The cutest condo for me and my boyfriend for a long weekend. Right in town, perfect location and walking distance to every restaurant and the beach. Clean, super friendly and they gave us free towels, chairs and bikes! Will book again!

We loved our stay. Very cute accomodations and the location can’t be beat — 1 block off village and 1.5 blocks to beach access. Everyone was friendly and they even offered free bikes, towels and beach chairs. My only suggestion is I would have loved to have a Keurig for some morning coffee but you can easily walk the block to grab from a local restaurant. We will definitely be back as we love Siesta Key. Thank you!

Cutest rooms that have everything you need for a short stay. Loved that they aren’t just clean but also updated and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful at every turn. Pool areas were nice and fairly convenient. Located so close to beach, all the restaurants and shopping you could want including a market for things you will want In the rooms.

The resort is in a prime location and you won’t have to have a car while there. The beach and tons of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay but booked room 283 which is supposed to sleep 6 adults. The pull out queen was unusable and needs to be replaced. It’s more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bunk beds were literally in a closet and not easily accessible for a regular size adult. The pools are accessed by entering a code and local teenagers knew the code and took over the pool one of the days we were there. They were even urinating into the bushes right in the common area. The resort did come the next day and changed the code.

Pros — great location to beach and main strip, free beach chairs. Cons — no toilet paper and room dirty upon arrival (previous tenants hair all over sink and shower🤢), sent someone out to “re clean” and all they did was a crap job of wiping sink down, still hair all over tub and floor. Also a broken coffee pot and staff lacks sense of urgency. It really was a disappointing experience especially since it was recommended highly from a friend. Considering the price, I would not recommend to others after all that went wrong. Probably better off renting an Air BnB for less.

This was in a great location! We didn’t move the car once during the entire trip. Close to great restaurants, a market for all of your needs, and a short walk to the beach. Units are well equipped with a cute beach vibe. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the location and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was not getting cleaning service until the last day after asking multiple times. The beds and sheets need upgrading as well. Otherwise would recommended bc the rooms are beautifully decorated and easy walk to the beach!

This place feels like home. The rooms are amazing and perfectly clean, the staff is the absolute best, the location is wonderful (steps away from shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and the most beautiful, serene beaches in the world! ), and the grounds are a tropical paradise. We have stayed here multiple times before and it continues to be our favorite spot! I couldn’t recommend this resort enough!

Great location between beach and village restaurants/bars/shops. The condo had the perfect layout for my husband and I. Enjoyed 2 separate rooms with 2 TVs. The staff responded quickly with a couple needs (how to set thermostat and replacement towels). Enjoyed the bikes each day. My only minor complaint was the remote in 139A worked sporadically and was very frustrating (they need to replace). We never told anyone tho and just dealt with it.
They were also extremely accommodating when we added one more night and switched to an available unit for our last night.
Within 20 minutes is St Armands Circle with high end shopping and nice restaurants with great ambiance. 15 min south is Casey Key with an old Florida style restaurant called Casey’s Fish House on the water. A very lively place. Also another 15 min south is Venice with a neat shopping restaurant district in what the call their “ Historic Downtown District”, but it’s very quaint also with a neat ambiance. We also ate at Dockside Waterfront Grill at Fisherman’s Wharf Marina if you enjoy looking at boats on the water.
But if you want to park your car at Tropical Breeze Resort and never leave for your stay there’s plenty right there within walking distance.

Wonderful place to create memories. It can be anything and everything you want it to be, with plenty of extras. Pools, hot tubs, bikes, private beaches, best location. Wonderful!

Great location! Only a few minor things in room that needed fix. T. V. Remote control in room 111 only worked intermittently. The towel bar in bathroom came off, it seemed like it was not secured to wall. The patio light did not work, had to leave curtains open if we were planning on arriving late that night. Otherwise, staff was great!

We loved staying at this adorable resort for our honeymoon getaway. Loved the convenience of having the village and beach footsteps from the resort. We know we want to come back someday! Excellent service at the front desk and clean rooms. The comfort of the pillows and bed were below average but not a huge deal. Another inconvenience was that the pool closest to us and the only one with a hot tub was shut down our entire stay. That was quite a bummer. But the other available pool wasn’t too far away and we did use it. It was really nice and super warm. Thank you Tropical Breeze for the fabulous time and memories!

Very convenient location. Rooms are nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our room (283) definitely needs some plumbing repairs. Shower temperature difficult to maintain. No hot water to the bathroom sink but nothing major enough that would prevent me from booking again. Having reserved parking is great.

We absolutely loved our two nights! Wished we could have stayed longer. Really clean, spacious rooms & dog friendly! Love all the amenities and location is spot on!

Really disappointed this time here! I’ve stayed here in the past and had a great experience but this time our room was not clean (ie. The floors were filthy with leftover food, party confetti and sand all over) We got no response from the front desk when we called to let them know. The room had a coffee maker with no coffee pot and they had no beach towels at the front desk when we went twice to get towels for the beach (they told us they were all dirty) Again, no response from the front desk! When we checked out they told us they would compensate us for the inconvenience and AGAIN no response! Really bummed about the service provided here! We spent over $600 for the weekend here and had no response from anyone here! Due to COVID, you would expect them to be more diligent in cleaning the rooms but definitely NOT here! I do not recommend coming here until things change, they are more worried about their staff interacting with guest than actual cleaning the place for next guest! We are hoping no one was sick in the unit before we got there, because they CLEARLY did not clean the place!

We loved everything about the Resort. Our room was fully updated, spacious, clean, and very beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The location was amazing. One block to the left and we were on the beach. One block to the right and we were in the downtown area full of delicious restaurants and great little shops. Out our back door and we were at the pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just got back from there.
We stayed at the Crab Shack. First the positives: the staff was amazing from the booking, checking in, cleaning lady, and checking out.
The location is perfect: close to everything you need or want. Great room. Parking was full, however, they gave us a permit to park on the road without even asking them.
The private pool was a bonus because we could jump in and cool down after filling up at dinner and walking back.
They had a “toy box” that really surprised us. It’s an outdoor box that is full of beach toys and stuff that you use and then return when you leave. What a great idea! Negative: the queen size bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Ended up sleeping in the bottom bunk in our daughters room because it was way more comfortable!
There were empty water bottles and used towel around the private pool when we got there that we had to clean up. The leaves around the patio hadn’t been blown in several days if not longer, we just swept them into the rocks with the broom they provided. We had to clean the leaves out of the pool everyday ourselves, but wasn’t terrible, it gave our daughter something to do. The cushions on the chairs around the pool were full of mold was probably the worst part.
With all that being said, we really enjoyed our stay. I just think for the price none of those things would of been issues.

Love the convenient location! Our suite was very clean and nice, love how it was decorated. Pool area very peaceful and clean, love all the plants and palm trees leading to our room, I felt like I was in the Caribbean.

We've stayed at Tropical Breeze for years. I love that it is pet friendly and is in perfect walking distance to the beach and main areas of Siesta Key. The recent upgrades are really nice and the grounds looked great during our recent stay. We'll definitely be back!

I have been coming to Siesta Key for 6 years now and Tropical Breeze resort is by far the nicest place I have stayed at. The rooms are so clean and swimming pool was awesome. The front desk staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Nice room. Nice location. However, they closed the pool for the whole day on a Saturday for a wedding. They rented out the entire pool for a wedding and their other vacationers could not go in. My kids were so disappointed that they could not cool off in the bigger pool or swim in the beach due to red tide. ‘This wedding was reserved 6 months ago and had I known this we would have never stayed here. The office staff should have mentioned this when we booked. Very unprofessional. We will not be staying here again due to no accomendations.

We just got back … didn’t want to leave … from a long weekend. Stayed in the Tiki Tides room. It was just two of us so it was perfect! The location of being walking distance (so close) to the beach AND to siesta village was perfect for us! We did rent a car so were able to drive around and explore. The staff was superb! The pool and grounds were perfectly manicured! Only one suggestion… needed a full length mirror and or just another mirror in the bedroom. But again I did not want to leave so relaxing! We will be back!

Very expensive. But the location is worth the price. The resort is not very friendly. Pool and hot tub close at Dusk. In the summer? Charged $15 for extra car to park on the street. There were many open spots at 1am at the resort. Room ac can not be placed under 72 degrees. I was not given a receipt at checkout. The young lady said it was impossible and would not be able to. The staff was quite helpful in most ways. This was a $200 a night motel room. I am from Miami and this is just like the old keys motel. Quaint.

Great experience! Loved the resort and loved Siesta Key. The workers at the resort went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back to the Tropical Breeze! Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in room 114. It was clean and beautiful. The location couldn’t be better. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The customer service was incredible! They are so nice, and housekeeping was fantastic too. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The outside patio was great, and the beach music playing was an added bonus. We will be back!

The decor was great, but that only goes so far. The complex is spread out and the directions given on where to park were incorrect. (And Siesta Key TOWS QUICKLY! ) There are no elevators or luggage carts. (And no disclosure of getting an upstairs room. ) The rooms are not functional at all. Even opening the main door you have to step down the staircase to make way for the door to open. Besides the small kitchen counter there is no table top/ desk/ anything to put things down on besides the outdoor table. Our luggage ended up staying in the middle of the room. The room door was the exact same thin, frail door as the bathroom. It did not feel secure at all, and it was definitely not sound proof. You can hear everything all around you. And to top all that off, my husband left his wedding ring in a tray on the kitchen counter. When we called we were told the main housekeeper cleaned that room so it must not have been there. No second check of the room, not even a phone call back after leaving messages. Terrible customer service.

Just returned home from 6 days at Tropical Breeze. This location is the best there is! A quick walk to anything you need, including the amazing Siesta Beach. Our room, Key Largo 185 was perfect. The pool was in our front yard! Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan was AWESOME! Answered all questions and was extremely efficient with a few requests we had when we first arrived. Stellar customer service. I was very satisfied. Every staff member always greeted us whenever we crossed paths Housekeeping: Great job, friendly and always smiling. Efficient on our towel and coffee requests. Pool: The pool was great, however I wished it stayed open longer than 9:00pm. That would be my only complaint. It was so hot, even at night, that we would have loved to come home after dinner and take a dip in the pool! Chairs were comfortable and the waterfall in the main pool Is awesome! Rooms: Rooms were a bit deceiving online, but maybe that’s just me. They are smaller than I originally thought. With that being said, we didn’t spend much time indoors, only to sleep and grab a quick snack. The rooms were clean, and beautifully decorated. They allow 2 hour bike rentals everyday of your stay. The perfect way to explore the island, or take a ride on the beach!
They also provide you with beach chairs to bring down to the beach for your entire stay. You don’t even need a car! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you need is within a very short walk.

We have been to this place several times. Beautiful location and friendly staff. Cost has increased a lot over the years, but they have been upgrading/renovating suites. This time they had a plumbing issue and had to move us to a different suite (suppose to be upgraded-slightly bigger room). When asked for 1 complimentary night for the inconvenience of having to change rooms they said no because it was just a precautionary room change (not due to us asking to move or us having an issue). I was slightly disappointed since we are repeat customers. Otherwise it is a very nice resort.

My wife found this place while we were traveling with another couple. The office staff was super helpful over the phone & stayed late so we could get a key. The office closed at 9 PM & we arrived at 9:25. It was a cozy 2 bedroom upstairs efficiency tastefully decorated & just what some tired travelers needed! The next morning we grabbed breakfast right around the corner and was on the beach shortly afterwards. The beach was just beautiful! White sands, crystal clear water and the main area with all the restaurants and stores was within walking distance of the resort. We will be back and highly recommend trying this place out!

Best location on Siesta Key. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Beach is not as crowded at this end. Kids cried when we had to leave.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! The resort itself is beautiful, clean and updated. That staff is beyond accommodating and friendly! The location couldn't be better (seriously close next to main restaurants and right next to the beach! ) We loved everything about our stay and felt the price was reasonable! 5 star plus! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Updated cottages with modern furnishings. Unfortunately the first night our bed was awful, however, after contacting staff (thank you Dillon (sp)! ) — they had a new bed and box-spring delivered and set-up by the next evening. All of their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our unit was a block and 1/2 away from the beach and the village. Very convenient and a simple walk in each direction. Was nice not to have to drive to the village as there is limited parking! Two pools are on site but only one pool has lounge chairs. We enjoyed using the free bikes each morning to check out the town and beautiful houses in the area.

Looks beautiful! But because there is no military discount or discount for booking very early in advance… we can't not stay. Company should really consider discounts for active military.

My husband and I have been visiting Tropical Breeze for the last 4 years. We love the location and our cottages are so relaxing and enjoyable. Our helper this time was Jeanette such a sweet girl who took such good care of our needs. Will be back next year.

Tropical Breeze Resort is a great location. My wife and I had our wedding guests all stay here this past January. In September my parents were coming down to visit and we decided this would be the best place for them to stay again. But then hurricane Irma had a direct path for us and we came to the conclusion it wasn’t safe for them to come down. We tried to cancel the reservation with tropical breeze resort but they wouldn’t even consider it. Even though the island was under an evacuation. Instead they told us they could either lose the reservation and their money or reschedule. Obviously my parents decided to reschedule to November. When doing so they were told they had to pay an extra $100 a night because it was in season. It was really a let down and a perfect example of poor customer service. Earlier this year we gave this place 10’s of thousands of dollars when we had 200+ guests come down and stay at their resort for a week. I will never again recommend anyone stay here again.

Made a late booking on a Saturday. Pam got us a reservation in for that night. Dylan checked us in when we got there. Very personable and friendly. Was so happy we chose to stay here. Perfect place for us to get away for the weekend. Thanks!

We stayed in the Lido Key suite and it was perfect. You get complementary beach chairs (if available) and you can also rent a bicycle for two hours which is also complementary! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not to mention it’s right around the corner from Siesta Key Village, perfect location!

Premium! Well appointed apartment, nice décor, swimming pool and jacuzzi a few meters. Outdoor BBQ area. Close to the ocean, bars, Resto and foodmarket. Ideal for families. Very nice place.

Beautiful suites. Easy to get them mixed up with luxury apartments instead of luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious and have the beach vibes. Wooden floors and comfortable beds. They have mini fridges, microwaves and the bigger ones have ovens and dishwashers and dishes for you. I've never seen such luxury. Right on siesta key. You can smell the breakfast from another broken egg cafe. I'm in love with this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Tropical Breeze Resort after hurricane Irma. We lost power in our home and were tired of being hot, without AC. After calling a number of hotels in the area (either full or without power, too), I found Tropical Breezes online, and called them. We were so pleased to hear they had power and availability. We stayed in a lovely room about a block from the beach, with onsite parking. After showering (and using the blow dryer on my hair), we walked to the beach and watched the sunset. It was like a mini vacation — a respite from the aftermath of the storm. As an added bonus, there were ice cubes in the mini freezer for an evening cocktail, and a coffee maker for our morning coffee. Who could ask for more? We reserved for two more nights, just in case, but when we returned home the next day, our power was back on. The staff at Tropical Breezes were outstanding. When we have out-of-town visitors and our guest room is full, we will direct them to Tropical Breezes Resort. It is so well-located, between the beach and the village, a car isn't even needed. The staff are gracious and the accommodations inviting.

Staying at Siesta Key — Tropical Breeze Resort was the best and most relaxing part of our trip to Florida! We are a family of 8 that originally reserved two of the one bedroom units. We got lucky and were upgraded to the 5 bedroom house due to construction. It was nice for all of us to be able to stay in the same house. There was a pool right behind the house. Everything was within walking distance… lots of shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The house was about a two minute walk to the beach. Staff at the resort were super nice. The house was clean and had everything we need for our stay. My mom had a one and two bedroom unit for her group. Both of those units were really nice as well and right next to a pool. We would recommend Siesta Key-Tropical Breeze Resort to everyone!

We stayed three nights at the Tropical Breeze Resort in mid-August and could not have picked a better place to stay! Our room (Siesta Key #186) was perfect — comfortable, quiet and very nicely decorated — and the staff was top notch. You simply cannot beat the location — two blocks from the beach and so convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars in the Village. Assigned parking right out front was a bonus! We rented a golf cart from the Adventure Hut and had a great time exploring Siesta Key. We would highly recommend Tropical Breeze Resort and can't wait to visit again!

We have never been at this Resort but while we were staying next door at another resort, we were very pleased with the look and location of the Tropical Breeze Resort so we decided to book this year's vacation there. We will be arriving 6/22 and staying through 6/29. We were under the impression that we were staying at the units we saw on the Main strip right down the street from the shops and restaurants however, we found out later that our three families are all separated. We found out that the resort spans across several streets in the area. We thought we would be together in one area but sadly, after calling your resort for information, we found out we will not be together. We did not know this in advance and are very nervous that our stay will be less enjoyable because we do not know how close we are to each other. It would ease my mind if I knew that upon our arrival there, if we had any issues we could call someone directly and be accommodated. I get one "Real" vacation a year and this is it so I'm so hoping that it is great and that all my worrying will be for nothing. Thank you for replying at your earliest convenience.

Awesome experience. Extremely clean, friendly staff and convenient accommodations for travel. Not often does a place lives up to the hype seen online. Look forward to staying here again!

Sadly our experience mirrored that of Todd Shepard… upon arrival it was unrecognisable as a resort / hotel, as there was so much building work going on. Furthermore, upon check in I realised that they'd put us (a young family with two young kids) in a very small and tired unit that backed directly onto a busy restaurant. When I queried it and asked if we could change to a quitter unit, I was told (by a rude and unhelpful reception girl) that it wouldn't be possible, and was assured there would be no noise. When I asked about the building work, I was told that it would be during business hours and that they'd be gone by 4.30. When at 5.30pm, they were still going on — I asked to see the manager. I asked again at 6.30pm and 7pm but didn't hear from anybody. The room was noisy, and when the building work commenced again at 7.30am the next day — I again visited reception to be told (by the bookings manager) they were sorry, but there was nothing that they could do. I refused to accept it, and insisted on speaking with the manger. Reluctantly they called him — and when he came he was very nice apologetic and refunded my hugely overpriced rate by 20%. He said he had not been told of my wanting to speak with him the day before, nor at my request to move rooms — as there were 13 empty rooms that they would have happily moved us to?!

Had reservation for almost a year to spend the holiday weekend with friends. Arrived to find that our room was being renovated and we would have to be moved. After 2 hours of shuffling us from one small unit to another (we had 4 guests) they finally got us into a room that would work. Upon checkout there was zero compensation for the inconvenience and was surprised to find an additional $40 "resort" fee. I'm sorry, but if I am paying a resort fee I would at least expect room service to come and freshen the room, which they never did over our 3 night say. On top of that, with the new renovations their room rate prices will be doubling… Needless to say neither myself or the 15+ friends that have stayed here for the past 7 years will be returning. New management has ruined this establishment.

This place is amazing. Always neat and clean with friendly staff. One of Siesta Keys true gems. I mistakenly booked another hotel with a similar name only to find out my error just a few days prior to our trip. I had my heart set on staying here so I immediately called to try and correct this and they were SO nice. They managed to get us in for our stay, in qa unit just perfect as always. Many thanks for more enjoyable memories. Can't wait to see this after the updates.

For the past 7 years my friends and I have enjoyed staying at your hotel but sadly we won't be back. Your property was perfect for our mini-reunion and we always booked at least 20 rooms. This year the rates have nearly doubled and for no reason. We were told that we would have to pay 50% up front should we want to book for next year with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. I have never heard of such a thing from a hotel before! It sounds to me like you have a cash flow issue that maybe paying 17 million for the property may have caused. The place has been sold twice in the past year so giving you half of your inflated rate seems to be a very bad business arrangement for myself and my friends. You have been dealing with Ken Scruggs who is our representative for Wakefield and was just dismissed from your office this morning because there was nobody there to help him. As I said before, it's too bad that about 60 guests won't be back. Carol Harrigan.

When we first got there we were put in a nice renovated room with a porch. Then the bulldozers came as they are updating the front of the building. Fortunately, they were able to move us to a nice room near the pool. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

This is a perfect place to stay on Siesta Key. We enjoyed having our own bungalow with a full kitchen and screened in porch. It is just. 10 of a mile to walk to the beautiful beach, and you can also walk to the main street of restaurants in that area. Nearby Sarasota is also worth the short ride.

The location was perfect and the room was great — you're about a quarter mile from the beach and a quarter mile from a strip of bars, restaurants, and gift shops. Go park your car and start walking, drinking, and relaxing.

Love the private sitting areas that take advantage of the weather outside, some shady, some open. Private pool for our area — very nice. Just a quick walk to the best beach, on the quiet end.

Im reluctant to post how wonderful this place is because I want to keep it a secret! The staff (especially Jose), location and rooms are wonderful. The beach here is on a small peninsula on Siesta Key that is so beautiful. It's prime location near the shops and restaurants are very convenient as well. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I just got back from a 5 night vacation at the Tropical Breeze Resort. We were only supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up extending our trip for 2 extra nights because we loved it so much! The property location is by far the most appealing aspect as it is a couple of blocks from the gorgeous beach which is somewhat private, and a couple of blocks to the Village which is where all the action is. The first room we were in had a screened in porch which we loved to hang out on at night. The place was very peaceful. The second room we got put in to since we decided last minute to extend our stay did not have a screened porch and would probably request that the next time. The staff was extremely friendly and maintenance responded within minutes when we had a small issue. The rooms are cozy — nothing fancy — but spacious and enough to get you by while visiting a place that is absolutely paradise. We also enjoyed that there were 3 pools on site, none of which were huge, but each time we went it was like having our private pool because it would be just the 2 of us or a couple of others. We will be back due to location and price!

Stayed in "sandpiper" king room. Best value of our two week trip. Clean, well done on renovation, they went the extra mile by installing granite countertops and complete a/c system. Grounds were kept as nice as five star resorts we've stayed at this trip. Great location, friendly staff, well run. Would definately stay here again!
