It is a nice Hotel, friendly Staff. Everything is clean, even the bed doesn't look (neither smells) like old. They have a good Grocery Store near by. The breakfast was included also. Highly recommend.

Room smells like cat piss. Stepped in 2 melted candy bars left on carpet. There are 2 monitors that you get in the hospital, the sticky ones they attach to you, stuck on the wall. T. V. Has such poor picture quality it's unwatchable. Wi-Fi works about half the time. Spend a couple more bucks & go anywhere else.

It was a place to sleep. Nothing fancy. Included breakfast was slim pickings… Ill look for someplace else to stay, next time. Called front desk, never answered phone. Had to go down to front desk, only to ask for Wi-Fi password. It definitely didnt feel clean. The corridors smelled very dirty. Soda machines were all sold out. For the price, I suppose I shouldnt expect much — The bed was decent. The room was large. The pool looked clean. Shower was decent enough. The room I had had decent pressure in the shower. A decent variety of fast food joints close by. All in all, I expected much more from a wyndham brand hotel — days inn where im from is very nice — so I expected much more from the days inn brand as well. Maybe thats my fault.

Not the best, not the worst. Either way, I wouldn't choose to stay again, willingly. Pictures on Google are deceiving. Biggest issues were the gum on the bed skirt of the bed, rusted out toilet paper holder (like the ones you see at public parks and kids ball fields), and the musky smell. Also, there is a bag of Damp Rid hanging in an open closet when you first walk in, but the carpets and bedding feel damp anyway. The hall smells like something different everytime we come in and out. One day it was wet dog, next day it smelled like a stale ashtray. In between it had a various range of scents. Also, room is dark, only half of the lights work. Good news is there was no sign of roaches, flies or bed bugs.

Everyone was very friendly, making me feel at home. (Comfortable)

Staff was great! Comfortable accommodations. Would book again.

Problems of sewage in the front and garage to the hotel.

I will NEVER stay here again. They kept my deposit. In the middle of my 2nd dispute with this place. When contacted by my bank this place hung up on them and refuse to answer. I am pissed. Never again. Wish I could leave no fn.

It was ok the carpet was wet from the air-conditioner so it smelled musty so we kept the window open dryed it out then it was good the people where very nice.

Disgusting. Do not waste your money. Rooms are dirty. Bathroom was dirty as well. We made them switch are rooms twice!

The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. It is filthy. I can handle dated as long as it is clean. However, this place is dated, nasty and my room (212) smelled. I had to open the window to get fresh air. We came down during spring break when prices were increased everywhere. It was late, and Days Inn had average reviews and a decent price 125.00. The cleanest area was the lobby and elevator. Never again.

Beds are made nice and clean but the tables not so much. Carpets need vacummed as well but it is not too bad aside from that. Friendly people.

Very friendly staff. Free continental breakfast but the hotel in general sucks. It's dated, fresh out of 1989. Hasn't changed since… hallways smell like must, ROOMS smell fine, popcorn ceilings, weird popcornish walls, outdated furniture, unclean… needs a remodel baddd!

Just to rest and spend the day in shopping activities, visit to parks, among others.

A little pricey but convenient to food, 7 eleven, and a short drive to the beach.

Stayed last year "2017" was very please so decided to stay this year "2018" It was horrible — — we had three couples and none of us were happy with our stay. When we arrived — they told us one of our PREPAID rooms was being redone and they didn't have another one for us. But two hours later finally got a room. Walked into our room and the air conditioner smelt like it hadn't been cleaned since it was put in (had a headache all weekend form the smell) The sheets on one of the beds had stains on them so we had to ask for clean ones, molding coming off the wall, shower curtain ready to fall off the wall, toilet loose on the floor, and the safe didn't work even after we got batteries twice. Went to check out the pool — — hadn't been cleaned told us they only clean it once a week — — we were there five days and on one touched it. Breakfast was a joke — in the pictures they show fresh fruit-not a piece to be found. Very dissatisfied we'll be staying elsewhere from now on. But on a good note — — the gentleman (i think the night manager) was very pleasant and helpful.

Stay was great food was one but thery could gene a lil more of respect.

It was a quick check in process, it was a bit rundown especially in the bathroom/shower. I'm not sure if it was just really busy but I was a tad overpriced. If you're looking for somewhere to fall asleep that has a mini fridge, microwave, and a tv, this place will suffice.

The stay was fine. The room average. The overnight clerk was unfriendly and rude. Didn't even look up from his phone to answer a question about the ice machine location. Probably won't be staying there again. Unless there is no other option the next visit to Sarasota.

Dirty, dirty! Should say gross. Filthy rug looks like they haven’t vacuumed and stains all over. Hair in the bathroom. Filter of the AC was gray with dust. Internet service sucked slow and then just none at all. We stuck it out because we were tired. If I paid a cheap motel rate I could accept it, but I paid over $100 for the night so I’m suprised. Booked on Hotels tonight. If I could have read the reviews first I would have stayed far away. Next time I will!

Keep your money! If I could give a review for zero I would. Place is old and smells nasty. People in customer service are overall rude. There are several hotels in area that are same price and nicer accomodations. Yeah and way nicer. You work hard for your money treat yourself good and stay at days Inn near airport… plus there are other hotels near that location. In walking distance to walmart and restaurants.

We got at the motel at 1:00 a. M. On Thursday morning. $67 a night. FOR Thurs. Fri. And Sat. We paid $264.00 I believe. The internet says "dog friendly" but when I called the girl said "no dogs allowed per owner policy". I told her it was a service dog with licence from florida and she said "let me text him". A few moments later she got back on phone and said that the owner said it was okay I could bring my dog. Come Saturday afternoon we came back to motel from shopping and the door would not open. I went to front desk and told the lady. She said "of course. You were suppose to check out by 11:00 am. I said "no we paid for three nights, thurs, friday, and saturday". She then said "no according to company policy when you come in late like that, you have to pay for Wednesday". I then getting a little aggravating said" that's crazy, we got here on thursday morning", she then interrupted me and rudly said "how many dogs do you have in the room? " And I said to her "one and she is a service dog", and again rudly interrupting me sjhe said "your not allowed to have dogs in the room". I told we had permission from the owner that the virl that checked us in texted him and got permission. Then she started making a big deal abt it so I just said "forget it we will leave, unlock the door so we can get our things" and walked away. The girl unlocked the room and we got our stuff. The girl followed us all the way outside around the whole building to make sure we ledt the premises.

Really good looking hotel for a really good price, rooms were enough and very updated.

This place is awsome I reccomend it to any one looking.

Do not stay! Came in for overnight stay on 9/2/17, room was not very clean, stains on the wall, dirty bathub and worst of all found a tick in the bed! We brought it downstairs to demand our money back and when the front desk saw it they didn't apologize or seem surprised that they had pests. Terrible customer service and overall experience. Better hotels around the area.

Friendly staff. Honestly though, you can get a perfectly clean high-quality room through the vacation websites these days, and at about half the price, so a bit of a hard sell.

Horrible horrible horrible, smells carpet stinks no water pressure employees rude room suck blood on the ceiling in the bathroom, pool looks totally gross hot tubs gross can't store anything in the room safe doesn't work. Don't want to get the room clean because staff looks like a bunch of Thieves. Go ahead and spend the extra money and find another motel. This place sucks … and I'll put my name on this review, Tony T Sharp I have to give it one star in order to post that's the only reason I posted one star.

Two days stay to sleep.

I hate to even give this discusting place a star! My husband and I both are covered in bed bugs! The rooms are so nasty and the whole place smells soooo bad! They allow people to run/ yell/ fight all through the hallways at mid hours of the night. I found huge bedbugs and not to mention it rained and our roof leaked everywhere. Mildew on the ceilings and the walls. The manager does not care about his hotel or job and didn't even reply to me about the bed bugs. We are literally miserable and itching all over!

We made the best of it but this place is pretty gross. The price was obviously good because there's not much to it. They definitely need to do something about the smell in the hallways! I don't know if it's mildew or what but it's really gross. I didn't see any roaches or beg bugs (which I would have left if I did) but I was nervous about it the whole time. I probably wouldn't return unless it was a very last resort.

The stay here was okay. I made reservations. I was annoyed at the fact that I was booked on the third floor, when I seen other rooms closer to ground floor. I was also told that this hotel is strict about guest. And I was told that there should be no smoking. Her exact words were. "My boss told me no smoking. " I laughed and told her I don't smoke. She said "no smoking of any kind". "No crack pipes, etc, etc". Mind you I'm a black woman with dread locks. This was said to me but it wasn't said to the Caucasian couple that stood before me. They are prejudice here but still want your money. However the room was great, their service needs to be re-evaluated.

Really high beds that my niece fell off trying to get down. Had a parking lot view but we could see our car so that was fine. Breakfast was free had some waffles and orange juice. Free Wi-Fi as well.

This hotel was disgusting. The hallways are dark and dinghy and smelled bad. Doors leading outside did not close properly and we did not feel safe there. The rooms were filthy. One bed sheets had dirt on them and the other bed sheets had blood on them. The walls in the bathroom had "repaired" holes in them that were caving in and paint on walls peeling off in big chunks. The coffee pot in the in room coffee maker was grossly dirty. Don's stay at the Days Inn. Pay a little extra money and go somewhere else.

If you get a chance, and want to experience the all that is wrong with hotels… look no further. Front desk staff on point that's about it.

OMG! Doesn't get more disgusting than this place! They cleaned up the lobby to look like a decent hotel. As soon as you walk into the hallway, it smells like a public restroom at the beach. The carpets throughout the hallways and rooms probably haven't been washed in years. Walked barefoot in the room for 2 minutes and my feet turned brown. Bathroom was nasty, hair all over the shower. The dresser and night stands are probably original furniture from the 80s. Only reason we stayed here was we were driving through at 3am and everywhere else was booked. Couldn't stay awake. Paid $135 for this dump of a place to crash for the night. Regretted it in the morning. Better off sleeping in the car next time. Oh, almost forgot… They mounted a flat screen TV in the room, hilarious. That's probably the only thing that sets it apart from a $30 motel.

Don't know where some of these reviews have stayed but not here, we stayed here 5nights February and it was very pleasant, we were on the third floor and the room was good, staff pleasant, reception very helpful, fare enough could do with fresheners in corridors but that's all,

Was at this hotel from January 15th to the 17th room was clean and smell good the only problem I had was the tub was clog when I shower the water would stay in the tub and take forever to go down other than that I was happy.

I don't like posting bad reviews but this experience was just horrible. Upon entering the building and room (nonsmoking) smelled so terrible that we went to the store to get air freshener to mask the odor. One of the pillows had a yellow stain on it while one bath towel was ripped and another had a wad of hair folded into it. The shower head a had a hole in the wall at the base as well as low water pressure. Needless to say we won't be returning even though the price was affordable. $59 a night isn't worth it. Worst of all when we tried to check out the receptionist wasn't there, we waited 15 minutes. He came back asked us how our stay was, we told him it wasn't too great and that the room smelled bad. He then left again to check our room so we could get our deposit back. When he returned he said that there was "light smoking in the room" and next time we wouldn't get our deposit back! We politely told him we were most definetly not smoking but did however spray fabreeze to get rid of the stench. His only reply was "light smoking, you know, next time no deposit. " never going back!
