Lovely place to stay. Very friendly people and delicious breakfast. So cozy and such a beautiful home.

Amazing experience! Definitely going back again. Great hospitality, kind staff, service, beautiful home, breakfast was amazing. We were asked about food preferences, that is so thoughtful, considering we dont eat meat. Room was big, clean, decorated in a way feels like you are time traveling. Walk distance from main attractions in St Augustine, loved it! Thanks again!

Amazing place and even better staff! The breakfast was on Point and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The only Downfall to the experience was that I didn’t book an extra night! I will definitely be back with the rest of my family!

Very nice owners, comfortable bed and fantastic location, but for the price I expected nicer accommodations especially the bathroom.

Had a wonderful time. Room was very clean, had an Electric Fireplace and Jacuzzi in the room. The Innkeepers were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

We got lost and stopped here looking for a room. They didn't have one, but what out of their way to help us, even calling several other inns in the area to assist us with getting a reservation. Street is VERY NARROW so be careful.

Excellent Bed and breakfast. Location is close to all and gives opportunity to walk through the beautiful old town. The room we stayed at was in the main house. The host super friendly and accommodating. Coffee available all day. Water in room. Our room was the Julie room and was very very comfortable and quiet with it's own bathroom. We stayed a Saturday night and was very quiet. Room was plenty big. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was homemade Spanish frittata cooked by the friendly owner Anthony. Parking was two blocks away but not to far. Very close to all. Would gladly stay again.

I must start by saying that I was skeptical as far as staying in an "old" house, let me tell you, boy I was wrong. Everything was top of the line, from the room itself tô the owners and the attention that they pay in every detail. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back!

Built in 1895, Victorian house is still one of best places to stay in StAugustin. Start your morning with a delicious *Anthony* breakfast and take a walk through oldest streets in town…

We stayed in a room with separate entrance and a beautiful livingroom where to rest.
Breakfast is excellent.
In addition, coffee and complimentary snacks.
The host was very friendly, giving us maps, data and recommendations of the places to visit and where to eat.

This was one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. Marilyn greeted us upon arrival, offered us wine, sat us down at the dining room table and pointed out all of the best sites and restaurants in old town St Augusine. Anthony is quite a chef and catered to my celiac and gluten allergy. He made us french toast like I have never had before, it was incredible, and they are the best hosts. If you find your self in St. Augustine this is a must "stay".

Stay in the Patricia Room, you will feel a first settler by subversion in view of historic buildings (O'Reilly House and Ximenez — Fatio House)

Very nice bed and breakfast, my only gripe was that the owners might be a little more personable. Breakfast was good, rooms were very nice.

With only 12 rooms, this historic property is intimate, authentic, and architecturally unique. We love the sense of place, the quaint and spacious rooms, the friendly and helpful staff — and all of the personal touches along the way. This is our favorite place to stay in St Augustine and we plan to return soon and often to this lovely Bed & Breakfast inn.

Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our room with lots of windows on the second story and a king size bed. They do have nicer rooms too, with more amenities. The food was very nice and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a few recipes. The prices were very reasonable and we can't say that we have stayed anywhere nicer for this kind of money.

On site parking is limited to 3 spots. If you aren't one of the lucky ones you get a nice spot about 3 blocks away. The inn is quaint and nice. They offered wine and snacks in the afternoon. The house is old and because of this has a pretty good slant to it. Our room was on the end of the house and you can definitely feel the lean of everything. If you have limited availability for a B&B then the Victorian House is suitable. If you have other options I would probably explore those first.

Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast, quaint room and the perfect location!

My fiance and I stayed here last weekend and it was such a great experience. From the moment we walked in the owners made us feel welcome! The breakfast anthony cooks is amazing! the b&b is located just a block from town which makes it the perfect location because it is close enough that you can walk everywhere but far enough away so its not on a noisy street. Would definitely stay there again!

Really wanted to give them 4 or 5 stars because our stay here started out great. But overall, after considering everything, the best I can do is 3 stars. First, the positives… Stayed in the Marcie which is one of their nicer rooms. It did not disappoint. Very nice room, cozy layout, comfortable king size bed, large whirlpool corner tub, and everything was very clean. It was great. Also, the owners were very nice and welcoming and check-in was a breeze. They offered complimentary drinks, wine, snacks, cookies, etc. In the main house too. Now the negatives… After going out for the evening, we returned to the room and noticed it felt kinda cold/damp/humid. No problem. The AC/heater unit has a "dry" mode and it warmed the room and dried it out pretty quickly. Decided to use the whirlpool tub. Worked great! But because it's right in the room (about 3-4 feet from the bed) and there are no ventilation fans, the room got very humid again. So we kicked on "dry" mode again. Then we noticed the carpet in the opposit corner of the room (near the mini-fridge) felt kinda damp. Maybe the fridge was leaking (it sits right on the floor, not on a table), so I don't know. Also in that corner was a big dehumidifier unit. Not something you typically see in a hotel room or a BnB unless there is a known issue. Curious? Anyway, kicked it on full blast, also turned on the ceiling fan, room dried out pretty quick. All was well. Went to bed.

What a wonderful stay! Anthony & his staff could not have been more accommodating & friendly. Beautiful large home & carriage house filled with antiques. Nicely restored in such a way as to retain it's vintage charm. We loved our room! Perfect central location that's close enough to everything without having to deal with crowds, noise, or traffic. The breakfast were awesome. A+++++

We first visited the Victorian House 6 years ago and were impressed with the convenience and comfort of the location. That was under the previous ownership. We returned to find new owners and an experience that exceeded all expectations. Anthony and Marilyn have transformed the Victorian House into a destination unto itself. From the wonderfully comfortable rooms to the well appointed staff and the phenomenal breakfasts, this place leaves you wanting for nothing. We love to explore new places, but the Victorian House has become a must-visit every year. Anthony and Marilyn and their wonderful staff have truly made this a home-away-from-home. We can't wait to return!

The Victorian House was our 1st ever B&B. It was great. The owners did such a great job! We went there for our 20th wedding anniversary. They did a great job setting up our horse and carriage ride and our dinner reservations. We stayed in the Marcie. It was eloquent and so quiet. We definitely will return. It was settled in the perfect place and everything was within walking distances. Definitely worth the money!
