On a girls' trip last weekend and were bumped from our ocean front condo due to a booking error. The staff here was so friendly and accommodating, getting us into the first available clean room so the contents of our fridge didn't perish. Definitely not ocean front/view, but the pool was nice and the staff helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Rooms clean, hotel well maintained. The bed is so comfortable and I love the sheets. I go to a lot of hilton chain hotels and the sheets are not as awesome as these @ this hotel. Feels luxurious against the skin! And when I checked out, 2 other people were commenting about the same thing! :)

It was one of the best hotels we ever stayed. It is brand new hotel (it was celebrating first year anniversary when we visited), very modern, clean and spacious. Staff is excellent, breakfast is simple, but tasty, conveniently located with great rooms. We will definitely choose it again when staying next time in this area.

I'm a Hilton Employee in the Tsmpa Bay area. My Partner and I decided to do a one day getaway and stayed at this Home2. The location is great. Just minutes down the same street is beach access and the Hotel is kept up very well. The room is set up so well and has plenty of shelving. The Staff treated us like we were at a 5star Waldorf. They are all so friendly. I love that it is pet friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel conveniently located close to Nokomis Beach and Sarasota. Suites are large and clean with new appliances and two flat screen TVs. The hotel has a nice fitness room with weights, steppers, and treadmills. There is a good size outdoor pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The included continental breakfast has lots of choices and is very good! We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Florida.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. We stayed in a suite which had a fill size fridge and DISHWASHER! There are gas grill by the pool. Pool was a nice size and clean with a small hot tub nearby. They have beach cruiser you can rent and rode around town. Only a couple minutes from the beach! We only stayed one night but this is definitely a place we could stay for a week and be Happy and comfortable. For families with pets, they have milk bones at the front desk and human snacks as well that are very convenient. The free breakfast was a huge bonus bc we have 2 young boys. Not your typical breakfast either, they had several options and healthy options as well! Will definitely come back!

I loved it here! I used all the amenities except the gym. Pool and hot tub were great! Laundry room with complimentary detergent and dryer sheet. Computers. Breakfast was plenty-good waffles. Loved the studio kitchen. Excellent for a family. With the outside BBQ s could make all their food right there!
I needed to change rooms and I think it was Jane that took care of it-all with a smile! There was also Kathy who checked me in and Natalie who took care of the breakfast area. All friendly.
The only things that would be nice is if breakfast had homemade eggs, bacon, sausage and maybe muffins or danish for a change. Be nice if there was a seat in the shower.
Definitely 5 star!

Our daughter got married at Nokomis Beach last weekend and the entire wedding party and guests stayed at the Hilton Home 2 Suites. The staff was most accommodating in every way. Loved the spacious rooms and kitchen facilities. Loved the comfy beds too! There are no views to be had but knowing the Gulf of Mexico is less than 1/2 mile down the road, makes up for it. I’m so glad Nokomis finally has a new and great hotel. Many thanks to Jennifer for her part in pulling the group reservations together and making sure all was good with the guests. The staff at the front desk could not have been more courteous. I’ll be back for sure.

Very nice hotel that really cares for you. First off one thing that I truly love about this place is the amount of space there is outside. In front of the hotel there is a small fountain with seating around it that also serves as a fireplace in the nighttime, a grilling area outback along with a pool. Very helpful front desk staff that are always there to help. Good breakfast. Very nice rooms with a residential size fridge microwave and outfitted with silverware.

Your front desk agent in the evening Tara is amazing! She is so sweet, anticipated my needs, complimented my outfit and is an amazing multitasker. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We requested a pack n play for our 18 month old and received it right away. The next day she asked me if I received it and she was worried because she was following up to make sure and we didn't answer. Well unfortunately our little one loves using the phone herself so I disconnected the phone so she wouldn't harass the front desk! But it was so nice to know that almost 24 hours later she remembered off the top of her head that we requested one! She definitely deserves a raise, medal, bonus anything you can do for her! If I had my own business I would hire her in a heart beat. The room is absolutely beautiful and convenient the cleanliness is perfect. The pool area is majestic. The only thing I would recommend for the pool area is citronella torches of some sort because in the evening the mosquitoes are fierce! Overall you have an amazing property and you deserve 20 out of 10 stars so far! Keep up the good work.
