use the freezer for grocery itemS)

I'm not sure why they are receiving 2stars. Yes they are small, but CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. Super helpful staff, and a Pancake, Bagel, Fruit,, and Muffin breakfast. I was very pleased. Thank You Microtel Inn!

The only thing I will say negative is there was a long hair on the pillow and a bug flying around when I entered the room. Other than that… perfect price for the quality of the hotel. Nice beds and nice lotions! Keep up the good work! Good breakfast.

Rooms are smaller and the breakfast isn't as elaborate as in some hotels but the price is right and it was clean and the staff was great.

Our basketball team stayed here in a block of rooms. The communication between the manager and our team was wonderful! Even with the chaos of dates changing, she did everything in her power to accommodate our team. When we needed more rooms, she kept an eye our for cancelations. We have stayed next door at the Hampton and feel this this hotel is better, especially for the price. The AC units are quieter, staff friendlier, there are more washer and dryers and the beds are more comfortable. This will be our go to for basketball tournaments.

This was the second time we stayed here. I was happy until I got home and had two charges from this hotel. I contacted them and they said they did not authorize the charge but the amount clearly came from MICROTEL, and was shown in my bank account. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Very disappointed in how they handle their money.

I recently stayed with friends during bike week and we were made comfortable and treated like family. The rooms were impeccable and Brad went above and aboard to make our stay pleasant and made sure we had all we needed. Will stay there again.

Overall it was okay. The continental breakfast was standard for most hotels. The lobby area was clean and organized. The shower in our room wasn't clean when we arrived and the room was really muggy. We opened a window and the window was not properly affixed, making it hard to slide open. The front desk employees were polite.

It is important to let you know that you can NOT depend on Microtel in Leesburg during a disaster.
Last week, when it wasdetermined that hurricane Irma was expected in our area, I decided we would vacate our manufactured home do to safety concerns. I have an Expedia account, so I searched for motels in my area. For the seach criteria I specified I wanted a pet friendly Motel as I have 2 small dogs. The first mogtel that came up was Microtel re in Leesburg. It was noted they had only 1 room left and several people were looking for a room, so I reserved the room using my Discover Card. I received my confirmation, so everything was set for me my family and friends.
Saturday afternoon, September 9th, we arrived at the motel at about 4pm to check in. I infomed the desk clerk that I noticed on Microtel website, that there was an extra cost for pets and wanted to know how much. I was informed by him that do not take pets. I explained the story, above, and also mentioned that the Govenor had asked motels to wave their no pet policy if they had one. He then called the Manager, Alona Brice, and told her I wanted to see her. She asked why and he explained it all to her. He informed me she said she was busy and "SHE WAS NOT GOING TO CHANGE THE POLICY FOR ANYBODY" he then informed me he was cancelling my reservation.

I was 1 of many that attended a Nazarene Convention in the area. We had a lot of activities, meetings and worship that made our evening arrival at the Inn rather late. We had checked in during a break in the convention, which was a breeze. The front desk people were professional and still were free to laugh with us. We were greeted when we returned for the night, the room was exceptional. Very clean, well furnished and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of places to sit. VERY nice night's stay!

I expected the place, that was branded with the name Wyndham, to be a little bit better. It was somewhat underwhelming. I pulled back my sheets to find a spider crawling through my bed. I went down to tell them where they said they needed to see the spider. Really? They offered to give me a discount on my price, but no offer to upgrade my room or move me. The continental breakfast is underwhelming. It was only for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer than that! The bathroom was clean & the room was overall clean as well. I wouldn't ever pay more than $90/night to stay here.

The hotel was clean (except for the roach that appeared in our tub… but it's Florida! ), the housekeepers were respectful and did a good job, the front desk staff was mostly helpful, our rate was reasonable. One review commented on the lack of cleanliness of the pool. I noticed when looking at the pool that there were a lot of leaves in it. The breakfast could use some protein (boiled eggs or something) because it's pretty lacking. Otherwise this hotel has been fine.

They of course overbooked the rooms and when I got here the guy at the front desk informed me of so. Luckily they had a suite room for 105 and the regular was 99. He was so nice and helped me park my boat and truck. He even moved my room to a different suite so I could see my boat from the window. Room was really clean especially for a Microtel. I am really impressed with how it all turned out and how helpful he was. I'll write a new review in the morning if I wake up and my boat is gone …

For a very quick stay or even for a few days this Microtel is highly recommended. The room was beautifully presented, extra towels were already in the room, and the hallway was quite tranquil. Great rate and great quality. At first glance, when looking at the current nightly rate, it is no where near par or "cheap".
