We could not be more pleased with everything that Pat and her staff provided us last weekend. The blue Porcelain Room was beautiful! We purchased the elopement package and it was amazing! It included my gorgeous bouquet, the most delicious mini wedding cake, champagne and a carriage ride. The breakfast each morning was out of this world delicious! The service provided by the staff was wonderful! We are already planning to come back to celebrate our 1st anniversary!

Really enjoyed our stay. Pat and Barbara were great hosts. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Delicious breakfast and feels like old St Augustine.

Everything was done very well. Great hospitality and the food was awesome. Location is perfect to get anywhere in town on foot. However, not recommend for anyone looking for a quiet couples trip. We spent our first evening listening to a screaming baby from the room next door. Pat did move them, but it was a good hour of listening to a crying baby in a B&B. Highly unusual. Our second day/evening/night was spent listening to a toddler run back and forth across the floor in the room above us. For hours! When we finally called Pat, we were told we could move even though we weren’t the ones being disruptive and had chosen our room specifically for our occasion. She indicated that the inn is “family friendly” but unfortunately it’s to the exclusion of the other guests’ comfort. I would say this was NOT a couple friendly inn. We hadn’t anticipated such a holiday inn style experience and wouldn’t stay there again for that reason alone. At those prices one would expect to be able to relax in their room peacefully. That was not our experience at all unfortunately.

Pat and her staff are Excellent. Our daughter and son-in-law were married here over the weekend. Every detail was executed in great precision. We will certainly stay at The Kenwood Inn again.

Had our wedding here, and it couldn’t be more perfect! Pat organized the entire wedding beautifully, it was a memorable fairytale! Very friendly, professional, warming staff, beautiful rooms and all over a fantastic time. 10/10

Kenwood Inn is an amazing Bed and breakfast. We stayed there this weekend to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Pat and all the staff were super attentive, friendly and very accommodating. This has been by far the best lodging experience we have ever had. Our room : “ The Blue Porcelain Suite” was gorgeous, super clean, big, with an amazing large shower. The pool was fabulous, and all the guest were extremely friendly. We felt like family, at home. The Food was delicious and the service impecable. Also, the bed was very comfortable, we had great nights of sleep. We highly recommend it! We already booked our next vacation there on Thanksgiving week to enjoy the nights of lights. We will be staying in the same room! LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️

We can't say enough regarding Pat and her staff. We felt at home. We will be back very soon. The room was spacious, wonderfully decorated and pet friendly. The shower was HUGE with triple shower heads. We had breakfast in the courtyard and wine in the evening.

Everything. Great location, Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, quaint rooms, Pet friendly, nice touches like 24 hour beverages available, afternoon snacks and a 5 o’clock wine hour.

Wonderful hospitality would recommend it most definitely.

I was at an event yesterday, and I was blown away with the cheerful amazing hardworking staff, especially Pat, the owner who non-stop, literally dawn to dusk worked tirelessly during a wedding. She is simply a treasure. It down poured about 10 minutes before the wedding and she and her staff gathered everything out of the rain, waited for it to blow over, dried all the seats — reassembled everything and the wedding was only 5 minutes later than expected. Amazing. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were lovely, she was patient, calm, kind and ran the business on top of handling everything! Come to this gorgeous place and enjoy your stay! Beautiful with authentic old town st. Augustine charm. The included breakfast never disappoints. Barbara who sets up and serves breakfast was so genuine and accommodating. Pool! Breakfast (rum smoothies! )! Nightly wine! 24/7 coffee/lemonade/tea! Awesome staff! Hanging on the balcony! In the sun poolside! Easy walk to sites, but off the beaten path! Love it!

Simply lovely and full of charm… Just had my first day here for my first time in Saint Augustine and it was amazing dot-dot-dot would highly recommend staying here… All of the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious dot-dot-dot the rooms are beautifully decorated… Will definitely be coming back… Susan and Jay.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. The food every morning was really good. We stayed on the third floor suite and had a very nice stay. Just a few suggestions. The bathroom mirror is not accommodating to short people. I am 6ft tall and didnt have an issue but my wife is 5' 3" and she could only see her eyeballs. Also, the shower on the third floor runs out of hot water in about 10 minutes and the drain does not drain very well at all. Other than that we had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

I could never get all the great things written! From Ms Pat to Tim the painter and Ms Barbara! Spent 3 days of pure pleasure. We have been waited on … our room and everything was beautiful! This B&B is more like being in Ms Pat's home! We hated to leave today… but I highly recommend The Kenwood In! Thank you.

Such an amazing place in a wonderful city. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave. Pat and crew are the most hospitable hosts I've ever stayed with. The breakfast was phenomenal every day and the bed made me never want to wake up. I recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to visit St. Augustine, it just doesn't get any better.

Simply stunning! The Kenwood Inn is a remarkable place to stay when visiting St. Augustine. Pat’s world class hospitality experience transcends brilliantly into the perfect bed and breakfast. Her warm staff and attention to detail is a direct reflection of her passion to assure you have a comfortable stay at this historical landmark in St. Augustine. The home is centerally located to the best attractions, bars, and restaurants. You can literally walk to Castillo de San Marcos and all of the main attractions. The Kenwood is also one of the only bed and breakfast locations with a large salt water swimming pool, the pool is perfect after a pleasant walk around the town. Breakfast is important to me & they hit it out of the park with a new surprise each day, we loved waking up to the smell of breakfast each morning! I must say they’ve thought of it all, you will be impressed with the ambiance and how Pat and her team kick off your morning. They are fair and flexible AND pet friendly. I stayed for 5 days late May 2018. The grounds are beautiful and very private. Lots of covered porch seating in back. Extraordinary service and delicious breakfasts (foods vary day-to-day, so you're not eating the same foods every morning) and afternoon snacks. Staff was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and knowledable of local history. I stayed in the blue porcelain room. It was very clean and comfortable. Floors are made of wood — which I much prefer over carpet. My friend stayed in a room with carpet — it was clean, but in my opinion was worn and should be replaced — but that is my only criticism of the place. I had a wonderful time at the Kenwood Inn and would stay there again.

Very lovely, because of construction (edit: restoration/repairs) they gave us free rooms. It is close to a bunch of lovely tours and stores (basically the center of the city) and the breakfasts that are provided are really nice. The beds are comfy and the staff are very kind and helpful.

My daughter and I found the inn by accident. The stay was absolutely wonderful! What a charming historic building. The staff were so friendly that they seemed like old friends. The breakfasts were amazing. The whole experience was being catered to in the most delightful way. I can’t say enough and would definitely stay there again; in fact I’m looking forward to it!

My husband and I have been coming to the Kenwood Inn for over three years, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about it. It is our home away from home and they make us feel like family. We’ve stayed in a lot of the rooms they have, and they are all so nice and cozy. The breakfast is phenomenal, and the staff is great. The pool is always the perfect temperature no matter what season it is. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and everyone!

5 star service! Visiting the Kenwood Inn is like being a special guest in a loved one's home. Marco and Barbara couldn't do enough for us. All our questions were answered to head out and tour around St Augustine with the short time we had to spend. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise — so many options and we loved sitting out in the garden. We hope to return again soon!

The most friendly and courteous staff. Amenities were tremendous, breakfast amazing, and the location was perfect.

We had a 2 night stay. The rooms are all beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable. We loved the house dogs, Ilsa and Kenzi. They stay in the courtyard. The first morning's breakfast was a modified Benedict with a shredded potato base instead of an english muffin. It didn't include any meat which was slightly disappointing. Overall, I thought the breakfasts were in some way incomplete. It feels like they are cutting corners in the amenities department. I looked at every B&B in the historic district. Others, have bottled water and cans of soda available all day. Some offer wine and beer as well. They also make scratch cakes and snacks for midday. This inn was priced at the mid to high range in comparison and they didn't have the beverages or prepare homemade refreshments. Store bought brownies were offered one day, the next it was store bought mini cupcakes. For the cost of the rooms, they should be willing to spend some money on amenities. All day beverages offered here were water from a pitcher, and powdered iced tea and lemonade. They also do not pay to heat their pool which rendered it useless. In summary… great location, beautifully and comfortably furnished. Friendly house dogs were a plus for us. Friendly staff. One issue in the beginning of our stay, they put us in the wrong room, not what we chose and paid for. However, the situation was swiftly rectified.

Very nice old home! Some very old pieces of furniture. Child friendly which is very rare for a bed and breakfast and very much appreciated! Also, some of the rooms or pet friendly with a fee as well! Something else that is pretty rare! Very friendly hostesses and staff! Two friendly dogs also reside in the property. There was cookies and a wine hour plus access to coffee, hot tea, sweet read and lemonade at all times. We were in the Lavender room and it was very nice and comfortable! The bathroom is very small though so if you are a bigger person it may be a tight squeeze! Over all we loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for a much-needed respite and time of healing after the passing of my mom. We were also able to bring our small dog. We were treated with such tender-loving care. Even our dog was loved and pampered. It isn't often that you leave a place of lodging feeling as though your soul has been touched so deeply. Pat is a lovely host who shared not only her Inn with us, but her heart. I will be forever thankful for this time, this place, and these people. Look no further for the absolute perfect lodging location with all the comforts of home… body, mind, and spirit.

The owner Pat is friendly and helpful with anything you need. This was my second time here and I would not stay anywhere else when I come to St Augustine. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

Thia is very welcoming, Pat (Inn owner) is very accommodating, and staff are very professional. Would recommend to couples of any age, and mature groups of friends.

We absolutely love this B&B. Pat and staff go overboard to delight their residents, particularly with the five star, out of this world, breakfast! From booking your reservation to check out, you will be treated with the utmost care. This is our second visit and we just fall in love with it when we visit. A wonderful historic bed and breakfast, friendly staff, great accommodations, located within walking distance to all of st. Augustine, highly recommended.

The location is really good and breakfast was fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful and they rushed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I had problems with hot water that was solved as soon as they were notified and bed sheets could be cleaner. Overall this is a good place to stay.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of historic St. Augustine just a stones throw away from St. George Street, the Bridge of Lions, and the Castillo de San Marcos. The Inn has a ton of character, and the staff and owners are a joy to be around and want nothing more than their guests to have a perfect stay.

I knew the old owners and stayed with them — they were fantastic people. I was sad to hear that the ownership was changing hands but the new owners have really filled the shoes they were replacing. The new owners really care about guest experience and everything was clean. The only thing I could complain about were the breakfast options — I think the new owner tries a little too hard to make fancy breakfasts. We are in the south — I don't mind a typical filling southern breakfast. Not for the picky eaters, but everything else was phenomenal. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Best vacation ever! 3 course Breakfast, 5 o'clock wine hour, fresh baked goods daily, you can walk to everything, the rooms were gorgeous and the Inn keepers made you feel like family! And the history of the Inn was just fun! Loved it so much didn't want to leave! Highly recommend and I will be back! ❤

This was an experience, not just a place to put your head down for the night. The owner was very gracious and it was a nice touch to invite all the guests for conversation time with wine in the parlour at 5pm. We were visiting St. Augustine as tourists and were eager to see the sites. The owner was able to book our Trolley tickets from her location and we toured the city and sites before check in time. We thoroughly enjoyed stepping back in time and enjoying our evening in the authentic historical home. The breakfast was a gourmet experience with breads, fresh fruit and salad, and specialty egg dishes. The coffee is exceptional. And nothing beats fresh florida orange juice.

Absolutely amazing experience with my wife! Superb anniversary trip and we can't wait to return. Everything from staff to food was 5 stars!

Loved this place. The bathroom was tiny in our room, but so much better than another B&B we stayed at on the same trip. Already want to come back.

We were recently married in St. Augustine and we rented out all but two of the Kenwood Inn's rooms, had our rehearsal dinner there, and hosted a large cocktail social. Our party size was about 45 people for the dinner and 110 for the cocktail party. The entire experience was nothing short of perfection; the Inn was beautiful, the rooms were elegant and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the outdoor patio/pool deck/yard was the perfect setting to host a party. Pat was a great host and took excellent care of all of our guests. We received countless comments about what a great place the Inn was to host our events, drinks under the beer garden lights with the night sky above just set our whole wedding weekend off on the right foot! Can't wait to go back and stay here again!

My husband and I love the intimacy that comes with staying at B&Bs. The house was well kept and adorable. Our room was the Olde English Suite, which came with it's own entrance to the house as well as the double whirlpool tub. The innkeeper had bath salts available to use which was a nice touch. 5pm wine offering was a really nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Visited a friend who stayed there his wedding night. Absolutely gorgeous rooms with balconies and hammocks. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Easily worth the price!

Last week Dec. 2015… Excellent inn, extremely clean, incredible breakfast, some rooms are dog friendly, one of the best we have seen anywhere. Facilities including rooms, bathrooms, terraces are exceptional, staff is excellent and will sort out anything for their guests. Highly recommended for luxurious, comfortable stay…

As St. Augustine's hotels get busy during the holidays we booked our room way in advance but when we realized that they booked us on a wrong date (2 months prior), we called them to correct the date but they could not accommodate us on the requested date and we needed to cancel the reservation. They charged us $50 for cancelling. The cancellation was over 2 months prior to the booked date and they still charged us the $50, which was contrary of what their policy states: "In order to cancel your reservation, you must call at least 7 days prior to arrival (14 days during for reservations during holiday periods or when 3 or more rooms or 4 or more nights are reserved) " Several calls were made but they kept arguing that they were entitled to charge us the $50 and offered us a gift certificate to be used in a future stay. Well, who wants to stay at a place that has bad customer service and change their policies at their convenience. We were looking forward to stay at this place but not anymore. We found other places with better amenities in the same area with much better customer service. Enjoy the $50 but we will not stay at your place nor recommend it to others.

We booked this B&B at the last minute. It was an amazing experience. The owner and her staff were awesome. There was wine available at 5 pm which was nice. The breakfast experience and the food was wonderful. Our room was very nice and cozy. Look forward to visiting again.

Awesome place. Stayed here for a friends wedding. Rooms are small, but very cosy. Good amenities and walking distance to all the downtown bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

It's a wonderful place and Pat is a darling, sweet and warm person. We will remember her always. The room was perfect, a great place for vacation, excellent service and breakfast was delicious. Recommend it 100% Love you Pat Pamela & Mauricio.

A perfect stay. Very clean, cozy and very nice people that went out of their way to help us. The room was perfect. Breakfast was always different and very tasty combinations. The house is a story by itself; a beautiful very old and very well kept house with nice furniture and decoration in general. But the best part was the owner, Pat, who took care of every detail and was very warm to us and all the other guests, she made us feel like family. We will miss her. The people helping her were extraordinary. As you can tell we have not enough words to exalt our stay. Then there is the amazing city with all it's history and landmarks. The restaurants and of course the people very warm and polite. A wonderful stay overall.

When we decided to head over to St. Augustine we were just going to stay one night and take a ghost tour and that's it… however apparently the spirits had other plans. I decided to Google a haunted bed and breakfast and the Inn immediately popped up. I saw that a book called "Haunted Hospitality" had been published about the place and then saw all the raving reviews so we called and booked the haunted rooms! We were greeted by the owner who was so kind and warm that she felt like family immediately. We saw that the two rooms were directly across the hall from each other and shared the 2nd floor balcony that included their own hammocks. It was so beautiful, peaceful, and really relaxing. I was picturing myself sipping wine and hanging out in our rooms instead of going out to see St. Augustine but of course we were there to see the town so we dropped off our things and headed out in search for GHOSTS on one of their local ghost tours. A couple of things to know is that they have their own dedicated parking spaces around the corner and even though it's in a more quieter part of town at night you can still hear the horse carriages up until the middle of the night. However, I feel like it added ambiance and character. The breakfast rocked! They served us parfaits with granola and poached eggs with hollandaise sauce which was DELICIOUS and overall service was amazing top to bottom.
