Very conveniently located next to Lazy Days RV while waiting to pickup our new RV.

The rooms have stains all over. Like who do I complain to? The fact the money they charge & I get rooms like this. It’s this location only.

Disrespectful front desk staff! I have a reservation at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Tampa. I’m sooo shocked how disrespectful this hotel is! I called Tuesday (7 days before the storm) to try and reschedule or cancel my reservation because I live on the east side of Florida and in direct impact of hurricane Dorian which is scheduled to be a cat 3! Refusing to do anything is beyond unexceptionable. It’s $160… I’ve never used this chain of hotels before… and I think I’ll stick to Hilton! Customer service is what is important and hanging up on customers mid sentence is disrespectful.

We have been here for 4 nights with 4 nights to go. The hotel is nice but the entire place smells like marijuana and you can smell it in the halls and elevator really strong which is bad but it comes through the vents in the bathroom and makes everything smell like it. I work in a healthcare setting and when you go into a meeting and they ask if you have been smoking its bad.

I thought the hotel room was clean. Bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly and more towels needed. The pool online is not the same pool they have. There was no lounge chairs to lay on. They only have cheap plastic chairs to sit on and cheap bath towels for the pool. Paid with cash so I had to give them $100 deposit. Due back at check out. They made me stand at front desk for 30 minutes while they checked my room after I checked out. Came back and told me the room doesn't smell fresh like when I checked in, so they couldn't refund my money. They would have to clean the room differently. Come on get real. After arguing with guy, I left without my deposit. Do not stay there. I never had anyone check room prior to check out. Get real. The staff probably puts the money in there pocket.

Came here for my birthday weekend. We reserved a room that had a Jacuzzi tub in our room. Besides having to deal with no water for 2 1/2 hours our stay here was amazing. Staff is very friendly, hotel is very clean, and the best part is the Jacuzzi tub. We spent majority of our time in the Jacuzzi tub so that was a plus. FREE Breakfast was amazing. Great location everything was close by to us didn't really have to drive to far out into Tampa. Drove 5 minutes to the Hard Rock Casino, 20 mins to Adventure Island, 15 mins to the mall, 20 min drive to Ybor City. Will definitely come back and refer lots of friends here.

Extremely friendly staff who will go out of their way to accommodate you! Room we had was clean, large, very quiet, had 2 queen beds, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. It was a pet friendly room! Very clean! They will shuttle you to cracker barrel or bob Evans and Lazydays rv and pick you up. Free breakfast. Very good. Large variety to choose from. Coffee is free 24 hrs. In lobby and free cookies. Beds are UNBELIEVABLY comfortable! Price for room was perfect!

The very Handsome Drew, is the only reason to return. He was attentive and helpful. Had issues, but he made them seem forgetful with charm and smile. Would give another chance because of him.

It's a really nice place to stay at if you are visiting downtown tampa. It is close by Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Fairgrounds. The staff of the hotel is really nice and polite. They will help you at thier best. Also the place itself is well maintained and the food was awesome.

Lobby was very nice. Rooms were adequate. The front desk was very nice but there was some confusion checking in. One of our reservations was cancelled accidentally but they made it right. It took three times asking and us finally bringing the feather pillows to the front desk ourselves, to get them to finally give us two foam pillows, for a guest who is super allergic. This was unimpressive but they were very nice about the whole thing. The location was convenient for our needs, but the driveway is difficult to find, and confusing especially the first time. It is actually easier to find the hotel at night. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. All in all a positive experience.

Front desk Laura was super friendly and helpful. Very professional! Billy was great too! That other old hag at the desk could use some attitude improvement. Nice clean hotel, average food. Cookies!

I want to give Mr. Josh a five star for going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant comfortable and convenient. He always have A smile on his face at all times he’s always asking is everything OK is there anything we can do for you. He have Everything that you need. And I wanna thank him for that this place is so clean, comfy beds, nearby shopping, nearby good restaurants, convenient distance from casino it’s just right down the street, or if you just wanna go to the movies, or maybe relax by the clean beautiful pool here in the country we will stay here again and always thanks Josh for. And Mr. Drew which is the manager at the country inn and suites on Saturday he make sure the space is really rewrite everything is up to par everything looks beautiful he getting a bar above and beyond his job title for manager to make sure all the guest are happy and pleased with it the room accommodates and he always make sure when we walk in is there anything else I can do for the customer to make her or his stay as amazing as can be and I couldn’t ever ask for any one else to run this hotel thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

Upon arrival we was so tired, it was such a blessing to walk in with 2 smiley faces (Mrs. Shayla & Mrs. Michelle) these girls went above and beyond to make sure I was treated like a queen. They meet my expectation on the room, the questions I had and I felt right at home. They are so nice, helpful, they made sure everything was what I expected. They deserve a 5 star rating… Thanks Girls, I love this place, it's so clean, comfortable beds, nice view, located next to good restaurants, shopping convent, beautiful landscape. Hot breakfast. Looking for a great place to stay this is the one. You want be disappointed.

We have stayed here on several occasions in the past… thus the photos of the cute animals made from towels and wash cloths… I was disappointed this stay… 2/28/2018. Also on previous stays the fresh baked cookies were always ready to enjoy… this stay… no cookies… also the carpet in our room today is very dirty and dated… staff were a bit unfriendly… perhaps she was tired? I have always given a 5 star rating in past because they deserved it, however their quality seems to have gone down within the last year… used to have great personable staff… this stay not so much… convenient location… hopefully a bit of renovations will take place in near future? If so… would probably stay here again. Perhaps it was just an "off" day?

This is a really nice hotel. It's a little smaller than others I've been in, but it's kept really clean. People are really nice. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Very clean Hotel. Huge variety of foods to select from for breakfast. They bake fresh cookies that are available in the lobby of the hotel. The are delicious. The only thing I would change is the parking lot for closer access to your vehicles but, they do have carts available to carry luggage to and from hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean as well as the entire hotel exterior. And the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our experience was not that great. Internet service was horrible. We attempted to stay at this hotel while our corporate condo was being prepared. There was a delay in the progress of our condo, and when we needed to extend our stay they made us switch rooms. When we needed to stay again one more night, we were basically told to pay a higher rate, or the latest that we could check out was at 1pm. So much for our patronage for the previous 4 nights! Also, when our toilet in our room backed up, we called for maintenance and they gave us a plunger to clear the clog ourselves. Needless to say we will not be back! We ended up staying at the Country Inn and Suites located in Brandon at 915 S. Falkenburg Road, GREAT location, it's clean, the internet works fabulous, the staff is wonderful and they appreciated our business. My advice to any is to drive the extra 4 miles and stay in Brandon! It's well worth it.

Do not come here if you need reliable internet access. Stayed here 3 ties. Wifi is VERY slow all 3 times. Also, this time I kept getting woke up at 3am by a large group of people.

Country Inn and Suites Tampa/Seffner for me and my family was a nice stay overall. The breakfast in the morning was decent as far as most "hotels" continental breakfast offerings are concerned. It helped us charge up for the days adventures. The rooms were nice and included all the amenities that you need on a stay. We left a "do not disturb" sign on the door and they left us a note asking if they can get us anything. The staff was friendly as well. The only complaint was that the hallway leading to the room smelled like lingering smoke and the rooms themselves were not very soundproof. We could hear the conversation of the boisterous people in the room next to us. Price was worth it and we would probably go back if in the area.

Very loud. Room is clean but uncomfortable overly hard beds. No coffee in the breakfast area and the coffee pot in the room is so dirty. Orange juice is luke warm.

Hotel perfect for our trip to Busch garden. The rooms here are nice and clean. Breakfast was OK, standard hotel fare. Keycards quit working 3 times but we're fix quickly. Hotel staff were friendly.

Nice hotel, comfortable stay, clean room. Could use a bit of updating with the wall molding in the room, and TV, but that's really nick picking. Not the greatest location near a truck stop, but nothing too much to complain about.

Charged me incedentals for NO reason. $100! We did nothing to mess up the room at all! We didn't smoke, we kept clean. Didn't even "steal" the soap! Nothing. NEVER staying there again. I cannot believe that. I feel like they just took my money because they could. So disappointed and angry.

Didn't even get to stay there! Web site said pet friendly room available. … man inside said no… no pet friendly rooms available. Hubby thinks he just was busy with other problems. Disappointed.

This place is amazing, its owned by a Japanease lady who focuses on excellent customer service, from hot chicken patties for breakfast to Home made cookies in the lobby at night. The rooms are super clean and they have little signs for the services everywhere. Very special time spent here. Thank you for caring!

Very new and clean. Nice room nice shower. Very comfortable and home feeling environment. Detail — orientated and try to let you feel so sweet. Highly recommended.

One night stay, after a late night outing I returned to hotel and found a live roach. The General Manager was informed and shown video of the roach upon check-out. However, I was told nothing could be done after requesting a refund or discount on the room after a restless night and missing the "free" breakfast. Also, after returning home I realize I left my eyeglasses on the nightstand. I called the hotel to inform I left my eyeglasses and was told they did not find my eyeglasses in the room.

Rooms are great and clean! Staff is nice. Great breakfast! Surounding area and building is under construction so the out side looks bad other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stay here often and the staff is friendly rooms are clean average price for the area especially being close to everything. Cookies and coffee in the lobby and the suites are roomy yes there's a spa suite also. Just call in advance this place books quick especially on the weekend.

Everyone there was wonderful. This is only our second time staying here so I don't know names but I saw the same faces that I saw the first time we were there. They all could not have been any nicer. We will let all of our family and friends know what an excellent place this is to stay. We will be back again. And I hope soon.

We liked that you had a shuttle to the casino as we were tired of driving upon arrival. We could have cocktails and have a designated driver. Everyone did their jobs here very well and were friendly. Nicely run Inn. :).

Cookies and having coffee in the lobby was great. Katie gave us a great rate and made us feel at home when we checked in. We will stay there again Im sure.

Stayed at this hotel while in Tampa for business. We chose this hotel based on all the positive reviews and I will list the good and bad with this location as I stay at Country Inn and Suites as much as possible with my traveling. The room was clean, no bugs, no hairs and the bed was pretty comfortable. Our complaints were that the poor lady at the front desk was overwhelmed with phone calls while trying to check in the guests. There was one gentleman in front of us and there seemed to be a problem getting him checked in for some reason and my coworker and I waited a good 20 minutes before we could check in. I felt so bad for the lady at the desk as she was doing the best she could to fix the issue while dealing with all the phone calls. There was another worker there who walked up to the front desk area and told the lady at the desk that "he was back and that he could help her now" and he saw the line of guests waiting to check in and turned around and walked away and left the lady again to do it all by herself. The other main complaint we had was the internet was horrible. The first night of our stay it would go in and out of service sporadically but it worked most of the night. On the second night, it dropped my connection at 10pm and I tried for 30 minutes to get reconnected but was unsuccessful. I called the front desk and it rang about 20 times before I finally hung up since no one was answering at the front desk.

We were very pleased with our stay, it was the first time we were able to stay at a Country Inn and Suites! They made it very special for us. We stayed this past weekend for my Birthday, and were visiting family in the area. When they found out it was my Birthday, they surprised me with three towel swans in the room! I took picture and everything! :) Overall, we had a wonderful time! We thought your breakfast was one of the best by far at any hotel, you usually only have a very limited choice, but we had plenty to choose from at yours! Thank you for the great experience, just before we left, we singed up to be members so we can enjoy your hotels again and again! — God Bless.

I was in a SHOW, and the hotel is perfectly settle to my needs. Close to Interstate 4, near TAMPA. It has internet in the rooms, hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, coffee, etc). The price, for what you get, it's really good.
