Lazydays RV Resort Campground

The park was very clean and the staff was amazing! There were plenty of activities for the kids and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The park is only 15 minutes from our home, but was a great weekend getaway! Thank you for the hospitality! Annette and Arnold Trueba.

Very clean, organized, great pool area, good bathrooms, nice play room, good playground. Overall, a family oriented environment. Quick check-in. Quiet spots!

Great place very accommodating.

It was a great place to stay. Customer service was spot on throughout the Campground. Loved riding around on our golfcart through the 126 acres looking at RV inventory. The special touch of breakfast everyday was a surprise along with the shaved ice truck that went by all the sites. Would recommend a short term stay for sure and would stay again if in the area.

Love this resort… so much to offer. Pool and hot tub is first rate. Every staff member was the best. The chef at restaurant on 12/15 was responsive and food was delish… the bartender that night needs training in being personable… lots & lots of training… was totally bored we were there… not Lazy days style at all. Recommend renting a golf cart and exploring the whole resort… so entertaining.

Me and my wife have been here several times with our tt and we love it. Very clean and laid back with tons of friendly faces.

What an awesome laid back very clean RV resort. The campsites are nice, the pool area is awesome. The on site restaurant is very good. There are no crazy ridiculous rules. Everyone here, staff wise is great as well. We will make this our regular to come back to.

I don’t recommend the resort or Exit 10. The whole place is managed poorly. Find another place to stay. They fire food and beverage staff for no reason. They use a lot of temps so they don’t have to pay very much. As a result there’s a lot of turnover. The service department for RV’s is one of the worst anywhere. They keep your RV for repairs and take forever to fix the problem. They make up excuses and give you the run around for why they take so long to repair your RV. I ate inside Exit 10 several months ago — before Covid — and saw rats run across the restaurant. They don’t bus or clean the tables in a timely manner. It seemed like they were always out of menu items. One of the waiters in Exit 10 was on his phone instead of taking care of the customers. I’ve witnessed patrons sitting at the bar being over served and the bartender acts like it’s no big deal because they just call security to give them a ride back to their campsite. The Wi-Fi is slow and very spotty and works only half the time if even that often. Avoid it.

Nice pool. Only comment I wish they sold snacks on Sunday and Monday when restaurant was closed. Lots of kids would have enjoyed it.

Great place and great staff.

We stayed at Lazydays for about two weeks. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the great amenities they have. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a great area to socialize. The trash pickup was amazing and the park was clean and neat. Great place to stay! We will look forward to returning to this great park!

Sites are a bit small but they meet the overall needs. Streets are nice and wide which makes navigating the RV Resort easier. People are very friendly.

We have been coming here since the early 90’s. Always restful & meet such nice couples from all over the US.
Highly recommend. We’ve bought two Motorhome’s here over the years. Never been sorry.

Loved meeting new people and loved the free breakfast. It is a very nice play great pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the Saturday night entertainment in the bar.

Beautiful, clean place with clean facilities and free breakfast. It has a restaurant pub on site really cute and good food. Free coffee and cocoa in the machine in the main office everyone's very friendly and everything is very very neat and organized.

Awesome place, friendly staff. Very convenient location lots to do in surrounding areas and towns.

Very nice, courteous workers. Small spots but plenty of trees. Easy to get to off I4 and plenty of gas stations. Great pool and playgrounds.

Kids had a blast they make them feel welcome. Most rv places they have a hard time having fun.

Their sales people were very helpful and quite knowledgeable in their products.

It's quiet and comfortable. The amenities are great. Loved all the games on Saturday; the grandkids had a blast!

I've only been here for a few hrs and I think it's great. Laundry room, huge play room for kids, I haven't seen to much in the day. But pool, tennis courts, its huge. And people seem nice. Check in was a breeze
alot easier the a hotel. So glad I switch and bought a camper. But wish I would of bought here instead of camping world. I'll be here to buy my next one.

Had a super fun Father’s Day weekend! Thanks for having fun events planned for the everyone to enjoy from dodgeball to laser tag my guys had a super time! We enjoyed the pool area all day yesterday super family friendly great seating and the DJ kept the party going with awesome music and games! Restaurant was tasty and made dinner Friday night easy and lunchtime perfect by the pool. Thank you again for the Mother’s Day weekend giveaway I won! We will definitely be back.

What’s really cool is that this campground is adjacent to LazyDays RV sales which has a very good bar and restaurant called Exit 10 (on the spendy side) — you eat inside of a super stretch RV coach. If you buy an RV there next door you get 5 days of free camping. The sites are good and it’s fun to ride bikes around, plus there’s a nice pool and very nice playground. Inside by the café is a huge connect four (free) and pool tables (have to pay to play) I think they need to put in a small mini golf! There are some great vending machines in there too.

We have been going there for many years. It is the nicest campground in the Tampa area. Every time we go, we notice they have added something new. This time it was a fire pit. We don’t have a dog, but the dog playground looks very nice. The pool is the best. Love that it has a screen enclosure.

Great place to stay. We brought the grandkids this time and only concern was employees drive way too fast in their golf carts while kids are riding their bikes and screen door at the pool has a screen protector that is loose and has several screws hanging out that scratches you.

Shortly after purchasing our used 2012 Fleetwood Discovery, we returned to Lazy Days to have some service work completed. I would like to add that prior to our purchase they completed a thorough inspection of the RV and arranged to have these issues repaired. I found this quite remarkable, as we have purchased several RVs in the past from other vendors and they have no such program. Lazy Days ensured we were taken care of by completing this inspection and then promising to follow-up. Once we arrived at the service facility, we were met by Kyle Watson one of the Service Advisors in the Service Department, he processed us and explained everything to us. Kyle’s demeanor was extremely professional and courteous. Kyle made it his mission to make sure we were a priority and he continued to follow-up with us by making sure everything was on schedule. Our service tech was Doug Friskney, who has over 30-years of RV tech experience. His knowledge is unsurpassed, and he took great care of us. During our time in the service bay, we had some work completed by Jose Resto, who completed some carpentry issues. He too was awesome. After Doug was finished we had the pleasure of meeting his son Travis, who also works in the service bay. Travis was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. One thing I would like to add is that we travel with our three wiener dogs/dachshunds and the entire staff worked around them.

This is a great place to stay, everyone is so friendly.
Happy hour at bar is 3-4:30 Tues-sat, breakfast Vouchers for two, and lunch vouchers for two, large heated pool with lift chair, Nice big Jacuzzi, and Lisa the jolly trolley driver is great! She takes you around in the trolley tues-sat.
We came for a sat-sun stay and were finally leaving Wednesday as I have an appointment, other wise we’d probably keep extending❤️

Although we weren't there to buy, but to learn, we were met by a genuinely nice salesman named Dustin that was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the models. After hearing out wants and needs he was able to bring us to just what we had in mind. We looked around and he took the time to explain and give honest opinions. Much appreciated. He then left us to walk and look on our own and it wasn't until we walked and saw all of the other units, that we realized he had brought us to the very best and exact one we wanted that fit our family the best. Quite a remarkable talent and eye for the customer! The generosity didn't end there. After returning to pick us up he got us drinks and offered all reading material we could want and made himself available at any time. Needless to say we will be buying from this dealer when our families time is right. And mr Dustin will get my business. :)
