Just because I don’t feel like it.

The room was nice but the staff is rude. Room wasn't served for four days, dryer hit me in the head while using and owner blamed me. Staff does not care about guests. I also will be going to small claims court because I was charged $300 for a door that received a hole because of their dryer not being mounted. Owner is a liar and rude, would never recommend and if I could put no stars I would.

I stayed here 2 nights. My room was very clean and I felt safe the entire time. I saw many families here and everything was pretty quiet especially for a Friday and Saturday night. The front desk lady was very accommodating both times I checked in. I also like that there is not carpet in the rooms but hard floors. I would stay here again.

Horrible place to stay, they charged me 2 extra nights and Discover card not doing anything about it, even though I sent exact documentation! Horrible neighborhood, loud, "tiny rooms" and drunks even worse weekends, bed headboard fell when I sat on the bed! Not a place to relax or feel comfortable at all! Not safe neighborhood specially for families, prostitution or drugs going on there, visible. Don't stay there please, save yourself problems with these foreigners that own motel. Owners don't care for you! Don't go there at all. Cheap hotel price, but they'll nail you extra nights and that's it. True happened to me last month. I stayed there and I was charged 2 extra nights. I'm speaking the truth. Thanks for reading.

The hotel door came off when I went to go out side. I was stuck in the room for approximately a couple minutes until I could figure out how to get the door back on. Went to the front counter and the lady in the front basically laughed at me and said it only happens when your family comes. Very unhappy will not stay here again filthy dirty. Working on it and still has people staying in it. The toilet paper was halfway use. Pubic hair all around the bottom of the toilet. Never staying again.! They did nothing to help accommodate me. No discounts.! Multiple people have these problems. I should have listened.!

They cheat on days they charge, look out! it is happening to me right now getting charged $83 extra night! I arrived mothers day Sunday and left Thursday 11 AM 4 nights, they are charging 6 nights and gave me credit for one night big deal, oh yes big favor but what about the extra additional night? I put a complaint and charge back on my credit card yesterday. Rooms bad news TINY TINY! bed headnoard falling apar TINY TOWELS. Not recomended at all. Channel changer was so disgusting I had to spray Lysol and clean it, also the blanket smelled very bad. Ugggg, Hey im a good person that took my wife & daughter there. MISTAKE! Really BAD NEIGHBORHOOD! DON'T GO THERE! Loud nights from drinking people, can't get any sleep. Worse part is the owner, a REAL cheat. Got in on Sunday and they say I got in on Saturday, crazy! Look out what you sing! I cancelled on Monday AM for an additional nights of following Thursday & Friday, they said it was fine (3days in advance) Guess what? They did not honor the cancellation at check out Thursday AM. They are tried to cheat me 2 nights at check out. I was upset told owner that bad reviews coming, he dudnt care and only gave me one night credit, me tried to tell me I arrived a day earlier than I really did! Don't go there, just bad all around what a mistake I made! DON'T DO THE SAME, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OLD DIRTY CRACKER BOX. You are not getting any deal and rooms you can't move around in.

I'd give 5 stars if they had chairs for sitting outside the rooms. Its non smoking so they have cigarette ashes and stains all along the walkways with no ashtrays people use the planters and ground to dispose of butts. When will businesses realize there's always going to be smokers so to keep your buisness in its best shape you should accommodate all people or not just the non smokers … bad reviews will come. The sight of cigarette butts and ashes in plants all over the ground and sidewalks reflect giant ashtrays. You need smoking rooms to avoid this. Hideous to look at. People standing outside smoking in the parking lots, on the staircases, indoor chairs being dragged outside to sit and smoke, by their doors just everywhere. Other wise ok but thats enough to turn anyone off.

It's definitely a value/budget hotel but it's one of the better one also they should upgrade their so called breakfast which is a muffin or Danish and a fruit I was there for 4 nights and each morning it's was banna as the fruit.

Bedding could have been cleaner. Spider webs in the bathroom. Lots of drinking and smoking in walk ways perhaps you should consider some designated smoking areas. Wife got a headache from all the cigarette smoke. Can tell that renovation are being made. I did like the vinyl wood look flooring versus ugly dirt carpet that is found in most of these hotels.

This hotel is disgusting and Owner jutdia is as rude and nasty as they come. These 5/5 reviews are fake. This place is garbage. I had no hot water my entire stay and all I was offered was a 10.00 discount. (Are you joking? ) If you stay here you will regret it. Owner is dishonest and horrible.

Very clean room, good for the value. Matt was really pleasant, and made things easy for me. Will recommend. Close to I-75 and a few restaurants.

The rooms are cute but have patch work being completed on the walls. There is a work desk but no outlets for laptops near it. There was NO hot water upon check in. Complimentary breakfast but no where to eat it you must take it back to your room. The front desk help is the best thing here, handles problems quickly and was very courteous!

Very clean and super affordable! We had excellent room service as well as superior customer service from the gentlemen at the front desk!

Not recommending this location their cancellation policy is 100 percent keeping your money. I would advise if you have that issue to charge back the credit card.

Great value and friendly staff. Definately recommend as a economical option with great options. Units come with fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee pot, complimentary condiments, breakfast table with chairs, iron and board, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Clean Rooms, pleasant Staff. Quiet despite interstate nearby. Happy again.

Took. Is in. During Hurricane! Remembered our names entire stay, free breakfast. No trouble or usual suspects walking around at night. Safe.

Checked in, and when we got to our room… we checked for bed bugs and found a crack pipe under the mattress and in another room the sheets had blood stains on them. We demanded and got our rooms refunded.

I live in Indiana and got my daughter a room there last night because her power is out. She woke up at 2:30 am with roaches crawling on her and her 2 year old. They left right then!

I chose this hotel for its convince to everything and everyone I needed to see… I was originally going to stay for 3 days there but after staying and seeing how comfortable and clean the hotel was and nice the staff was I went ahead and booked for 3 additional days there. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I visit my brother again.

But I left my neck pillow! Please help. Lol. The room was clean. The beds are awesome. The pillows were dreamy. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Staff helpful. The housekeeping does excellent work.

Brought my team down for a 7v7 competition. The staff was very helpful from the first phone call. You can tell they take great pride in their facility. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Been visiting this hotel since before my son was born 19 years ago, they upgraded their system, but now We're back in the file rooms have a microwave and fridge, great price for the comfort and best part is walking to waffle house!

Great service at check-in. Loved the oreo cookies and microwave popcorn as a gift in the room. Nice comfortable room with small fridge and microwave. Small continental breakfast (bananas, muffins/danish, instant oatmeal). Fantastic lighting in the parking area and around the motel which makes you feel safe at night if you are coming in late. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! Super clean, incredible staff. I've traveled for years and have never been treated so well! I will return to this place.

This place was cheap and great if you only need a base to sleep, but the curtains let in lots of light as soon as the sun came up.

Woke up with a huge roach in my bed and all they could do was say is sorry … I can give you a 5 dollar discount according tothe manager. Please dont stay here if you dont want unexpected quest sleeping with you. Your quest from fort Lauderdale.

We were here one night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, soap, Shampoo and clean towels were available and the staff was very nice. The Breakfast with coffee, pastries, cereal and fruit was also great. A star deduction because it's kind of musty smelled. All in all we will come back next year if we go 2 days from Orlando to the Gulf for a swim.

We stay here every time we're working in the area. Professional customer service, clean rooms, cable, coin washer and dryer and pool area. You won't find something better for the price. Yes, I recommend it.

This place is alright. Stayed here for almost a week while vacationing. Right across the street from a McDonald's and Starbucks. The staff was really friendly.

Brian is right — the other reviewers sound like prima donna's. We came in from out of town for a Regatta in Sarasota. Decided kind of last minute to stay over so there was very limited availability closer to race venue and rooms were at a ridiculous premium. We took a chance on this hotel, based on other traveler reviews. Glad we did — the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, showers hot, and good location. Right across the parking lot is a McDonald's and a Starbuck's. The cold breakfast is good enough — hot tea and an Otis Spunkmeyer muffins! Matt at the front desk was beyond helpful. This is an older property, smaller rooms, but the bathrooms look like they have been updated fairly recently (tile floor and granite sinks), but it is clean and neat. Like an old Florida motel! The rooms have a fridge and microwave. Initially we came for the price, we'll come back for the friendly welcome and value!

Ignore the last few reviews. These cupcakes are lookin for the Ritz Carlton. I have no complaints. I would stay here agan.

Very clean but that's about all the positive. A lot of parking lot noise so we complained to the manager. He said it was just a little beer party… no problem. A pickup truck bed beer party in the parking lot. Have you ever heard of one that doesn't end up loud? The manager was actually very receptive to this type of thing going on in the parking lot and insinuated that we were just complainers. We were there for a special activity in the area and needed to get up early so laughing, shouting and playing a boom box until 1:00 in the morning made for a lack of sleep and a event that wasn't as pleasurable as it should have been. Just a little tiny bit of assistance from the manager would have mad our stay ok but he really did not care and said "oh, they are just having some fun. Would never stay there again and I will make sure they are taken off the hotel list for the next event there.

You definitely get what you pay for… chairs appeared to have some kind of stains in them… I didn't even want to sit in them… Nast odor in rooms… Felt unsafe from the moment pulled in parking lot. Ants were an issue an beds were a bit too hard… I don't recommend this hotel to anyone in the future!

I stayed here for a week! The place itself is well worth the money. Clean and well equipped for over night or an extended stay! There were no bugs of any kind! The staff here were great! They were very polite and courteous! The front desk men were awesome! I stayed here with my 4 sons and they knew them by their first names, and my sons actually looked forward to going up for breakfast so they could have a conversation with them :) I am definitely staying here again! I would also recommend it to anyone looking for a place down this way :)
